Why are so many tennogen skins and items not in the nintendo switch version of warframe?

Licensing.  DE has to make a contract with the artist since on switch you can only buy it with plat there would be no direct way for the artist to get a piece of it so that has to be agreed to before hand.

The long and short of it is, that it's actually Nintendo's fault that things can't work out the way you want them to.
