Launcher wont open

After update 27.1.2 I haven't been able to so much as open the launcher and i cant find a reason why. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, installed on steam and nothing works so I'm assuming something in the recent update has made it impassible to run on my computer. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Try uninstalling Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 (both x86 and x64), then reinstall x86 and x64 below.
