It would be interesting to see an Adjudicator(Judge) themed warframe.

One who passes judgement with holy light and could weild a mace and a shield who can build up damage with the exalted weapons active and pass it back using divine retribution 

One who can take alies damage in their stead

What about a spider based warframe?

There is no warframe based on insects and spiders offer many angles to explore:

It is possible to design mobility skill using spider webs, the webs also useful for cc skills

It is possible to design venom-based skill for dps but these skills would have a melee nature due to the inoculation method

It is possible to created interesting summoning skill as the spider builds up her brood.

I took my own shot it this design with the help of @keikogi, all the art and desing is my own, he only helped with polishing the skills and typing the post.

TYPHON the farther of monsters and the brother of Tartarus

a Warframe from the depths of Tartarus<[a hellish place where monsters re-form in greek myths] covered in lava a [heavy tank+crowd control] rank 0/unranked: 140health 75shield. max rank {no mods}: 870health 650shield. rank 0/unranked: 130 energy. max rank{no mods}: 340 energy.

1. hell-wrangler: summon hell hounds 2x 15 secs [max rank]50 energy. slash+toxin+heat based attacks 250 health(unlocked rank 0)

2.Mist: confuse enemies all around you using dark mist. level 1: 3 seconds, level 2: 6 seconds, level 3/max: 10 seconds. [enemies can't; shoot/attack or set off alarms{also strips 60% of amour}also causes enemies to run into walls in fear] 35 energy

3. lava shrapnel: deploy a lava trip mine (max amount deployed: 5) {in conclave looks like a health drop} deploys on walls and floor [heat+corrosive damage]can be deployed ONTO mist covered enemies for half energy. 30 energy ~can also be remotely triggered[only when on an enemy]~

4. life drain: opens a crack in the floor which leaks out lava [heat+] and sucks enemies in {every enemy sucked in replenishes; 15 energy and 30 health} duration: level 1:3 seconds rank 2: 6 seconds. max rank: 9 secs. max enemies sucked in 13. when used with mist enemies will walk into the crack. 100 energy

passive: leaves a short trail of fire as he runs [heat]+all weapons that are heat based will receive a 25% heat damage boost.

ability 1 unlocked at: rank 0

ability 2 unlocked at: rank 6

ability 3 unlocked at: 14

ability 4 unlocked at: 20

Gravity.

She'd lift enemies up (interacting with the existing 'lifted' state, only lasing longer) and bring them crashing down, or increase the gravity in a zone to slow enemies passing through it and drag projectiles down. That sort of thing.

A skill-combo/rune-based warframe ala Magicka skill system, where a successful pairing and sequencing of skills resulting a variety of effects. The more complex the combo, the more energy drain but greater the effects

Example:

Skill 1 + 2 + 3 = crowd control 

Skill 2 + 3 = self healing

Skill 2 + 3 + 1 = AOE healing

etc.

The warframe would have a scribe or scholar background, likely with some weakness trait for gunfight (-10 damage to primary weapon, etc.) in favor of a skill-based play style.

Vigour
A guardian warframe with two types of combat mode.
First mode: heavy armor. This mode makes the warframe looks like samurai with heavy armor. This mode gives Vigour strong defensive power and makes him immune to knockdown effect, but move slowly as well. Vigour can taunt the enemies. When taken certain amount of damage, Vigour can transform to his second mode.
Second node: assault mode. Vigour lose his armor and pull out his katana. His skills transform, makes him more powerful and agile. He has a new energy bar called bloodthirsty, which gains energy when he kills the enemies. With bloodthirsty grows, Vigour's attack damage and attack range will increase. When bloodthirsty energy hits maximum, Vigour can use the mode transform skill to unleash a heavy slash and transform back too his first mode.

I would like to see a Warframe made of a swarm of millions of tiny drones which give the aesthetic of radio interference or a moving sandstorm in the defined shadow of a human body; I also imagine it looking like an old man with a big long bushy beard and stooping plump and comfortable stature. Old, weathered and slow when passive but surprisingly agile and graceful when active. Influences might be Albus Dumbledore, Old Man Yamamoto, Zeus or perhaps Father Christmas.

His favourite weapon would utilise his swarm of drones, rapidly flying at the enemies like tiny knives to immobilise limbs by tearing at important ligaments; then enemies would soon succumb and dissolve into mushy dust if the swarm persists. He might also be able to dodge incoming attacks by simply allowing his swarm to disperse. The swarm could also heal by recycling the mushy paste that used to be an enemy.

Aurora based warframe.

Perhaps canonically related to wisp, aurora is more the splendour of when the solar winds strike the magnetospheres. Ethereal lights, enchanting yet fleeting, graceful in motion. I'm imagining magnetic damage type on any damaging ability, charming effect(s), and literal rainbow light bridges or barriers.

Fafnir 
A Dark type Warframe has 2 forms (the second appears after the first fallen a kind of bloody fury, life declines permanently. Siphons the vitality of the creatures it touches, can not be healed by orbs or warframe power under this form !) 


Synopsis: In the darkest depths of the system / Nothingness a creature darker than darkness itself was sealed by the tennos themselves and forgotten by all, its ferocity was such that even its allies trembled at its approach ... 


Statistics: 
Max life: 550
 Shield: 0
 Armor: 950
 Energy: 0
 Speed: 1.25 
Power duration: 100%
Power efficiency: 100% 
Power intensity: 130% 
Range of power: 100%


Passive power / Main Form: Accumulation of shadows! Collect the shadows of these fallen enemies and even those of these allies. (this is its energy) increases very slowly if none is collected. 


Ability 1 / Main Form: Shadow explosion (costs: 10 shadows) Extract the shadow of his opponent, explode and impale all creatures found within a radius of 5m (Ultra damage piercing but slow to launch.) Keeps creatures impaled if they are not dead on the spot. (N ' is not affected by duration but may not be active more than 3 at a time) 


Ability 2 / Main Form: No shadow (costs: 5 shadows) Teleports via its shadow behind the target enemy (closest if none targeted) 


Ability 3 / Main Form: Shadow sphere (costs: 35 shadows) Send a huge sphere of ultra concentrated darkness which explodes on contact but it moves slowly (Ultra blunt damage.) (Radius 15m) * Beware of explosion it kills you directly without going through the furious box!  


Power 4 / Main Form: Void Light (costs: 75/150/225/300/375 shadows) * may not be affected by the increase / decrease in intensity. Increasing / Decreasing Efficiency does not affect this skill. Permanent boost of all statistics for all members of the squad nearby (bonus kept in fury mode statistics 3x SUPERIOR instead of 2x) 
Stackable 5 times! But loses efficiency / intensity (50% / 40% / 30% / 20% / 10%) each time,  if a member of the squad falls to the ground he loses the boost and cannot recover it until this warframe is dead! (Form Fury is activated during the grounding.)


Secondary form: only melee weapon. (Weapon of predilection double nikana) (the vitality descends more and more quickly with the wire of time, the powers have no more blow but now have a latency before revival.)


Passive power / Secondary form: Accumulation of shadows and vitality. Collect the shadows of these fallen enemies and even those of these allies. (this is its energy) increases very slowly if none is collected. With each hit (power / melee weapon) Fafnir regenerates at the rate of 25% of the damage inflicted. 


Ability 1 / Secondary form: Shadow Feast. (20s) You pull the shadow of your victim and devour it to regenerate you and give you a temporary attack speed boost. (10s) * after devouring a dozen shadows you can resume your initial form by loading this skill.


Power 2 / Secondary form: Spear of Darkness. (5s) Cast a huge shadow spear piercing everything in its path and teleport you to its point of impact. (Ultra piercing damage) (possibly charged.)


Power 3 / Secondary form: Waltz of Shadows. (15s) Project a large amount of mini shadow sphere in all directions. (20% of the damage of the shadow sphere per mini sphere.) 


Power 4 / Secondary form: Devourer of the universe. (45s) You liberated the darkness that is in you and devours space-time itself and all creatures if found. (30m) (Ultra Perforating, Blunt, Sharp, Corrosive, Magnetic, Gaseous and Explosive damage.)

I've always thought that a Grineer themed warframe could be a very interesting idea. So as a result here she is. 

Ker'aza 

One of the many warframes hunted by the Grineer, Kerza  was found in the depths of the Orokin ruins scattered across Earth. Like others she was captured by the Grineer, but rather than kill her, she was given away. She was left to suffer at the hands of the brutal Lieutenant Lech Krill and General Sargas Ruk who would work together to forge her anew, an instrument of their will and a warrior to lead the Grineer Legions to victory. Decades past, decades of brutal experimentation, mutilation and torture, the mind of Kerza burning away under the fire of the General and her body being shattered by the violence of the Lieutenant. At the end, Kerza was dead, and in her place now stood a monument to the sins of the Grineer. Ker'aza was born, born of the hatred, inhumanity and violence of the Grineer, a perfect weapon. 

At least that was until she killed her first Tenno. 

Upon driving her two blades of pure flame into the chest of the being, she saw something, a figure from a time long since past, a voice that was once lost coming back. The pain was indescribable as her mind tore asunder once more, the hate for the Tenno extending now to her Grineer comrades. She no longer serves the Lotus, nor does she serve the Grineer, now her only goal is to tear them down and set herself free. 

She is Suffering...

She is Betrayal...

She is War...

She...is Ker'aza

A Dreamcatcher Warframe "Hadra". Stealing hopes and dreams of her enemies to charge her Dreamcatcher and using it's power to protect other players.

- She could leave her body to enter dream realm (kinda like limbo entering rifts) and damage Dream Force of her enemies (blue enemy-shaped energy behind them). Dream Force will charge her Dreamcatcher. Her main body would be in stasis during this and enemies deprived of Dream Force would drop energy/health orbs upon killing.
- She could create a wave around her. If an enemy was deprived of the Dream Force before the wave occurred, he becomes tormented by nightmares, losing his mind and becoming terrified. If an enemy had a Dream Force before wave occurred he takes doubled damage.
- Using fully charged Dreamcatcher she could follow up other player in "spectator mode" as a spectre above him, granting ability strength bonus while making him less likely to be targeted by the enemies (scaring the enemies). She could switch between rest of the players and have some abilities to damage enemies in this form aswell.

Also cool art design would be if she had built in dreamcatcher symbol in her body (like a hole in her stomach, stitched with dreamcatcher's rope knots) that'd be glowing once fully charged.
