Excalibur ability bugged i think? Is it?

Excalibur radial blind does a conclave radial blind is this a bug or a update ?          And chromatic blade mod got updated to do slash puncture impact or was that bugged ? Im not sure but i just want to talk to de about Excalibur radial blind i think is bugged, enemy blinded 25m started to move after 3 seconds and doesn't keep enemy blinded in one spot anymore this is bugged i think after the latest hotfix maybe? Or was it an update  because on 15 day im not sure but i left conclave and i think radial blind is doing conclave radial blind now please let radial blind stun enemy at one spot again?       And in arsenal go to Excalibur ability  at radial blind small video it shows enemy blinded doesn't move,. enemy are glitching basically maybe? Its hard to kill cetus dreega flyers they move too.     -> The melee mods or stats Doesn't add into exalted blade i think it bugged tbh But im not sure ?<-      ->  does Excalibur melee effects Excalibur exalted blade ability?<-                           -> i know swords mire works skana but is great swords like gram, nikana, dark split sword, pennant,  effect excalibur passive ability too?<- i think it bugged tbh ,     -->    plus i think this radial blind stun enemy not work bug all happened right after the February hot fix maybe? <-     but enemy glitch if low quality team join squad thats true.       And thanks for any gathered answers to my questions & thanks for reading and any support with help. Host left cetus or fortuna migration bug leaves squad in a corrupted map.       Theres a bug about mod drops not dropping or maybe pennant not dropping  , mods life strike , and hand spring  and Napalm dfops are maybe bugged tbh  aren't dropping every mod it has in order im not sure about this 1 though? But napalm do drop mods just not each mod it has?, it drops 1 mod and most the time the same mod though?

Also how 180 power str isn't even enough to put you to 100% status anymore

I never said i think its bad. I said is chromatic blade bugged or not? becauseif u read the mod says adds extra status and element depending which color energy you chose,? excalibur exalted blade original stats slash puncture impact  changes into a single element  damage type  if chromatic blade equiped on tenno mods? Im not sure so im asking any solutions for excalibur or so yes or no ?? Because  basically if u equiped chromatic blade on Excalibur his exalted blade stats change into one element that matches your energy color u chose, and what does the mod say it adds?     -> Plus why the slash puncture impact vanish if chromatic blade equiped ? <-       Isn't chromatic blade  supposed to add what it says it does im just saying that if u equiped chromatic blade slash puncture impact vanish and just show an element damage type only?

If u don't have anything nice to say don't say it .Your basically  saying chromatic blade equiped is weak and useless right? Plus i never said i use 180 str. But if thats your shared thoughts then ok then have a nice good day broh cousin.

Oh thx yea i understand now. About that chromatic blade . Thought it bugged but u saying it changes from as base stats no elements into a element only.
