I cant open the launcher without my game crashing.

so i have tried to reinstall the game but that does not help. Every time it restarts it just says internet intrupted and i dont know what is happening to it. the download is about 29 GBs witch is not normal for me to download but i know my PC can handle the download but i still want help to find out what happened to it.

Please put your ideas on how to fix it/if you know how to fix it

P.S if you look at the top you can see that the download is very big.
