I have seen a few others comments. But I really think that a temporal frame could be really awesome. Cause if you think of it scientifically(rare considering how this game yeets science out the window) time manipulation could be powerful. Such as the fact that when time is sped up, an area would heat and when slowed cooled. Of if something is moved during a time freeze it would cause explosions when time retuned time normal. Anyway I hope it really does get consideration, since with other people’s ideas for Abilities  there would be so many possibilities.

how about Cu Chulainn? which is an irish mythological demigod, when enraged he becomes this huge monster who can't control his rage.

maybe with some kind of mechanic that generates ''rage'' (from damage dealt/taken) and when full his abilites change and can use his ultimate?

Well, we have Excalibur, master of the blade (and crazy Valkyr, master of all things melee)

We have Mesa, master of secondaries

Who is the master of primaries?

I say the next warframe have a military/infanty/weapon's specialist theme. I know we are just talking general theme right now, but I already thought of my ideal passive and 1st ability:

Passive: Bonus to reload speed of all primaries

1st ability: Enhanced rounds - toggle between piercing (adds punchthru), high velocity (adds projectile speed), and some other buff (the rest of you decide!)

Prolouge

 

Hi there so for this concept I was thinking about a warframe that can be on both offense and defense. So I came up with the Spartan Frame 'Leonidas.' The inspiration came from my favorite anime: 'Fate/GrandOrder: Absolute Demonic Front: Babylonia. (Warning! Spoilers ahead) The capabilities of having a strong defense that could block multiple beams that can literally petrify you into ash yet has the strength to strike through Avenger (Medusa-Gorgon) was an extremely powerful moment! Now with my idea's its been quite sometime since we've (warframe community) had a warframe that has 2 abilities in one. My thinking came down to a character that could combo his abilities with one another and itself. Bolstering his allies damage and be a safe haven. So meet Leonidas!

 

Fashion Blueprint

Who doesn't want to run around with a warframe wearing a spartan helmet? With this design I want him to have the physique of a greek god statue with an attire of a King. For clothing was thinking why not have an awesome kilt? With cloth physics of course. But can be removed as an accessory like how Excalibur Umbra's scarf has an unequip option. Leonidas Helmet. The Mohawk can be Luminous and phantom-like, a gentle opaque. Or it can be metallic with tendrils surging about. Boots could have a roman-scandle inspiration. With eyes that glow when on a rampage.  Alright now onto the best part; Leonidas Abilities!

 

Abilities!

Passive: Leonidas is a master in the arts of war. As Leonidas goes rampant on his foes, he and his allies gain a 25% damage boost for (x)seconds. The boost buff base stats (Critical Chance, IPS, elemental, Critical Damage, Warframe Abilities, etc.) If Leonidas is taking damage him and his allies are gifted 10% damage mitigation for (x)seconds. When the timer vanquishes, it'll be on a periodic cooldown to balance it out. Like a good 30sec cooldown.

1.) Sweep/Piercing Dive: Leonidas uses his mighty spear to swipe at his foes in a cone attack. The next cast Leonidas jumps into the air and charges his spear. The more energy absorbed into the ability the further and destructive the strike reaps havoc on those unfortunate to come across its trajectory. Both abilities damage is dictated by the mods inserted into his Exalted Spear or King's Spear. You can skip the first stage of the cast by holding the 1st ability bind key/button. You can jump into the air to sweep for optimal head shots. 

2. Epithesi/Prostatévo: Epithesi means Attack in Greek. Leonidas pounds onto his shield ferociously, roaring as flames spew forth in an AoE. Enemies caught in the radius are set ablazed while allies are blessed within flames of glory. Giving them bonus critical damage and fire damage. The amplifier is given a base stat. Like for example: 50% buff plus the amount of allies and enemies in the area increases the input. Example (hope I did it correctly): 50 + 2(x=number of allies and enemies caught in the radius) = X. Ability strength increases the base stat but not the percentage amount of enemies+allies variable. Prostatévo means defend in Greek. Leonidas stands his ground and pikes his spear onto the ground. A ray of light is casted down during the animation, summoning 2 phantom-like specters of himself defending the area. They possess his current equipped arsenal that shoot or melee foes on sight at the cost of 100% Damage split into 2, for a certain duration of time. For instance: The damage is distributed to each spector, 1 spector deals 50% while the other dishes out the remaining 50%. The damage scales with enemy level. In this case: For every 10 levels the Phantom's damage is increased and capped at 150% The spectors are immobile and aren't given any health bonuses, meaning they cannot move from the area from which they spawned and can only recieve so much damage before collapsing. You can avoid the 1 stage of the ability by holding the 2nd ability bind key/button. Granting Leonidas's spectors the pleasures of the Epithesi amplifier.

3.) King's Haven: Leonidas throws his shield in the sky, constructing a holographic dome that absorbs enemy bullets but does not restrict their movements. Inside the haven is Leonidas territory. Him and his allies gain bonus movement speed, attack speed, overshields, and healing. Allies that leave the fortress does not recieve the buffs for a duration like Leonidas can. Re-entering the dome refreshes his duration but will shut down once the dome has fallen. Enemies inside the dome are given a minuscule debuff at around 25% and cannot be scaled. It remains a flat 25% debuff. 

4.) Molon Labe: Leonidas fabricates his signature shield and spear. Powerful shield-bashing and devasting thrust combos. After killing certain amount of enemies he becomes enraged, his eyes flashing with blood-lust. Heat radiating from his suit. His arsenal is imbued with flame damage. Strengthening his abilities. His spear deals double the damage but at the cost of his health. Every second during Berserker mode his health is drained and abilities cost more energy to cast. The Spear of Leonidas can be a throwable weapon before and during the 2nd stage. The fire rate is dictated by his attack speed. At 1.05 attack speed he throws 1.05 Javelin/s a second. The projectile in the first stage remains stable. In Berserker mode the spear lazers through enemies and explode on impact.

Can increase gravity so enemies can't move (kinda like Limbo's Stasis) and can create a huge black hole that you can feet energy/matter into to increase it's size and strength.

I already created the abilities,I'm even thinking of a design,but it's not ready yet,but i thought of something with rings(like those from Saturn) and its head would be a globe with the space color that keeps slowly turning,because it has no neck,its head is upon it because of the gravity so it kinda stays floating

A tenno-created berserker frame. It's kind of loosely based on the barbatos gundam; and like baruuk's meter, by taking damage, dealing damage, and casting abilities, a rage meter-esque thing charges. when that rage meter hits the max, you can unleash the fourth abilities full potential, increasing attack speed, movement speed etc etc. I also comes with a built in melee should you happen to not equip a melee, similar to Garuda's Talons, but integrated into the fourth ability. these would be massive blades, like tonfas, attached to the forearm.

I absolutely love your idea. To be honest, the androgynous part hooked me in and I think this could truly be a future frame. If not now, they better make this frame sometime in the future.

Definitely a warframe based on spider mobility , with the ability to climb wall/ceiling . Using the ability cost energy , but also make you unable to use primary weapon/melee , secondary only . Creepy looking frame with 2arms spawning when on his climb mod , plus leg and arms turning like star wars grevious arms . Ability would be poison related , or targeting mob with a rope attracting people like hydroid do with tentacle , also trap stuff, but not web , its too much i think and would kill the 'warframe is military weapon feeling' we need to keep that cold and heavy feeling of a weapon.

If spider theme is meh i though about something like the game portal but on a warframe : using double teleportation portal stuff to climb on wall/ceiling , like getting in the portal just nullify gravity and can be shooted to wall ceiling.

Im also thinking about a warframe wall/mobile tank , working like a tank destroyer or a mobile frost , with a big wall like shield (like hawken tank mecha) using energy when used , unable melee and secondary weapon (and maybe primary), gives invicibility protection but only in front of you , other ability would be a corpus zero unit shield bubble , mobile and protecting from shoot , allies would get shield or health or energy regen on it , the frame would have a passiv that benefit people for being close to the frame like a shield bonus . and an ultimate with a big gun , that you can use with the wall protection but not with the bubble . Basically a frame based on protecting his team with a big gun ( but not too much) making him able to respond to the bad guys who is shooting him a bit . Since warframe is way more based on mobility than before , it would be cool to have a mobile tank , protecting his team during the whole mission and not just on a fixed point that you need to defend/stay at .

My proposal is Oーkami

Oーkami is "wolf" in Japanese and has the meaning of "great God."

The Japanese Supreme Court rules the sun, and the wolf is treated as an angel or an Avatar

It is suitable for this plan to commemorate, and it is suitable for a strI am sorry if there is a sentence difficult to understand because of the contribution using the translation function

Why Not take a Mytholical character kinda like they did with Wukong and Nezha but with Ninetails aswell.
I made a short example of what her abilities could be like but I dont have any drawings etc so gotta use your imagenation

Name: Kumiho

Passive: Has 20% chance to randomly seduce a nearby enemy

Abilities


1: Spirit Flames

  "Kumiho spawns multiple flames, hovering around her and comes
   in diffrent veriaties. she can switch from ech by holding 1"
   
   "Fox-Fire puts a defensive aura around Kumiho and burns any nearby enemy
    the effect procs depending on the duration of the ability but drains more energy"

   "Lightning-Orbs saps enemies at longer distance and procs instantly if
    one enemy is hit by multiple lightning strikes"


2: "Ghost drain"

   "Drains life-energy from an enemy and replenishes her health. collecting
    a soul and adds a tail to Kumiho, increasing her movement-speed and health.
    it stacks up to 9 times. she loses half of her stacks when she goes down"


3:  "Seducer"

    "Kumiho seduces all nearby enemies. making them into her allies
     for a period of time, but can still be killed by her"


4:  "True form"

    "Kumiho transforms into a huge fox-like beast. increasing her armor and health
     but also giving her 50% more melee damage. her first ability can still be used
     and has an amplified effect to it depending on all the tails you've collected"

    "Fox-Fire turns her fur into literal fire. burning all enemies around and dealing
     proc fire with melee"

    "Lightning-Orbs turns into a beam of lightning that Kumiho unleashes from her mouth"

A Lens & Mirror based warframe. Magnify or focus your allies damage (light/energy weapons gets a bonus? Wisp would look so cool) with strategically placed lens. Flip it around and widen your beam for aoe insteasd. Get crazy zoom for bonus dmg on headshots. Place mirrors to shoot around corners and reflect shots.

Well I'd like to see the first none humanoid warframe, something with tank tracks or with six limbs (faster reloads passive?) but my submission is a shape shifting warframe, each ability is channelled and constructs the frame into a new form with a certain bonus.

Passive would be slow energy gain similar to the aura. 

Could be mechanical animal like appearances, with speed, stealth, strength and toughness. 

Could be elemental golems focusing on the four main damage types (heat, cold, toxin, elec) and that element is applied across weapon damages and also gives effects similar to the bullet jump mods. 

But it'd be a lot of work for one frame with unique abilities that don't have future use.

I had an idea for an alchemist Warframe with my Clan. His name is Flask, though originally his name was Flamel, based on the alchemist Nicolas Flamel. Ultimately however we decided on Flask since we thought it sounded better. Essentially Flask is able to steal the armor from enemies, using it to forge weapons as well as enhancements for his melee capabilities and abilities.
