How often does the stalker tend to appear. I have yet to encounter him yet but what are his chances of spawning in if you are marked to get killed by him already.

Spawn Chance = 1.5% + (0.5% × P);

P = Players in Squadmarked for death.

^{As you know, you need a Death Mark for luring the Stalker out. But, he can also be lured out by using a one use "Stalker Beacon" gear item. But, only Baro sells those and his stock changes each appearance. Though they are sometimes a Twitch drop from watching Prime Time. (That's how I got mine, and I have yet to use it. lmao.)}
