Always dropping into an empty fortilla

    DESCRIPTION: Got drop in into an almost empty fortilla, same one EVERY TIME, even when I switch to Europe server, South America or Asia server, it is still the same fortilla. I checked with my clan mate and he is able to select and drop me into different fortilla while I can only be drop into the empty one, you tell me is this fair? How should I continue to play this multiplayer event while the game is being this unfair to me?(it was normal the first 2 day of scarlet spear)

    REPRODUCTION: In the star map and try to join Scarlet Spear Fortilla.
 Expected Result: Able to see other fortilla even if it is busy.

    REPRODUCTION RATE: Every time.

No, the game isn't being racist.

It's possible that your internet connection may be poor, which could result in matchmaking servers not dropping you into populated flotilla. It's likely that the matchmaking server is setting you in your own instance (basically you're the host) because there aren't any other instances with a good enough ping.
