More information needed I think. Is it always that same spot on that tile-set? Did you have anything else using the GPU or direct X running in the background (besides FRAPS)

One thing I can recommend is to not run it in x64 mode as you do not have more than 4GB of RAM. Try without it in the same spot if you can.
