Vault Kills When Touched? D:

During that Capture mission, we happened to find the Vault RIGHT on our starting point, so it was before we captured the target. I ended up using my Extinguished Key and walked in, but the moment I pressed X to accept the Artifact I was shocked, and took 20 health damage.

Oddly enough I still received the Aura around my Frame and the Artifact remained where it was. I figured it was glitched so we continued on until we reached Extraction after capturing the target.

Mission complete and no reward D:
