Enemies don't recover from a knockdown

For those who haven't caught on yet, you don't automatically recover from knockdowns anymore but have to press a directional key instead. 
This seems to also apply to enemies, but they don't seem to have caught on yet

(Although a video would have made more sense than a screenshot, I know)

This happened in the index, not sure what it looks like outside the index yet.
