Swap Phobos And Mars

The Phobos tileset is clearly mars' surface, Phobos is one of mars' moons and has a mean radius of 11km, it's a tiny chunk of rock orbiting very near mars (so close it's due to hit it in a couple million years or so) mars dominates the sky, it has a tiny amount of surface gravity (so low you could jump into orbit/escape) and has no atmosphere.

Mars on the other hand has an atmosphere, a third of earth's surface gravity, it's primarily brown/orange etc with sandy terrain.

Except this the *THE FUTURE* and the various factions all have access to, among other things, Artificial Gravity, Teraforming tech (at least the Orokin pretty clearly did), as well as a level of manufacturing tech that makes slapping down a few million tons of space habitat look like child's play.

Basically it's very very possible for the Orokin to have decided to either make Phobos bigger, or add an artificial gravity generator to it. Not to mention stabilizing its orbit and terraforming it to be at least somewhat liveable. The red color would likely be explained by the use of material from the closest orbital body, Mars, in the terraforming process. Or maybe they just liked red and set their nanites to spit out another red dust-ball.

But think about it, even if they somehow managed to make phobos look and feel like mars (which seems unlikely, you'd still have mars dominate the sky etc) why isn't any of the mars missions on it's surface except perhaps the planetoid tilesets? (could be on mars' polar caps, it has icy polar caps), even if you could shoehorn the tileset to work with phobos, it's a better fit for mars, but mars isn't using it.
