I got two Spare Parts, maxed-out, as end-mission rewards from Ara defense on Mars. >_> P.S. I got a Mag Prime Systems BP from T3 Survival, right after 10.3.1 hotfix was announced, and it DID show up in my foundry, craftable. So I guess I was lucky - that was the last mag piece I needed.
