i killed a lich with a kuva karak yesterday i already had one but that lich's had a better damage bonus today i still don't have any trace of the lich's weapon after killing it (in advance i did not convert it) so i'm guessing that's not supposed to be the case since we have a feature to put the forma of one kuva weapon on another kuva weapon of the same type so we can invest in "the bad ones" while wait to get a good one

We don’t have this feature. You can transfer the bonus, not the Forma/potatoes.

 

Have you checked the foundry and your inventory? Also check your codex for exactly what the Lich had.

 which is the same thing you get the forma of the weapon you have and the % of the one you got and yeah it's just not there
