iquaniqua Posted March 8, 2020 Share Posted March 8, 2020 Harrow's Condemn causes enemies cc'd by it to be immune to heat, impact and electricity procs. I suspect it makes enemies immune to all other forms of cc and because heat procs cause panic, which is seen as cc, they're then immune to being heat procced.
