DE, please make Depleted Reload an exilus mod if you don't tend to change Vectis' magazine capacity.

That is not going to happen, you'd have better chances asking them to reduce the default magazine size to 1. But that's not going to happen either, since the increase to 2 over the standard Vectis was a deliberate choice.

if it's that much of a blockage for you, you can double tap every Enemy. 1 / 2.67 isn't very much extra time to dump the second Shot even into a corpse.

You're basically just suggesting to use Vectis Prime as it is. Hmm

This was a whole thing when Vectis Prime came out. DE's response was to add Depleted Reload to the game. You've got to accept that DE just hates high power weapons with low fire rates, as they've shown time and again with their choices (like Vectis Prime, Opticor Vandal, and Velocitus).

Opticor Vandal lost the identity of Opticor somewhere in its design process. I don't know whose idea it was to lower the damage of the Frickin' Laser Beam, but it was a bad one.

Velocitus was one of the only AW weapons to have a projectile rather than be hitscan for a long time, and when they added the Gravimag, they gave its projectile drop. Does this sound like a railgun to you?

In exchange for a much faster charge/firing speed, reload, magazine size, and other stat improvements. The normal Opticor is already strong, but sluggish to use. The Vandal dealing a base 400 damage is nothing to scoff still.

Another Vectis main here. Used both variants, and I liked the bolt action feel of the non prime variant, yet the prime version, with improved stats is superior. Even the 2 shot magazine is good, since you can do a follow-up if you have to. Nothing wrong with it, you will get used to the prime.
