Warframe has a new update bug

I have played for around 2 years now and have never encountered this bug before, I log in, play a mission, and then when I try to do literally anything else it says that warframe has a new update and I have to relog and Im able to play 1 mission until it happens again, I’ve searched everywhere to try and fix it but nothing has results, Ive uninstalled and reinstalled, no luck, I deleted my save date and synced up, no luck, I desperately need help

mysolution is restart modem or router.

that fix my problem.
