I think a Spartan themed warframe would be cool. I think that he's just a killing machine killing all in his path. I'd also think it would be awesome if he ended up fighting in the old war and managed to survive  and now he's waiting to take revenge in the new war.

Abilities

1. Spear throw, hits one enemy and can pierce.

2. Spartan charge, rushes through in a straight line knocking up all enemies.

3. Spartan rage, buffs health, damage and ability damage.

4. Pulls out a spear and shield and just destroys anything with cool combos as well kinda like wukong.

I had saved up a pretty odd but also cool idea. For ease of reading, I'll call it Laevatein.
Laevatein is a two-in-one Warframe alike to Equinox, but it instead has a main body with a secondary one, another Warframe, equipped in resemblance to an Archwing, made of multiple pieces.
Its main body is simple and slim, with certain gaps in key places, on which the second body connects, akin to an exoskeleton. It should look a lot like it has an armor on, those gaps filled with the second body, which has a different color that contrasts notoriously. In my few sketch attempts at designing Laevatein, it was meant to look like a winged knight of sorts.
Could say they have a connected conciousness, but whether they are a singular being with two different minds, a unique merged mind from two different beings, or just two minds acting in unison thanks to a link/bond, is pretty much a mystery, or merely a thing for them to answer.

It should essentially take the idea of 'living weapons', with the secondary body being essentially a conscious Exalted Weapon of its own kind, or just a Warframe that is made to be a weapon, that its companion wields profficiently in a variety of ways, whether it could be supporting teammates by connecting pieces to them, reforming the secondary body into differently shaped tools for combat, separating in two to exert great crowd control, or even merging both bodies into a singular weapon mode.

But someone else might have made this idea even better in some other form or shape so...just wanted to try! 😅

I have been waiting for fans to submit the Warframe theme design submissions finally appeared, I will not miss this long-awaited event.

I have always wanted a warframe with the theme of black holes:thumbup:

The Primordial

The only 'Void-based' Warframe created by the Orokin, Janus was deemed too valuable as a vanguard unit to allow it to fight on the front lines; it was relegated to the role of guarding the Orokin capital city as a final defender, repelling any attempt at invasion.

When the Orokin fell, the original Janus sacrificed itself to allow the Tenno time to escape the Orokin creations, holding back the city's defenses until its fellows were free.

Since the Fall, the remnants of Janus have lain buried and dormant in the Orokin capital, relegated to whispered myths and ancient stories, awaiting the day it is called to arms once more...

ORPHEUS, THE ALTER

 

**INTRODUCTION**

Many moons have passed since the Blind Queen of the Aphids tore asunder the bridge between our many realities. What had she gained? What could she have found? We are not certain yet. However, Orpheus found us. "

This is Orpheusthe Alter, an enigma even among the many of our Origin System. She is a force of the cosmos, a remnant of the infinite, and hers is the blade that shall end all conflict or doom all existence.

She's basically supposed to be a Warframe from a different dimension or reality. We aren't even aware if she's actually a Warframe, or something entirely different that chose to mimic the structural and physiological parameters of a Warframe. Her primary design motif is a Frame that can warp the base senses (Sight, Touch) of enemies whilst keeping her own squadmates uncertain of her playstyle, which leads into her secondary design motif. Orpheus is a peculiar Frame among some VERY peculiar Frames, and she takes being enigmatic very seriously. All of her abilities share unique synergy among one another, and most every other Tenno will apply her tools to use in a different way. However, her entire Risk vs Reward ability set is meant to encourage proper squad composition whilst allowing most every Warframe currently available to enjoy her company without feeling hindered.

Orpheus is a hybrid AoE CC/DPS Warframe who specializes in chaotic, over the top engagements and an almost battle-mage playstyle that, if allowed to breathe in a welcoming team, will make every encounter a spectacle worth staying around for.

At the same time, Orpheus' appearance is that of a slender, almost ghostly being. Clad in hues of Purple and Gold, the battlefield is a place of much curiosity for her. Her noble animation is a questioning gesture, which turns to a playful twirl as if to indicate her excitement at these alien prospects. Her ability animations invoke a different beast however.

Her first ability, Night Comes, is drawn as a curse of unknown tongue, while Harbinger sees Orpheus shed her physical form and become a collapsing celestial body. Her third ability is a result of her curiosity regarding Warframes, as she conjures an Exalted Weapon that chills existence itself, while the implications of her ultimate ability are as ominous as her presence. Eternal Embrace sees Orpheus reach out to the cosmos and recite once more an almost familiar tragedy but in her alien tongue. Whom does she speak of? Why does she exist in our reality? Some questions are best kept beyond the reach of logic.

**ABILITIES**

 

  • PASSIVE AETHER While there are no nearby enemies, Orpheus and her allies within Affinity Range recharge 12 Energy per second.
  • PASSIVE : SWIFT ASSAILANT - While there are 3 or more nearby (18m) enemies CC'd, Orpheus and her allies gain 35% increased sprint speed and Parkour velocity. 

 

  • ABILITY 1 : NIGHT COMES [ Key 1; Energy 25; Range : 10/12/15/18 m; Duration : 6s ] - Orpheus casts a debilitating radial debuff, causing all affected targets to have 50% reduced accuracy and action speed. Killing an enemy affected by the debuff grants Orpheus and her allies the Doomfeather buff (3% added Weapon Critical Chance per enemy slain, upto 30%, for 4 seconds). [ The ability is meant to resemble Nyx's Chaos Sphere to an extent, with the exception that the AoE doesn't diminish but the base debuff itself doesn't last remotely as long. ]

 

  • ABILITY 2 : HARBINGER [ Key 2; Energy : 18/s; Range : 15m; Duration : Toggled/Channeled ] - Orpheus rips apart her physical form and becomes the Harbinger of Ruin. While in this form, Orpheus steadily drains her energy to cast a deadly aura around her which damages (150/170/220/280 Radiation damage) both herself and nearby enemies for each step that she takes. Enemies killed while under the effect of the aura grant overshields on death. Enemies debuffed by Night Comes explode when killed by the effect of Harbinger, dealing 10% of their maximum Health and Shields as Radiation damage in a radius (4m). [ Harbinger is Orpheus' signature ability. While the self-damage can be fatal, the secondary debuff that comes from its combo with Doomfeather has a unique effect in that the resulting explosion can chain between enemies, leading to massive AoE coverage at a great cost. As well, the damage ticks for Harbinger increase in frequency and range the faster Orpheus sprints. ]

 

  • ABILITY 3 : NIGHT'S CHILL [ Key 3; Energy : 40; Range : 8/12/16/20 m; Duration : Toggled, 2/2/3/4s Stun ] - Orpheus leaps into the air and summons her Exalted Javelin, empowered by the sheer chill of a cold, dead universe. Slam it to the ground to damage (500/600/700/800) and freeze all nearby enemies in place. While frozen, enemies take 40% increased damage from Orpheus' Harbinger aura and slain enemies have a 10% chance to restore 30% of her and her allies' maximum energy. Subsequent casts of Night's Chill on frozen enemies causes slain targets to drop health orbs on death, but reduce the effective AoE by 50%. [ Night's Chill is Orpheus' second damage skill, and a complementary damage source to Harbinger. Cast once to clear regular ads or hard-CC heavy units, and cast again to stack high burst damage at a very concentrated point. ]

 

  • ABILITY 4 : ETERNAL EMBRACE [ Key 4; Energy : 130; Range : 10/15/20/25 m; Duration : 2/4/6/8s Stun ] - Orpheus recites a fable from a universe unknown to all, of a hero that failed to shield their being from greed and hubris, halting all nearby enemies and draining (6/8/10/12% of enemy maximum health dealt as Radiation damage per second; 6/8/10/12% of damage dealt by Eternal Embrace leeched as health for Oprheus) their essence. Casting Eternal Embrace while Harbinger is active grants Orpheus the Primordial buff, removing the base damage of Eternal Embrace and causing her to be locked in suspended animation for 4 seconds while a single instance of Night's Chill is cast onto each affected enemy every 2 seconds. While Primordial is active, Orpheus and her allies take 30% increased damage from all sources, and Orpheus does not leech health from Eternal Embrace[ As Orpheus herself is a being of unknown origin or motive, similar is the uncertainty of her cataclysmic prowess. Will you choose to play safe and prioritize hard CC from a safe range, or will you trust your squad's capability and risk your faith upon the wings of calamity herself? ]

I would like to see a Warframe that is the physical embodiment of insanity.  Their kit would be abilities where they would laugh, scream, and go crazy by jumping off of walls.  
 

They could have a lunatic meter that determines how much damage you’ve dealt and it’s distributed to teammates by giving a small increase in armor and damage output.

Okay so I've got a Druid in the Circle of the Shepard. So my thinking is something along the lines of Nidus but covered in pelts, leathers and armours from various enemies and other Warframes. Just a messed up amalgamation of all the Warframes. It's powers can work around summoning animals and buffing team mates. I know I'm overstepping by suggesting powers but I don't care. Make my thing a thing please and thank you, you beautiful Tenno overlords.

Project V10D4RCHON, Series X 

"Yes, the project is coming along, but there has been a few issues in the labs lately, I think our friends finally found the signature..." 

The room itself stands silent, the cadaver that hangs as its center piece radiates a rage so deep so empty that one could wonder if the void itself was calling out in this hidden hell, the man walks with a pride that many would say borders arrogance as life is fused back into the cadaver. 

"Its progress? Yes yes, the resonance is holding with the child, the flux here is surprising but we readjusted." His words trail as the station shakes, and alarms begin to blare echoing through the halls, "Yes, the Grineer tests have done fine, the last live test was exciting to say the least, the Corpus test also was unique, Infested had already seen trials and now the final test. Do I have permission to start it for our friends?" 

The massive warped braids of Kuva laced with a unique blend of Orokin and Sentient technology begin to sing as the argon capacitors sing a song that sickens the void, before the room begins to hum, as madness touches the souls that kiss the ground of the station begging for a release that will never grace them. 

"I see, well I'm sorry but this is no longer your choice to make" His hand touches the control panel, as the room itself begins to glow with ripples from the void, his body seems unphased by the corruption of a world yet explored and his eyes bleeding a violet chilling energy, the cadaver begins to fill as the void heals the scars from each experiment the blood dripping from its arms dries and its flesh begins to fill warping as the void lashes give it life. 

"I give you one chance for freedom, our friends are here and you are the next step we must take. You choose, you may live in freedom or die in slavery" The mans voice wavers for only a second, before opening the cage to this beast, the station begins to whine alerting the guard of the sentient breach, their numbers pouring through the stations halls lacerating the guards and defenses of the station in their blitz.

He now steps to another case opening it, the contents weapons refined for the monster he planned to release, the next moment was not his own to choose as the void began to move his form, through a world yet unseen. 

A void themed warframe, its body is heavily fused and warped by the touch of the void each step it makes it brings the energy of the void into this world distorting what many think it means to be alive, the experiments that were ran on it can still be felt as it moves with an unnatural stillness that reminds the tenno of what they truly are not. The project itself was said to have been lost in rumors and a trail of blood that no one felt could ever have been true.

La warframe que j'aimerai voir dans le jeux c'est vraiment une baser sur le thème de la box anglaise. Une warframe avec une capuche. Le même genre de vêtement que balrog dans SFV ou steve de tekken 7. Ils pourrait avoir une arme exalter ect... mais vraiment il serrai baser dans le monde de la box anglaise avec tout ce qui va avec. Je pense que ça pourai être énorme. Et pour le jeux warframe fighter il irait vraiment bien dans ce mini jeux x). Il pourai avoir un nouveau système de combo baser sur s'est capacité ect... il serait complètement unique dans le jeux et il pourai être inspiré des boxeur des plus grand jeux de combat. Je pense que pour ce jeux ça pourai être énorme.

I'm thinking another water-based frame would be sick, so I'm thinking a water-frame with some cool robotic features

Holes around the body that stream water to other holes, a bulky upper body and maybe steam billowing from the legs

And then maybe like the railjack and how it has those plates that move around on the body, this frame could have those aswell

Causing mass havoc on the battlefield is a dream for any Warframe player. That being said, everyone gets a bit of an ego about themselves after refining their arsenal and fashion frame. This sort of ego had a physical manifestation back in the days of the Orokin Empire, one that is begging for all enemies near and far to stare at their dazzling brilliance while they pick off enemies for staring too long. Their theme is being the biggest egotistical force on the map, taunting their foes in a vast radius while distributing debuffs to enemies and buffs to allies. While not being overly tanky, they specialize in avoiding attacks in order to increase the enemies aggravation for them. They are a true menace with an ever inflating ego that only suffocates those around them. A potential name could be Narcissus after the Greek mythos, since this character is so enamored by themselves. Abilities and design are to be determined for future parts of the event.

PVP but as a quest where a player would be the final boss. So for example a player would start the mission with chroma prime with the build of the player choosing would go up against another player with an trinity prime. Kind of like an RPG game where you have to level up your character to advance further in the story, it's the same thing here only difference here is that chroma prime can only mod his/her character once whilst in the quest.

Salvaxe, the War Machine

We have four faction-based warframes: Valkyr/Protea (corpus machines), Nidus (infested), and Revenant (Sentient). And yet the Grineer have no representation.

And on that note, let me introduce Salvaxe, the war machine. A tenno crypod that was ripped open, but instead of ripping the machine apart, they converted it into a Grineer soldier. Elite Grineer pauldrons on its shoulders with a mask on the side of it's helmet, and a heavy pack on his back. Salvaxe became the very essence of the Grineer ideal; excessively violent with crude methods but devastating results. 

Salvaxe is 'Savage' in Galician.

I know abilities aren't what you want, but they will help to unify the character.

Passive - Rally

When Salvaxes shields are depleted, he gains increased reload speed and attack speed on melees. This increases for any ally that also loses shields.

First Ability - Pummel 

Salvaxe lunges forwards and grabs onto the first enemy encountered, raising them into the air and slamming them down into ground.

Second Ability - Grenadier

Salvaxe will alternate between four grenades that he can throw out. Frag is pure, raw blast damage. Flashbang will blind enemies in a short radius. Concussive disorientates enemies, lowering their accuracy. Decoy distracts enemies for a short while. (It has a higher threat level to drag enemies attention towards it.)

Third Ability - Bunker

Salvaxe deploys a custom blunt onto the battlefield, blocking incoming damage. He can have up to three at once. 

Fourth Ability - Rampage

Salvaxe deploys his Exiled weapon; a brutal minigun that is fueled off of his own energy. While Rampage is active, Salvaxe moves slower but gets health back for every enemy slain by him.

A Bone based Warframe, able to control and manipulate his own skeleton, as well as the skeletons of allies and enemies. Perhaps able to manipulate his own bones to be used As weapons or as A last minute defense, whilst strengthening his friends and weakening his enemies.

make a warframe based around The Grineer by making its design inspired by grineer's and its story is that its was made by the grineer's to trick other warframes but one day it finds out that the things its doing for the grineer is wrong and joins the right side.

I know people have suggested a lotus or flower theme before. HOWEVER, my theme idea utilizes some existing lore of Warframe and adding on a bit to it as well as put a twist to the theme itself.

The idea is a Warframe that was designed by the Lotus/Natah herself during the fall of the Orokin Empire. My reasoning behind this is that while the Lotus brought down the Orokin empire as intended and planned, she had sympathy for the Tenno who she couldn't destroy. She knows about the Warframes and how they work and operate and Warframes are originally a creation of Orokin origin as is proven by Prime Warframes. For this idea Natah during the fall of the Orokin empire used their technology as other Sentients have done before her to create a Warframe of her own design. Instead of using stealing Orokin technology and methodology for the gain of Sentients, she uses it against them. The original one, like other Warframes, will be based on the Orokin version but looks more standard for the Tenno. The Prime version of the Warframe would be her original Orokin prototype design which would look more glamorous than the original variant. Because of her standing with the Tenno at the time, it is possible that the Lotus may have had many willing volunteers and/or force conversions to undergo the change and transformation required to be a Warframe as stated in the lore of "The Sacrifice" Quest.

The name of the Warframe itself would be something along the lines of flowers or related to lotus flowers themselves. One example I have is "Nelumbo" which is the name of the genus of plants that mostly consist of lotus flowers. The design itself can mostly revolve around more than just Lotus flowers however, and could incorporate other well known species of flowers from various environments and cultures. Alternate helmet designs could even reflect this concept of using other flowers.

As for how this would be acquired. The blueprints and components can come from a new lore filled story mission that adds a more depth to the lore like "The War Within" and "The Sacrifice" quests did. I believe that giving more lore on Natah herself and her relationship with the Tenno would be beneficial and might answer some lore questions while also bringing in new ones. This quest would be a great follow up to "The Sacrifice" as said previous quest explores how Warframes are originally created, and the new quest explores that part of the lore even further, as I believe new Warframes should make sense within the context of lore.

As quoted by Margulis and the Lotus respectively: "Dream... not of what you are... but what you want to be" can be taken full circle as the Lotus dreams of becoming a mother and makes it a reality via their relationship with the Tenno despite being a Sentient themself.

I'd really like an exact opposit frame to Nova because its the second community frame and this just fits I think. It should not feature darkness and stuff but maybe light and crystals.

General design based on light characters (not that big and heavy), preferably with propper design on movement and agility and (pls pls pls) symetrical.

Background story is, that when nova was 'created' or born or whatever, this warframe was accidentaly created too (but nobody really noticed until now).

Abilities could be 

1. Shining so bright that enemies are blind for some moments. 

2.crating dual swords out of light that are stronger the brighter it is outside (or sth. else)

3. Creating a healing area that is buffing the player and the teammates (inspired by solar panels crating energy)

4. Creating a crystal which is similar to a drone right behind the Player and doing some Damage idk. like 1/6 of the frame damage using beams. For 1 min or less. High cooldown or consuming max energy.

Recent Corpus mining operations on the Orb Vallis have uncovered a long forgotten Warframe, Haela and her fiery kubrow Fenris.

Haela is a frontline combat frame with abilities based around area of effect attacks, disabling opponents with status afflictions, and strengthening herself and Fenris with killing melee blows on enemies. When Fenris is fully powered you can unleash it's fury to add fire to your attacks and burn anyone that gets close with Helfire.

Haela has steel armor plating on her arms and legs, along with a small breastplate on her torso. Her limbs are sparsely wrapped with red cloth lined with elaborate sigils and runes. Fenris is a dark furred wolf like kubrow with fiery cracks along it's body, a lava like substance drips from the cracks.

Obviously I got the idea from old Norse mythology. Valkyr, Khora, and Garuda are some of my favorite frames so I thought it would be amazing for them to be combined.

I've been thinking a long time about a frame based on the Roman legionary. They were some of the best warriors in the ancient world, kind of like our Tenno in the warframe universe. As far as design goes, I would base the body off of the plated design of the Lorica Segmentata but of course look more space age.
