(PSN)lKi999l Posted March 26, 2020 Share Posted March 26, 2020 One day my game crashed and reset the app but my chat box was constantly loading, I asked my friend if his chat worked and it did so it was a me problem. Did you write anything on the chat minutes before you had this problem? If yes, think about it 5 times, and if you think it could be a bannable reason, wait for a maximum of 7 days. If your problem lasts, contact the support. If you did not write anything in the chat, try to restart your router, or contact the support as well. Sometimes they can offer more advice.
