Scarlet Spear: TennoGen 27.3.8.1 is now live!

Kuva Lich Fix:
We’ve fixed a code change that resulted in numerous Kuva Lich issues:

  • Fixed Kuva Lich Codex History and current Kuva Lich being incorrect (Names, Weapons, etc). 
  • Fixed missing Kuva Lich UI button.
  • Fixed having no Kuva Lich Influenced Nodes.
  • Fixed inability to birth a new Kuva Lich via Kuva Larvling.

 This Hotfix will put everyone’s Kuva Liches back to the way they were prior to Hotfix 27.3.8.

Scarlet Spear Fixes:

  • Potential fix for both Host and Client players not seeing Kill Code transmissions from other players, only Kill Code transmissions personally sent.
  • Fixed a script error when being attacked by the Aerolyst.

Fixes:

  • Fixed enemies becoming immune to all Status Effects when Titania’s Lantern and Spellbind is cast on them.

Can we get some more elaboration on how the scaling has changed? a 60% increase of 2295 points does not equal 4104, and a 20% increase of 1875 points does not equal 3888. You would have had to change the way points scale up as well, and if my guess is correct, in a way that incentivizes longer missions significantly more than shorter ones.

I regret all those hours i spent farming legendary arcanes to sell. Lowering arcane energize from 100p to 20p !!!

pls dont nerf eidolons. Its the only place it needs skill to play.

Just completed a Ground Assault all the way to the end after 17 waves, received only 3672 credits.

to make the mission more interesting. the goal is to make it less repetitive, with more good choice.

Stuff in the past like Mag's Pull augment WITHOUT the LoS (Line of Sight) was working perfectly. Because people used her with Mesa in synergy (where Mesa got her Full 360° Aimbot nerf from) she got nerfed to the ground, where the augment is not even near usefull anymore. You cannot pull loot which is out of sight, even tiny wall will hinder you from sucking loot towards you, also the removal of bringing loot to others (an universal pull effect).

Got nerfed back then where Draco was popular, hasn't been reverted since then, where Mesa is understandable, no need for discussion here, but Mag's utility? Still crap.

 

Same goes for Limbo.

Limbo's skills deal true void damage. Sentient cannot adapt to VOID DAMAGE, thus there is lore wise no logical sense that they can resist Stasis which is PURELY BASED ON VOID DAMAGE.

Something which hasn't been touched or changed for years because it was working as intended gets an immediate nerf just because it gets used? Saryn for example got used the most for ranking up crap. No DE dev member took care about it. They rather revisited it for their own worse (made her even stronger, unbalanced), but that warframe still had a point and use not only in 1-3 specific mission types or enemy factions.

DE has made a 360° turn in 2015 when selling partial company shares to Perfect World International, since then this game started to fall down an endless hole of despair and necessity of false decisions to make money. Hell, the game still runs on Peer2Peer client netcode. Every big game nowadays either adapts or uses real dedicated servers - but that is another story.

Actually that's what BETA testers are for. Not your average players or as you put it 'no-lifers' (which at this point with all the lock downs is probably the majority right now)
As someone who's been grinding recently I'm happy for the changes, i don't want others to 'suffer' the same issues but it's pretty sad how often people have had to be DE's balancing guinea pigs whenever new content is released that is supposed to be ready for everyone to play.

Yes, because enough ground runs to get 46k points is no-lifing in a quarantine... ok
It's 8 half hour runs over a week or so...

Thanks for fixing the Corinth Prime gun animations but the Solstice skin still wreaks havoc with the hand animations and my trigger hand is holding an invisible pistol grip lol.

one of the reason why I play limbo SOLO in this event is, simply because many players are leechers, joining the event but doing nothing. not helping to kill or protect the op link.

how will a player like me who have bad luck most of the time, meeting pubs that is toxic to play solo?

if the kill code havent fixed, then I just shall slowly play this game...

honestly these changes are like really only hurting solo players. let's be real, diminishing returns on Stasis isn't gonna really stop Limbo from one shotting sentients in Murex raids (which is what this feels like it's mostly touching since Oplink def on the Condrix is purely grineer) and ESPECIALLY not in group play if you have all 4 players sitting in the oplink center which already moves 100% faster than solo. I'm amused though he's the only CC frame  hit when he's no the only one who can CC sentients

This is the correct amount based on 8 kill points per code, sadly. 8/5*2295 = 3672 Credits. I think they miscommunicated the point gain to Megan. Murex will be even worse off, 12/10*1875 = 2250 Credits

The game is in open beta technically so...

Wait wait wait, did you just try to stealth nerf the scoring rewards?
Before the hotfix it stated 10 for land and 15 for space, now its decreased?

That couldn't have waited until the end of the current Scarlet Spear cycle?

I do think that ground should be buffed a little more to something like 4500 would be better and maybe inceasing the difficulty of space so that that part is actually a challange (which they kinda alewady did)

NO Space is far easier than Ground. Ground takes longer completion time as well as is more straining to the fingers bullet jumping and all.

They Nerf Limbo? Never mind me then :crylaugh: .

But with all seriousness space is still easier. Even with the Limbo nerf or the "more enemy spawning" 

Just GIVE the ground squad more rewards as in MY experience I DO more Space Murex than Ground and what it kills me is that the Flottila I joined in has so low ground squad players, bottle necking the progress.

Rephrase: Why would anyone wanna do ground if they can still CHEESE space and have better rewards doing it? At least give the once who are sacrificing for me (space squad) a better reward than me for taking the longer/harder gameplay.

Now that the Aerolyst is brought up, can the Aerolyst be changed like the Nox? Remove the invincibility, and give it a high damage resistance. Shattering the canisters will lower that resistance and damage its health. Remove all of the canisters, and there are no resistances followed by a depressingly weakened Aerolyst.

 The canisters hitboxes are not only inconsistent, but the stun animation after all the canisters are destroyed is too short. This makes killing the Aerolyst rather an inconvenience.

Lich shows the wrong name, fixed in <1 hour

Severe bug that completely disables your ability to run, shoot and use abilities after a failed stab, 2 months and counting
