This was answered for you when you posted this exact question on Saturday.  As trunks013 has said, contact support at the following link.  Players can't help you with this, only DE Support Desk can.  While you wait for their reply, ensure you don't do anything with Limbo, because they'll be less likely to refund it as an accidental purchase if you've been using him. 🙂
