Not getting itens from Prime Access

Frustration is the name of the game. I got the prime access for Titania Prime as a gift (yay!). To my complete despair I noticed that have not received all the itens that I was supposed to get. Only got part of the package and boost itens:

Got the Saydana
Got the Affinity and Credit boost
Got the 1,3k Plat

NO Titania Prime
NO Shotgun
NO Sword
NO archwing skin 

 

Even spending AAA price for this, seems like lately multiple problems are appearing (not only gameplay bugs after rebalancing).

Customer support didn’t seen to bother fix the request I created.

 

Shame... shame...

Sounds like you got the Prime Accessories Pack.  It doesn't come with Titania Prime or the weapons.  I think you should have gotten the archwing skin though.  Not sure about that.  Did you get the Cicada Prime skin also?

Ah, there's been an unforseen issue porting titania prime to the PS4. According the the post by Danielle, we'll be getting them today, April 1st. Just wait for the patch, and you should get your items.

So I finally found the update only in the morning of the 3rd.. RAGE

 

Ok, DE.. Thanks for the suspense with limited information. 
But guys.. Where the heck is my Cicada skin at? Isn't it suppose to be for Titania?

I got the prime, but I thought the skin was part of the accessories pack (which I bought and couldn't use everything within)
