Neptune defection mission BUG

Neptune defection missions as part of their territory.Only problem is they and their thralls can never actually spawn there, only infested. So now I'm stuck as that with the last node with a lich that I can't upgrade to unlock more planets.

As a result of the above errors.Can't continue to accept or give up, restart, series of quests, official not to repair or provide a solution?

Same thing's happening with me in Phobos defection, considering that's my lich's territory. Thralls and lich aren't spawning there too. Here's to hoping they actually see this thread and actually do something instead of tossing it in their trashcan 🙂

Now this series of quests will never be completed, and no new quests will be accepted. It is completely stuck in Neptune
