Unusual Enemy spawning behaviour in Lua Crossfire Exterminate

In the Orokin Moon tileset on Plato, Lua, the enemies have been spawning strangely. So far I have seen Grineer and Corpus that have:

  • spawning in line of sight of the player in the room they are in
  • suddenly populating a room when the player enters or exits it
  • not spawning when they should, with rooms being unpopulated and causing the mission waypoint leading several hundred meters to a random room
  • spawning way too many, clumped together awkwardly in rooms, with more spawning in the room even when I cut them down

This tends to make the mission very tedious and unfun to play, as the unpredictable spawning behavior tends to draw out the mission length.

First saw I believe since the release of Jovian Concord update (which would nearly be a year since this bug has been around) or the Old Blood update. So far nobody at DE has acknowledged the bug.
