If you miss any chaos'd enemy, you won't be able to use chaos until that single foe is out of it. 

So extremely cheap and a little short. 

Is better than a little cheap and extremely long.

The problem with chaos lasting long, is if I cast it and every enemy but one dies, then I can't cast it again until it wears off on him.

i wouldn't care, i'd just go kill that enemy then, honestly im not too fond of the new vault mods.
