A warframe in the form of a dog that interacts with dogs. Dogs give him an advantage in something. He has the habits of a dog. Also, the abilities that he uses will be tied to the behavior of dogs in General. You could add more dogs to the warframe world. MORE DOGS !

Void and Black Hole

Name :

Difonn (celtic language of reference: Breton, and that mean bottomless)

Appearance :

I imagine Difonn as a male warframe. His color is carbon and look rocky, his body has larges cuts on the flank and arms. He look empty, reminding his power's nature and the fact that he is a puppet. Many of his powers looks black and white (because black hole absorbed light) with grey and brown particules.

Lore :

Difonn is one of the reasons of what happen to current Orokin Derelict. The Orokins were to confident in their technology and place an almost finished warframe in charge of the defense of an infection's attack on their ship. But create a warframe capable of making black holes was a very dangerous bet and the result was, at a crutial moment he lose control of his own power and hightly damaged the structure of the ship. After this accident, he was forgotten in the Orokin derelict where he is born.

Fortunately his findable blueprint is a more stable version of him, but how far ?

Acquisition :

If he got real, I think this is a good idea to make him the first warframe obtainable in Orokin derelict.

Some passives concept (2 ideas) :

1st idea: Difonn is still unstable: less he have health larger his spells get and longer they last.

2nd idea: Difonn have a very small chance to absorb bullet that hit his health (shield doesn't count) and bring him energy or ammos.

Some powers concept (5 ideas, can change in the futur):

Difonn make a small black hole in his hand and become invincible for a short time. He stock damages from projectiles he get and after that he can use the power another time to release damages that he stored in a medium radius beam.

Difonn absorb all negatives effects from him and close allies to heal him self for each seconds of effects absorbed.

Difonn create a large black hole in fornt of him that regroup enemy in his center and make damages every seconds.

Difonn take an object he absorbed in the past (machete, grenade or something like this) and throw it on the enemy very quickly.

Difonn make a void in his hand that grab the nearest enemy.

For the skin itself, very akin to sleek & riveted knight's armor. Tetsuya Nomura's armor designs can be used as a loose inspiration. His feet can also end in a sharp point, similar to Jehuty from Zone of the Enders. Perhaps some cloth tassels coming off either his hips or his arms, with a unique cape Syndana that can come in a pack or just sold separately.

For the "mood" his appearance should give off, something vicious and intimidating. Almost evil or villainous, looking as if he possesses powers never seen before.

Lore:

A forgotten invention of Orokin and Sentient technology combined together, the creator unknown. Abyss was almost ready for use before the Orokin caught wind of its creation, swiftly executing its creator and banishing Abyss to [DEV'S CHOICE].

Idle Animations:

Essentially a male Wisp in function, floating both during the idle animations and when walking/running. Both Noble and Agile animation sets include arm(s) quivering with power, similar to Nova's Noble. Noble animation can have him floating with his back straightened, looking calm and kingly while channeling power through his arms. Agile animation can have him leaning slightly forward, with his arms and body more aggressively "clenched" to kill. How the animations look while holding weapons can be addressed later.

Passive:

Projectile shots/bullets have slight homing properties. Hitscan bullets do not. (Subject to change)

Meter:

Law of Motion

Gravity meter that fills up to a cap. Affected by all 4 of his abilities, explained below.

1st Power:

Meeting

Pulls a single enemy directly in front of Abyss, putting them in a stunned/disoriented state for a bit. Can either A. Open them up for a melee finisher, or B. Not open them up and simply leaves them wide open for melee combos and/or close-range weapon shots, like shotguns [DEV's CHOICE]. Holding the ability button forces the enemy to be stuck into the ground, all limbs splayed out, while double-tapping the ability flings the enemy away into a ragdoll state. Idea is to let Abyss pick out high priority targets himself and dispatch of them quickly, or simply remove them from battle temporarily. Fills the Law of Motion meter slightly.

2nd Power:

Catalyst

Lifts a single enemy into the air with one hand, closes hand to crush them, then opens hand to have them explode in a small-ish radius. Primarily single-target damage with some quick CC by way of either Impact or Blast from the explosion. Idea is Abyss quickly inverting and forcibly expelling the gravity in their bodies to rip their innards apart from the inside, while using the gravity expulsion to knock other enemies nearby down. Fills the Law of Motion meter greatly, getting a boost to meter gain the more enemies are affected by the blast.

3rd Power:

Distortion Field

Distorts the gravity around Abyss' body, similar in appearance to Baruuk's Elude, but without the non-attacking restriction of its effects. Deflects most hitscan, projectile, and melee attacks, but drains the Law of Motion meter rather fast. This gives Abyss the option to use his 1 & 2 -- when his 3 isn't active -- as a constant secondary armor to upkeep, or to risk not using it to power up his 4.

4th Power:

Black Hole

Briefly lifts up a crowd of enemies (similar in animation to Bastille or Reckoning), then violently creates a singularity to spawn a black hole, sucking all enemies lifted up & nearby upon creation. Different from Vortex in that the black hole becomes an object that can be shot at by any Tenno, powering up the violent explosion of the black hole upon the end of the ability's duration. Enemies killed by the ability's damage are ragdolled outward violently, while enemies that survive are thrown out downward, slowed by their body being wrapped in a heavy gravity field. Law of Motion must be filled in order to use this ability.

Due to the potential high strength output through mods & Tenno weaponry that can buff Black Hole, the duration of it is fixed to the meter and cannot be extended by refilling through Meeting and Catalyst as Black Hole is active, though those skills can still be cast independently. There is also a forced cooldown period after the ability ends regardless of meter gain afterward; duration mods seek to reduce this forced cooldown.

Stats:

High energy & shields, medium armor, and low health. (Subject to change)

hybrid muta/machine augmented warframe tldr a "Sentient Cyborg Warframe"

The key concept of this warframe is risk vs reward type of gameplay. having the skill with some drawback will challenge the players to control the balance of his gamestyle that can be easy to understand but hard to master

Appearance Design:

Roka is a warframe that is newly made using the parts gathered from sentient corpse and an unknown warframe excavated to orb vallis with a bit of tampering to cybernetics.Fusing the technology of orokin-developed mutagens and a machine,this  warframe's built looks humanoid in nature but with added augmented cybernetic parts adorned with sentient tau platings. His arm limbs can separate and can be shot at will "aka the ROCKET PUNCH".His feet augments are magnetic in nature,controlling his aerial capabilities and strategic positioning.Also his armor go all the way to his shoulders form a steel wing feathers wrapped up to his chest forming an armor,embracing him from the chest up,that will be unfolded to form an eagle-like robot that has the aesthetics of a Flying MOA drone but with flapping wings 

For the "mood" his appearance should give off a robotic design aesthetic like Gauss in his limbs and legs with a dash of sentient inspired design placed on a body that is organic in nature,just like a design of Excalibur's body infused with Sentient TAU platings. A Sentient Cyborg Warframe is born!

Lore:

a culmination of the orokin,sentient,and corpus technology that is heavily inspired by the zanuka project by alad v.After a failed investment to alad v and the disappointment that is ambulas happened, some corpus scientist pooled their funds and developed a forgotten warframe and added augmented cyber body enhancements to its limbs.But the warframe is unstable and unusable due to the fact that it is a being with an empty vessel,waiting for the tenno to give him life.  

Idle Animations:

includes showing of his arms moving forward to aim,unflapping the armor to make way for the boosters to fire up ready for a shot,unflapping of wing armor in his chest (BASICALLY jJUST LIKE GAUSS REDLINE ANIMATION IDLE,BUT COOLER)

 

Passive:

OVERCHARGER: when the indicators reach the red state all damage and crit chance will increase by 15% 

Meter:

power shift

a indicator that tells the user where the warframe powers channeled at the moment.it works like a stick shift in a car.it represented by 3 icons.the arms,the legs and the top part all connecting to the body.when the light shows a red flashing warning time to disable the toggle to avoid OVERHEATING

1st Power:

ARM Shift

toggles the warframe powers to his arm functions.This will disable his melee and weapon equips to channel new moves to his arsenal.pressing e will do a punching melee combo.using the left mouse button and holding it will charge the arms.release to launch the rocket arms.right click to focus aim.middle mouse button to toggle the rocket punch technique either a straight boom shot or a rocket arm barrage.when the meter exceeds the limit,the arm when coming back from the body will experience a strain,causing a stagger status on a warframe.also the duration of the skill to be usable again will be extended to 2 min cooldown

added note: holding the LMB while pressing E will add an increase in critical damage over time but when held for too long it will cause an overload,a strong melee finish that will cause a radial explosion in expense of  staggering your warframe and increasing the time of the skill to be available again.

2nd Power:

LEG SHIFT

toggles the warframe powers to his leg functions.pressing MMB will add a forward aerial kick animation to melee replacing channeled melee animations.When toggled,ROKA gains boost of speed and a booster jump.Holding spacebar will hover you in air for 5 seconds.Also the refresh count in mid-aerial jumping restarts.perfect for aerial manouvering. Drawback will be when it was used beyond the limit the warframe will be planted in the ground for 10 sec due to overheating.

3rd Power:

WINGED guardian

Deploys the Winged drone out of his body. When the 3 shift key was pressed,the winged guardian will go to where you pointed the target out in the battlefield,dragging along enemies along the way for a good old crowd control.But doing so will reduce your armor like chroma. Holding 3 will overcharge the winged guardian and do a radial damage.Drawback will be a prolonged skill cooldown and reduced armor 

4th Power:

EXCEED CHARGE

deploys all 3 skill simultaneously enabling the arm,leg and the guardian shift at a cost of reduced time.primary secondary and melee weapon will be unusable when this is active

+15% increase in damage while active.

 

Stats:

Volcan, the magma sage

Base stats at level 30:

·        Armor: 300

·        Shields: 300

·        Health: 300

·        Energy: 300

·        Movement: 1.00

Passive: State shifter. As Volcan's temperature changes his armor and shields do as well. After 10 seconds he begins to reset his temp at 50%. Scaleing up to Max heat: converts 75% armor to shields, 10%max shield recovery per sec, 10% movement speed buff. Scaleing down to Minimum heat: converts 75% shields to armor, 10%max health recovery per sec, 10% movement speed debuff. Bullet jumps cool him by 5% each jump. Reset is 1% per second back toward 50%.

 First ability: Lava Plume. Volcan throws a blob of lava forward that explodes on contact, fragmenting into little blobs witch creates fire damage zones upon contact with the ground. Enemies hit by fire are panicked, and those in the area of impact not hit are feared.

·        At max rank:

·        Damage: 600 × ability strength Range: (it's a arcing shot so....math a arc and do that)

·        Secondary blobs: 5

·        Secondary blob range: 30 units

·        Secondary blob duration: 30 seconds

·        Heat generated: +15

·        Cost: 35

 

 

Second ability: Internalized flow. Volcan redirects his lava flows internally, greatly cooling his temp and boosting his health pool for a time. On cast enemies around him that are on fire are put out with the remaining damage from the fire proc being dealt, and enemies who aren't on fire receive a cold proc. If he casts this ability in a fire pool his health buff is boosted. Cant be used if 4th is in use.

·        At max rank:

·        Health boost: 300 × ability strength + 150 if standing in fire pool.

·        Range: 30 units × ability range

·        Duration: 30 seconds

·        Heat generated: -50

Third ability: Exposed channels Volcan forces a great deal of power into the ground, directing it forward, leaving glowing channels of lava. When walked over by a enemy, the erupt and bathe the area bathed in fire pools. Enemies hit are panicked and those in the area are feared.

·        At max rank:

·        Damage: 15% or targets max health × ability strength

·        Range: 45 units × ability range

·        Range of eruption: 5 units radius × ability range

·        Range of fear: 25-unit radius × ability range

·        Channles Duration: 30 seconds Fire pool duration: 10 seconds

·        Heat generated: -25

·        Cost: 75

Forth ability: Externalized flow/Eruption Volcan redirects his lava flows externally, greatly raising his temp. While active, he generates a heat aura that ignites non burning enemies and intensifies damage on burning enemies. Inflicting mass fear and panic, Volcan also has a chance to melt enemy bullets due to the air temperature. If the ability is channeled before casting, Volcan will submerge him self then explode upward leaving the aura behind with a volcano in his wake.

·        Volcano damage: 500 × ability strength

·        Damage boost to burning enemies: ×2

·        Range: 35 units

·        Melt chance: 25%

·        Heat generated: +5 per half second

·        Channeling cost: 5

My idea is a frame that can switch its form from like a spiky rock to a oily liquid. In the rock form it could use its spikes like a hedgehog and shot them out to deal with crowds or aim at certain targets with a burst. In liquid form it should be able to create puddles that slow enemies and when shot it lights on fire. Its should have added armour in rock form and in water form have a chance to have bullets go through and you ignore the damage. In rock for a third ability should be that it hardens and get more spikes dealing more damage while taking less but losing speed, and in liquid form it should regenerate health to it and teammates but at a loss to it's own shield. Its four in rock form could be that like his prefourmetion one that he shoots out his spikes but like a minigun dealing immense damage but losing armour(5 per spike) and in water form have him shoot out a bunch of burning oil that stays in the area for 8 secs on base stats. Possible ways of regaining his spikes or lost mass is he could regain it over time or he could use natural resources and ammo to quickly pick it back up.

"This vast wizard manipulates the weather and brings disaster to our enemies."

 

Passive: Energy is strong in proportion to the number of enemies caught up in Ability in . 13 seconds cooldawntime

1. Amplify the air in the specified location, causing a small explosion and causing shock damage. 250/300/450


2. It causes four catastrophic weather conditions. / lightning / acid rain / storm (all effects do not overlap each other)
Range 20m duration 25 seconds consumption 35

- Lightning: 10% chance to drop lightning into the enemy's range, causing electrical/tube damage. 1200/1500/1800

-Acidrain: Acidrain is doubled in duration, unlike other properties. It causes corrosion conditions to be higher and gives firepower and reload buff to allies within the range.
20/30/40 Retrofit 50/60/70

-Storm: Decrease in range (2/1). Absorbs enemies within range and continuously inflicts cut/tape damage 125/150/175

-Hail: Summon hail in the air (increases hail quantity proportionally with increased strength). Summoned hail blows away to nearby enemies 2.5 seconds each, causing ice/shock damage (2+ hit enemy frozen).


3. Convert the energy of an ill-fated disaster into the form of clouds and confuse the enemies.
Duration 15 seconds range 18 m consumption 75


4. Put a sun-like sphere in the air that burns the surrounding area. The sphere burns continuously and the damage increases as the duration ends. Flame/Radio 350/600/900

This next warframe should be a warframe that will be a scientific junkie.

Terrible Origin: Vermillion a corrosive frame, developed in the fridgid winter of fortuna was found, left to freeze after Nef financially destroyed a laboratory the frame was held at. As the code name V.04 was engraved into the temple of vermillion, this is just one in a plethora of gruesome memories scaring vermillion fueling his anger. Hes pleads up at the one above to allow him to spray the blood of nef and all those acquainted with. 

Passive: Vile: this is a tube that fills up on the side of the screen, with each toxic kill done with vermillion 3rd and 4th ability. At the max, this tube explodes and his forth ability is so strong its kills enemys (not bosses)nearly instantly.

Ability one: Acupuncture, this ability launchs spines that pins enemys to walls and kills them with gas damage.

Ability two: Enhance: this strengthens vermillions movement speed and melee attack.

Ability three: toxify: this has the frame automatically targets the nearest 2 enemys, strangles them and one his tubes emptys into his enemy's.

Ablitiy four: Viral: 

Vermillion has all three tubes on his back break and release a acid that melts all enemys in the facility and also let's a gas out killing all airborne opponents.

Introducing “Nemisis”

 

I personally would enjoy a waframe that is radiation based. A so called “Eidolon hunter”. While giving appearance perks to your mod selection, allowing augment mods to change not only his appearance (electricity, viral etc. like weapons do.) but type of element it emits.  I think it would be amazing (a lot of work due to animation. yet amazing) to have this frame be the first ever frame to not be able to equip a melee weapon.

 

*disclaimer* can equip and mod the melee weapon of choice like normal, but the frame only uses the stats and weapon type from this weapon for the frames personal weapon design. Thus turning the weapon equipped into his own unique “radiation tenno” form. 

 

Also Having new jaw dropping skin for each weapon type he equips. (Heavy blade, daggers, whips, sword etc.) would be a big hit for the fashion framers out there.

 

Perhaps even giving it a gauge similar to nidus. The more he fills his gauge. The more he radiates boosting stats. and possibly grows and when his gauge gets full, he goes into a type of beast mode growing a third in size with an AOE aura while wielding dual whips with massive range (cause dual whips is everyones dream in warframe) while slowly depleting his gauge till empty.

 

I can just envision so many options and possibilities with a warframe like this.

 

-Backstory-

Nemisis was Vor’s brother in arms. Destroying any and all who got in their path. (An operator uses transmission and begins a void blast towards vor)

Vor dodges the blast and kills the operator. Then Vor kicks the operators lifeless frame into a pool of void radiation and it sinks to the bottom.

Later, Vor and Nemisis are not on good terms and Vor kills Nemisis and he falls to the bottom to the bottom of the same pool of void radiation.

Nemisis didnt die but was reborn. Commanding radiation void energy to bring his being into something vor never expected. 

The fallen operators warframe.

Which set Vor on his quest to manipulate void energy for his own personal gain.

This. We Already have a Vampire frame, along with a Kavat Frame. A Were-Kubrow themed frame would be super cool to round it out.
