Survival time can't pass 18 minutes 10 secs

i was playing with my friend at stribog - void doing survival for 25 mins, after the timer touch 18 minutes and 10 seconds it stopped and the life support stays at 89% while there was a notice of "30 seconds left"

edit: i should also say that when i extracted together, the timer changed to 18 minutes and 11 seconds, with only 3 rewards from the rotation and my friend's timer was normal and got all the rewards like it should be
