Grineer articula help

I bought these things to put on my ship and then and then wants me to discovered them and I am not sure how to do that I thought I sat there and scan the grineer and apparently that don't work so I'm clueless I use the scanner that that big guy gives me at that one place robot guy I used another scanner and apparently it's not discovered

Oh, I never had this issue, but i guess yea, u must scan them 1st, check in ur codex how many scans the units need, some units need 6 scans, others 8, 12. Just be sure u scanned them enough times.
