Isn't it irritating to the ears? Or is it just me? I haven't encountered any other gun with which I had an issue like this, it's like a thumpy, squeaky, bass boosted click or I don't know... I think its you in my case I do enjoy the firing sound, you can try and adjust some of the in-game audio settings to see if that make it easier to your ears.
