ScoutInTheNight Posted April 1, 2020 Share Posted April 1, 2020 I purchased the Titania Prime access pack and the frame came with a locked Exilus mod slot. I'm pretty sure my past prime pack purchases came completely unlocked. The Dex Pixia Prime and Dex Prime weren't available to mod in the armory until after I'd unlocked the Razorwing skill. I don't think this is limited to the prime access, since people I talked to who rushed the frame had the same experience. Also, I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure I didn't get any MR for getting the frame to 30. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
