Ideas to improve Chroma's first and fourth ability

1. Spectral Scream should be an exalted weapon similar to Ignis:

Damage: 25/30/40/50 (affected by ability strength)
Critical Chance: 20%/25%/30%/40%
Critical Damage: 1.0x/1.5x/2.0x/2.5x
Status Chance: 40%/45%/50%/60%
Fire Rate: 4 rounds per sec.
Range Limit: 5m/7.5m/10m/15m (affected by ability range)
Energy: 10
Energy drain: 3/s

Afterburn: Upon deactivation, Chroma will launch an elemental proyectile dealing 25/50/75/100 damage for each second the ability was active, to a maximum of 250/500/750/1000 damage (its depends how Spectral Scream is modded)
Projectile statistics:
Damage: 100 - 1000 (affected by ability strength)
Critical Chance: 20%/25%/30%/40%
Critical Damage: 1.0x/1.25x/1.5x/2.0x
Status Chance: 25%/50%/75%/100%
Range (AoE): 5m/7.5m/10m/15m (affected by ability range)

4. Chroma turns his pelt into a sentinel, benefiting close allies and attacking nearby enemies.
Effigy can be modded (like a sentinel) and acts in the same way as the Wukong's celestial twin. Effigy's abilities are:

  • Melee attack on an enemy within its reach. It makes an attack per second and can be a random enemy or one selected by the player.
  • Spectral Scream (It depends of your build)
  • A warcry with an area of effect that can stun nearby enemies, temporarily benefit players with extra elemental damage, and increase the chance to drop additional credits and resourses from enemies affected by its warcry.

You can choose whether to stay the effigy in one place, or let it follow you and attack nearby enemies or a specific one, causing double damage.

Health: 1000/2000/3000/4000 + Enhanced Vitality bonus (affected by ability strength)
Armor: 50% of Chroma's total armor (including Vex Armor, Elemental Ward (cold), mods, arcanes and other sources) + Metal Fiber bonus
Melee attacks:
Damage: 100/200/350/500 (50% slash / 50% elemental) (affected by ability strength)
Critical Chance: 25%
Critical Damage: 2.0x
Status Chance: 50%
Range: 5m/10m/15m/20m (affected by ability range)

Extra elemental damage: 5%/10%/15%/25% (affected by ability strength)
Range (AoE): 5m/10m/20m/30m (affected by ability range)
Stun duration: 3s/5s/7s/10s (affected by ability duration)
Extra credit chance: 25%/50%/75%/100%
Extra credit: 15%/30%/45%/60%
Resource drop chance: 15%/25%/35%/50%
Extra resource: 15%/25%/35%/50%
Energy: 100

Guided Effigy: Cast and hold to make Effigy move to your aim point. Deals 25%/50%/75%/100% extra melee damage causing a slash proc to enemies in its path and casting a warcry once it reach its destination

Chroma without his pelt:

  • -50% base armor
  • +25% sprint/parkour speed
  • +25% melee attack speed
  • +25% cast speed
  • +50% holster speed

This is just a suggestion. I would like to know what you think. Is it a good rework? Do you have something different in mind?

Since he is a dragon, I wouldn't mind turning spectral scream up to 11 and make it his 4th.
Like Wisp, he now uses the full power of the elements to bring forward an elemental roar that procs, knocksback every enemy in front of him.

But instead of a channeled beam, it acts more like Fus Roh Dah. A giant wave that knocks everyone away with considerable damage.
With the introduction of super procs, It might be nice if this spectral scream will always super proc enemies within range.
