Hi DE this is my dream warframe concept for 2 good reasons,1. is because we dont have frame in this direction but its something very familiar with something like this and for 2. is that this type of the frame have potential to be good for the badass look and interesting and fun powers that can replace Excalibur poster boy for good.And that this new frame bee good for a reason and that every players just want him to have him not just for master rank but because it's perfect in every possible way...So here is link for my concep and art about this frame:

 

And same all this i will copy in here so that you all can see my concept design,and i hope you all liket:

Power 1) Blinding enemies and stun a the same time with his bats,and that enemies become more afraid and that gives you bonus damage for you and your players and every hit give you bigger chance for health and energy drop.

Power 2)  You become invisible and in that mod you can mark your enemy and all mark enemies when you attack they lost armor and you get bonus critical damage and critical multiplied

and if you hold you are getting shield around you that everyone that strikes you, got on your side and fight for some time for you.

Power 3) You are getting Bat-wings with bonus health and armor and every strike with melee gives you bonus damage rage for you and all players around you. And flying brings enemies near you on the ground waiting for you to strike them.

Power 4) Getting excalted whip that have 5-10x bigger range then every other whip weapon. And with that all enemies are in vertigo and bleeding condition in every strike with combo that you can have 2 whips in same time if you are more for the faster combo...

passive. when you are nearly dead you are getting faster and give more damage bonuses and first 5 kills give you health regeneration.... 😉🍻

And in the end last for example his:

Warframe Theme: Artillery

Warframe would be more mechanical and morph between different cannon configurations for launching various splash damage projectile types like grenades, rockets, bombs, with lesser abilities that optimize performance, damage, etc.

A warframe which can create clones of himself with the first ability while the other abilities affect him and his clones in different ways.

He can overcharge his skills by holding the skill button instead of just pressing it, at the cost of Health.

Has a semi-infensted look (think Excalibur Umbra's Sunder helmet or something that's mid-way between Nidus and regular warframes) to give it a "failed warframe experiment" look

Possible names:

  • Replicator (generic)
  • Embryo (infested therme)

Soldier girl warframe , slim body yet covered in armor and pockets\gadgets.

Tomboyish personality

Volunteered for warframe project on her own accord.

Builded around:

-grenades (simple flashbang will be ok)

-Projected frontal shields (like volt pick up variant but only for her and more stylish.

-Elemental team ammo buffs , like wisp and upcoming promethea you spawn a node and this node provides a single full magazine for a weapon buffed by rotational elements (like hystrix)

-Exalted heavy machine gun/

How about a Warframe, that can possess their enemies? 'till they(enemies)die. Possess them, use their bodies to do various things and eventually kill them, to switch back to actual body. It could work for stealth and loud gameplay alike.

Крч предлагаю ввести в игру такого фрейма , фрейм имба , говорю сразу , так что голосуем!
Фрейм называется кровавый месяк
1 скилл - Манипуляция . Управляет кровью врагов , может поднимать их в воздух и кидать в любую сторону , куда направил мышь
2 скилл - Переливание . Высасывает всю жизненную энергию врага , добавляя себе бафф на хп , и броню
3 скилл - Пожирание . Съедает врага , восстанавливая себе хп ,а если они фул или на 75% заполнены , то добавляет себе сверх здоровье
4 скилл - Бешенство. Впадает в ярость , выпускает из спины щупальца , которые автоматически в определенном радиусе дамажат и лезвия в руках , добавляет скорость адаки и скорость бега
Пассивка - Использует способности за счет здоровья
P.s. Да , я супер художник , но хотел бы , чтоб эту идею в реализовали , ну или хотяб в шутку на 1 апреля.....хе

Frame: Laverna, Queen of thieves and cheats

Inspiration: Laverna is based on the Roman Goddess of Cheats and Thieves, Laverna.

Theme: Laverna's kit and overall themes would involve stealing different aspects of an enemy or ally to utilize for her own purposes. This could be something like cloaking herself as an enemy and hiding among them or copying another allies warframe ability for her own use.

Her appearence would be something if like ivara and wisp were merged together. She would have a kind of spiritual-esque nature to her but not as ethereal as wisp.

Theme: Straf, the Gas Elemental Warframe.

Edit: The Theme, but with Feeling: 
Gas, a state of matter, a noble member of the fundamental building blocks of reality, and life, as we know it. 
More than anything else, it is Gas, and its formation of atmosphere, that we use to mark the border of a world from the darkness and ravages of space. It is the fuel of Gas that creates Light in our Universe, which pushes back the Void.

It is a powerful, versatile force, as capable of bringing life as it is terrible destruction.

This is Straf, the Reticent, the Deadly.

Straf can harnesses the strength of Gas to aide, or abate life, Tenno. Use it wisely.

Why: It fills a hole in the elemental frames.

Aesthetic: Boy Wisp, kinda ethereal, floaty. Put those new particle effects to work with it expelling some fog/smog from its hands, face, etc. Maybe some smokestacks pumping out of the shoulder-blades, or maybe just pumping out of its neck like a spooky ghost skeleton, incorporate a large fan in the core (like Megaman's Airman). Maybe one of his helmets is in the style of a gas mask. 

Edit: Functional Implementation: Like the gas giants of space, Straf’s core may or may not be present and is kept together by abstract forces; it’s a shield frame. It's also light, suggesting a faster frame. Gas is a silent means of destruction, lending itself thematically to being a stealth frame.

Edit: Ability Direction: For a first ability, borrowing from the notion of pneumatic force seems apt, perhaps a launched gas AOE. A re-purposed World of Fire, Ember's retired fourth ability, rather World of Effluvium, for the fourth ability. A stealth second ability, Vapor Shroud. A buff/recovery third ability, Benevolent Fumes.

Back Story: I feel like the concept of gas is most associated with the Grineer's lower tech aesthetically right? So I'm thinking it's tied to the Grineer held gas giant Saturn. Maybe we say, there was a lone Tenno operative, sabotaging a Grineer galleon. Evac is scrubbed, their archwing and Warframe are damaged, the ship is crashing into Saturn's atmosphere. Thing is, the operative can't disconnect from their Warframe, or doesn't wish to leave the tech to be later scavenged. So they're aboard this degrading ship caught inside of Saturn's atmosphere, and cobble together a new frame from Grineer elements, using some available source of gas to overcome the denser atmosphere of Saturn and rise high enough to send out a signal for a railjack to rescue them.

Summoner/Commander. Can Create unique units to aid the Tenno squad while giving them orders for how to fight.

 

The Commander was designed to learn from the battles that raged during the Old War, to develop new strategies and adapt faster in combat than any Warframe or Dax Soldier. For every Commander, an army of their own making. For every army, orders to be given. The strategies used by the Commanders were unparallelled, even the other Warframes and Dax began to follow the orders from Commander Warframes.

Theme: "Lotus was the Den mother, but even the den mother needs someone to protect the nest. From above talons rend and tear, with blinding speed and silence, they protect there nest from any foe, no matter the cost. With the Condroc as it's ally it protects the air above Cetus from any sentient threat."

Nergal infests target non-robotic non-boss enemy, the enemy is twisted into a shell for Viiryl
Viiryl's health is replaced with (Viiryl's max health) + (Viiryl's max health) * (enemy level / (enemy level + 100))
when this is depleted the shell explodes for (800 / 1000 / 1250 / 1500 + (shell max HP * 0.1)) damage
Viiryl's normal health is then returned at the same amount it was before infesting
can be recast to eject from the shell early (still explodes)
Nergal and nearby allies are granted buffs based on the enemy type Nergal has infested
Grineer: 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 % additional armor and puncture damage

What about a frame that is like Ditto from Pokemon in the sense that it allows you to copy other frames, so it's first would be linked to a scanner type thing that allows you to copy abilities and then use them as the other 3 and if there are no other frames it does a random role on what abilities you get dependent on the type of mission you are on. The passive could be something like a camouflage so that you can blend in with the environment or a different passive could be that while you don't have any copied abilities you and other frames get a speed/damage buff
