Bleeding Body Ephemera from arbitrations (blood drops are too big in most people's opinion though) Bloodshed Sigil from the Garuda bundle (if its still there) and one of the orbs has a super low chance of dropping it... Its like plasma which is not what I'm after. For garuda and maybe other frames... it should look something like garuda's 2nd ability. She's my favorite warframe and it should fit right for her!
