Railjack Enemies have nonsensical hp values?

Question

Hey so I just tested this in the Simulacrum. My Synoid Heliocor could one shot lv 155 corrupted heavy gunners with backstab attacks, but sometimes cannot kill level 85-90 Ramsled Boarders. What is actually going on with the armor scaling in railjack missions?

Level 155 Corrupted heavy gunner damage : ~500k 

Level 155 Exo Elite Lancer damage: ~100k

It's not armour or armour scaling, it's just that they have a lot more health.  DE explained that because you're facing smaller numbers of boarding crew relative to other enemy dense areas, they wanted those fewer enemies to carry the same threat as a larger group elsewhere in the game.  The comparison DE gave was the evicerator where arid/normal versions had 150 flesh and the boarding party version had 750 flesh.  I personally feel that DE should have just upped the enemy levels rather than creating health descrepencies between similar troop types, but DE wanted to do it differently. >.>
