New Idea, would it be nice? Tower

I thought about it for some time, it would be an extra challenge and fun if they added some sort of tower with... let say 50 to 100 floors and on each floor a different challenge, the higher you get the higher the heat gets and better rewards to get.
It would give a nice pace to the game for a change. Thoughts?

That was kind of the aim of sanctuary onslaught though the timer adds a lot of the rush and challenge to it. 

Would be nice to see something like tower battle from a fighting game make some kind of appearance, don't know how it would work in Warframe though. Maybe killing enemies then moving from floor to floor as it gets harder and harder, with options to extract after every 5 floors at the low levels, 3 when you progress higher, and after every floor at the high levels. Maybe if it lets you pick what floor to start from as well that could let people choose exactly what they want to do and depending on what rewards are given through the tower it would drastically cut down on time needed when grinding a specific mission. Take defense or survival for example where the better rewards take a long time playing if you start at the beginning, saving floors could expedite the process but the level would dictate difficulty so it's not too easy to grind high end rewards.

that's potentially how Void towers could be re-introduced;

- keep fissures and regular Void nodes, but also add in 4 towers of different difficulties: easy, medium hard and Nightmare.

- it would be a game mode similar to ESO where you must progress through randomly arranged Void tiles, completing objectives, which could be a mixture of exiting mission types, e.g. defend a mobile defense terminal, capture a communications tower and then exterminate another 50 enemies, before moving to the next floor. each floor would of course get progressively harder, and have more objectives to complete.

- modifiers would also be added, especially in the harder towers and on the higher floors, you would have multiple debuffs, but ideally there would always be one buff to the player, 

- rewards would also have to gradually progress in amounts and what's on offer. the last few floors in a nightmare tower could have a chance at Riven mods, Exilus adapters, potatoes etc, but at this point you would be fighting well over level 150s, with multiple debuffs and at least one nightmare modifier such as Energy Vampire or No Shields.

something like this might even finally give players an endgame, at least for a while.
