Title: The Wolf Pack

Strength in numbers and weakness in dependency.

This is a frame that is only marginally strong on its own, showing a workable balance of offense, defense and utility. Other players around "The Wolf Pack" benefit from their presence, while giving different kinds of benefits to "The Wolf Pack" in return, thus forming a passive symbiosis.

By surrendering a decent chunk of their power in offense, defense or utility, "The Wolf Pack" can send out "aspects" independently while granting them the same benefits that other players would receive, with the aspects returning the same benefits that other players would grant. The aspects that "The Wolf Pack" uses actively are powerful tools that are difficult to control and each actively used aspect weakens the frame itself.

Overwhelm the enemy with numbers and diversity. But beware and don't spread your powers too thin, or suffer the consequences.

I'd love to see a jaguar themed warframe, kind of a male play on the Valkyr lioness concept. Jaguars are incredible hunters because of their incredible precision (enhanced crit ability perhaps?), sight (wallhax?), climbing and swimming (mobility is already essential to warframe), and their camouflage (I'm tired of seeing true invisibility, but it's something to play around with). There are also a few Latin American traditional spirits and gods to use as a basis for both abilities and aesthetic.

A parasite Warframe, using enemys to strenghten itself and its teammates with a good ammount of CC building up Temporary HP and armor by consuming the enemys, (ive made an entire concept around that theme last year and have been waiting for this since i started playing)

A warframe that can change his size, from becoming short like a dwarf (while sacrificing health and shields for speed) to a giant like Goliath (gaining more health and armour but losing speed). And on the top of that maybe it should have the ability to change size of the enemies.

As for background history, it can be a forgotten warframe, buried deep under the Orokin ruins, something of an old-school design, created before all other warframes and thrown away for being too complicated and dangerous to use by Tenno.

Exoskeletal warframe. Takes direct inspiration from many insects and arachnids, including things like grasshoppers, spiders, centipedes, with an iridescent, chitinous plating, and hooked/pointy toes/fingers. What I initially envision is something that has very gentle curves on the plates, and when a turn must be made, sharp, triangular angles are used. The chitinous plating might have a green-blue-brown sheen to it that changes depending on the angle of the lighting at base, with the actual sheen colours changing depending on tints/emissions. Body would consist of plating with minimal fleshiness shown between aforementioned plates, mostly at the joints, possibly tufts of 'fur' sticking out from under the plates, reminiscent of moths or tarantulas.

Deluxe skin can take inspiration from things like crustaceans and mollusks, having a more bulky, tanky look, with the elegance of stuff like clam or snail shells.

I envision the abilities being themed around traps, scavenging or generally predatory behaviours.

This is something I had an idea for a few years ago, I know you weren't asking for abilities but I'm just posting everything I created for him

Hexam Warframe
Stats:
Health : 150
Shield : 175
Armor : 35
Speed : 0.95
 
Description
A Digital Warframe able to control electrical devices with his mind. Hexam is able to instantly hack a terminal consuming 50 energy. He is able to turn other objects into digital matter and delete them from existence. He is also able to channel the digital world to create a semi strong barrier around him that will constantly drain energy.
 
Power 1: Digitize
         Digitize an enemy and turn them into nothing but 1 and 0 then deleting them, higher the level enemies consum more energy.
 
Power 2: Hack:
         Blow up aimed at lights turrets or other electrical device
 
Power 3: Interference:
         any enemy in a 10 meter radius will be stuck in a wave of interference causing them to be stunned.
 
Power 4: Digital Fiber:
         A semi-armor that absorbs 75% of damage as long as the player has energy as it will consume it overtime.

Would like to see more sentient based frames like revenent but based on the old war like hunhow or lotus in her sentient form.

more based on a sentint abilitys like the stalkers abilitys and passive like a 15-30% damige resitace but only on stause effects syill not broken but can be enhanced.like to see more old war related items or sentient based items like the new woepons you are releasing soon. revient was a good frame as he was unique at the time but because of wisp hes lost touch as his CC is not as good anymore. more old war type items would be aprisiated. skins relaited to sentient would also be nice like the limvo deluxe

as a sentient frame my idea is:

 

name: voma

health: 300 (max rank 750)

shield: 50 (max rank 150)

energy: 125 (max rank 225)

speed: 1.0

 

passive: has a 10-15% damge resitance against status effects (slash punture inpact dont count)

 

1. retivle barricade 

place becon on a target creating a energy wall any enemy that walks through takes damge and when abilty duration runs out 1/4 damge delt will be transfered to next shot taken.

2. porisen link

gain health and damage from through a projectile on a target through other projectile onto teammate to change link from you and enemy to enemy and teammate.

3.enhance

gain a random perk from a fallen enemy (corpus gives magnetic resitence,grenier givs corrosive resitce, infested virul resitence) for 30 seconds

4. exsalted spear(name of spear sheconie)

sentient arm turns into long spear witch when charged detaches and is thrown to the aimed spot. can also be used as a poliarm

One I posted recently in the fan concepts section

Mono.

Themed around interaction, with enemy special abilities.
Running with energy-heavy abilities, that result in a special event to trigger, once deactivated.

Interacting with enemies, that disable abilities, will even empower these, to have a stronger effect.

She is a frame, that intends to balance the tides.
Every action, gets a reaction.
If the team gets struck by energy leeches, for example. These will drain Mono's energy, and trigger a different effect entirely (if it is active), by doing so.
Mono will turn the tide, allowing a moment of respite.
Disabling the leech effect for a small duration.
Enough for the team, to recover and regroup.

Energy management is mandatory, to get optimal results at the needed times.

Based on the japanese term Mono no aware (物の哀れ),

Literally "the pathos of things", and also translated as "an empathy toward things".
Or "a sensitivity to ephemera", is a 
Japanese term for the awareness of impermanence, or transience of things.
And both a transient gentle sadness (or wistfulness) at their passing as well as a longer, deeper gentle sadness about this state being the reality of life.

The phrase is derived from the Japanese word mono (物), which means "thing", and aware (哀れ).
Which was a Heian period expression of measured surprise (similar to "ah" or "oh"), translating roughly as "pathos", "poignancy", "deep feeling", "sensitivity", or "awareness".

Blast-themed frame. His specialty is AREA DENIAL; locking down sectors with his vast array of explosive ordinance. Whereas other frames are staggered by their own explosives, he could be resistant or immune to it, perhaps even benefiting from it as a resource mechanic called SHRAPNEL that he could use to create even deadlier pieces of ordinance, or refurbish as armor plating on the fly. This would make him a gadget themed frame like Vauban and maybe the upcoming Protea, except more focused on the offense and raw firepower. From a lore standpoint, he could be the counter to the Grineer forces; breaking through the tough armor of the Grineer through sheer firepower while resisting their brute weaponry. Appearance wise, he could be bulky and rugged, taking inspirations from real life EOD suits.

Maybe a warframe that is somehow related to the Stalker? Not nessecarily as in bothers (or bother/sister), but rather that the two have a backstory together. They experienced the same things that lead to their hatred, and while the Stalker got overwhelmed by hatred and anger, the warframe embraced and controlled it, becoming far stronger than the Stalker. Both fueled by hate, but one is consumed by the hate, while the other controls it.

The theme could be somewhat similar, black-red-ish, but design and ability wise oddly calm and destructive at the same time.

He could also have been very similar to the stalker, pure, uncontrolled rage, until he experiences something that makes him realize the error in his ways - possibly a special encounter with a Tenno. Unable to convince his former brother/friend to stop hunting Tenno, he chooses to defend them instead.

 

Gameplay wise, this could even be the foundation for an Operation or a Quest where we find out more about the Stalker's past, and it could end with another development regarding the Stalker (it already worked with Stalker -> Shadow Stalker).

I might just be too interested in Stalker history, but I believe it could make for an interesting story, itroducing a special warframe.

Almost 5 years ago, I shared a concept about a bold new Warframe that lead by example, rallied allies, and puts the many above the few - defensively and offensively. A Warframe made by the Tenno, for the Tenno and those we protect. Lost at a critical moment during the Old War, and to the archives of Warframe's forums (and my own mind), perhaps the core elemental values of this idea could still ring out full of hope.

However, it is not this Warframe I put forth necessarily, but the idea of a symbol who may properly and respectfully represent the passionate unity of my fellow Tenno instead...

"Story Idea"

Tyrannus is a rare breed of Tenno Warframe. He is a leader, tactician, and vanguard who commands both respect and fear of the highest
order. One of the first, when he emerged from the void, he was more changed than most: his form and capabilities resonated with his "the ends justify the means, all or nothing" philosophy. Tyrannus is known for his preference for the frontline,
merciless tactics and leadership by example. One of the only Tenno not placed in cyro-stasis, he was lost in a wormhole on a
solo mission at the start of the old war. Needless to say, without Tyrannus, the Tenno lost a major asset. His return marks a
powerful new era for the Tenno.

[?] Fights back through present time to rewrite history as we know it by opening up a revamped story. The wormhole he
returns from is briefly open for the Tenno to enter and change history.

An anomaly is detected in the void that registers a unique Orokin energy signature. Corpus and Grineer (and Sentient) forces are scrambling
to claim it for themselves (or destroy it). The Lotus places an ultra-high priority mission order to discover the source and recover it before
the other factions can claim or damage it. It is hinted that this may be a major hint to the mystery of Orokin and the Tenno. A
new coordinate is revealed outside of conventional space.
A unique Orokin derelict fleet is discovered in good condition and... not so derelict. There may still be Orokin or Tenno on
board. As the Tenno mobilize to the source, they must battle both the Grineer and the Corpus as well as some Infested. The
ships are discovered to have somehow fallen out of a time-altering wormhole. The defensive measures activated to protect the
ships seem to be the efforts of someone at the helm since it is soon discovered that they are all being controlled by a single
being. Based off a few received and intercepted transmissions, the entity on board the flagship seems to think they are at war
(an ancient war) and are adamant about defending the ship at all costs - against ALL outsiders. The entity refers to itself as a
leadership figure like a general and threatens all would-be invaders, including the Tenno players.
Players must battle past several Corpus and Grineer points, including survival missions on board either faction's doomed
ships (destroyed by the entity) that culminates into a final defense mission to gain a one time entrance into the Orokin Ship.
[?]Archwing (and Railjack) play?
Orokin defenses (and some Infested?) are hostile on board and a mysterious, blurred, cape-clad figure emerges to battle (in a
style similar to Stalker) once or twice disappearing only after leaving players in a dire circumstance they must survive. Even the
ship itself is not spared damage from the entity. The entity remarks insightfully about the Tenno but is adamant on defense,
refusing to be tricked. Upon an encounter or two, the entity engages protocols to wipe out all forces in the surrounding space
by sacrificing itself and the ship to supercharge its Warframe and destroy it's secrets (Orokin refuge destinations, other
sleeping Tenno?). In order to exit the ship and discover the secrets, the Tenno must find the vault/reactor room and recover the
passcode from the entity who is defending the ship's treasures and channeling its power overload.
Upon reaching the vault/reactor, the entity reveals itself to be a Tenno equipped in an unknown Warframe but is utterly
convinced that the Tenno players and their Warframes are an illusionary ploy and initiates combat. The Tenno's Warframe is
revealed to be Tyrannus. The Lotus stresses her surprise and the dire circumstance that the Tenno players are in by fighting the
Dominator. The Lotus expresses her doubt as she says: "Fight to the death if you must." Tyrannus uses some of his actual
abilities (modified for a boss battle) and forces teammates to revive each other.
At the close of the encounter, the Tyrannus clad Tenno comes to his senses when he recognizes the honor and valor the Tenno
players fought with and concedes the battle. Although the self-overload is not reversible, he gives players access to a data
core they must extract with before turning to hold off the onslaught of the other factions and ship defenses single handedly. A
timer counts down to the ships inevitable self-destruction. As the players make their way to extraction, Tyrannus makes a few
interesting, lore related transmissions. This includes his admittance of failure in going off on a lone quest to prevent
catastrophe yet becomes trapped in time and unable to assist in the concluding battles that have decided history. His
apparent sacrifice ensures the sacred knowledge (including the blueprints for the Tyrannus Warframe) is left in the right
hands. Slightly melodramatic.

"Theme"

Tyrannus' theme, in stark contrast with traditional themes, is a fundamental yet intangible element of ideology within him that is exerted upon his appearance and environment instead of an outside force dictating him (like the elements or nature). This theme focuses on a coherent, unique play-style and gameplay philosophy rather than aesthetics. He draws heavily from the philosophy of Plato and Socrates which describes an ideal city-state that is ruled by a philosopher-king; an autocracy in which a single individual has all the power yet is a wizened philosopher flawlessly superior in all matters of the state and cognizant of all the intrinsic morphologies therein. A man of action, this ideology also permeates Tyrannus' personal involvement in all military affairs, single-handedly safeguarding his dominion and dominating any enemy presence. A straightforward and sagacious individual, he never pulls his punches and ends all conflicts as quickly as he makes decisions. The manifestation of this normally impossible figure would yield a being with complete confidence who is undaunted by outside forces and acts with immediate and total effects - with no errors or survivors. Tyrannus is the epitome of wisdom, leadership and martial prowess and endlessly pursues the acquisition of power because he alone has the capacity to control it all efficiently. For the Tyrant, the ends justify the means because his ends are the ideal outcomes. Thus, he synthesizes the idea of a warrior, a philosopher, and a king; effectively becoming a one man triumvirate, the warrior-philosopher-king. Fundamentally, he is the uncompromising aspect of authority and embodies the domino by which all other dominos fall.

"Lotus-styled profile"

This is Tyrannus, the dominator.

Unyielding and unmerciful, Tyrannus commands overwhelming force to seize all beneath his oppressive shadow.

Tyrannus' abilities reign supreme over the battlefield and utterly conquer his foes.

Vice Grip instantly closes the distance to a target, then chokes out the life from it while forcing all other enemies to target the hapless victim.

Subjugate unleashes a powerful conical wave that reflects or destroys all enemy projectiles and forces enemies to their knees where they suffer bonus proc chance and damage from the next damaging hit taken.

Blitz is an overwhelming assault that multiplies the effects of the next action, attack or ability up to 4 times.

The reign of terror has just begun. Reign of the Tenno seizes foes in a dominating aura around Tyrannus, slowing enemy units and projectiles while galvanizing Tenno brethren against overwhelming odds by increasing their damage, health, shields, energy and stamina for every enemy executed.

Tyrannus strengthens his baleful chokehold with the mastery of mods; each ability is affected by Power Strength, Duration, and Range and can be optimized to meet any need.

For Tyrannus, the ends justify the means and none will escape the sovereignty of the Tenno.

On the brink of a New War, I believe that the theme of comradeship, courage and conquest over fate is paramount to celebrating the spirit and legacy of this new age about the Tenno and what we stand for. A new mythology, a greater pantheon. For it is through war that new pantheons are created, and the old ones fall. The past, present and future must be seized and shaped unto a form befitting and benefiting of all. To stand and to lift together is the greatest honor. Thank you all.

THEME: AN INTRODUCTION

Keywords: "Archon", Greek for "first citizen" and one of a few chief magistrates in Ancient Athens. Fall of the titans and rise of the gods (Orokin/Sentients vs. Tenno)

This Warframe's theme can be described as many things, including philosopher-king, leadership, conquest, founder, commander, epic poem, nation-building, mythos, ethos, logos and brotherhood. With a "first in, last out" playstyle, this Warframe is a fixed point that allies may always rely and rally on. Archon may be designed as a Warframe that has the unparalleled ability to provide the leadership and support needed to achieve any goal. An undeniable force on the battlefield, nothing occurs without Archon's full consent and the team's full advantage. This idea is a celebration and chronicle of the heroic deeds all Tenno accomplish. A new mythology; a greater pantheon.

Keywords: The Odyssey (like the Tenno making for home), Romulus & Remus (twin founders of Rome, the latter dying), Heracles (and his heroic deeds), epic, saga

Themes of herculean deeds, a harrowing odyssey, and tragic brotherhood are embodied. Adventure surrounds this immemorial Warframe's creation, disappearance, and reappearance. Embarking on an Odyssey-inspired cinematic mission, players discover the final gambit and sacrificial union of twin brothers or sisters. A Railjack inclusive mission series, teeming with trials, unravels a space-time-defying battle for the future fought alone by this Warframe since the Old War. For it is through war that new pantheons are created, and the old ones fall.

THEME: OPTIONAL ASPECTS & AESTHETICS 

Keywords: himation, chlamys, toga, laurel, helmet, crown, didactic, rally, harbinger, republic, paragon, philosopher-king, pantheon, mythology, monuments, orator, battle standard

(*All art and abilities are optional, shown to inspire/explore.) This Warframe may appear as a sort of warrior-philosopher-citizen with classical Greek/Roman elements. A chlamys (a short cloak), a himation (an outer garment worn over the left shoulder and under the right) or a toga may be present. The helmet design may include a laurel, helmet, and crown, signifying unity. Perhaps farfetched, I imagine this Warframe to be among the first created by the Tenno, for the Tenno. Also, it may be the first Warframe to have a voice and may even narrate special achievements and conditions during missions in a didactic way. It may be based on a male, female, or neither. It may or may not have two pairs of arms, however I enjoy the silhouette and the story of twin brothers/sisters sacrificing themselves as one for the greater good.

I was thinking, with the whole new Railjack, why don't we get a Warframe with their abilities based around a golden age Railjack. An example would be a barrage in like a straight line or in an area. It would also be cool if it showed up in maps, like in POE or Fortuna, it could be very high in the air and you could see it.

A Ranger Warframe, thinking more along the lines of an almost Texas Ranger style. He specializes in precision rifles, not specifically snipers more Marksman style Rifles like the Latron or Veldt but with a new Flintlock marksman rifle.

We have a bow frame, sword frame, pistol frame, a damn cat frame so why not a Rifle user.

Story could involve being a last stand to hold down a small town being over run by enemy forces. Perhaps a fallen Ostron camp or colony. 

Passive could be simple like Excalibur giving a boost to specific rifle types or even something more unique. Keen Eye giving him the ability to see enemies through small walls.

Was thinking of a mutant frame whose ability is to change the size of body parts to better suit function:

- lengthen legs to run faster

- engorged with blood, his arms increase in size to increase slam radius of melee

- armor and body expand to provide dmg reduction

- can rest (expend energy to heal while not moving/aiming) to recuperate health quickly
