Passive: Wear and Tear - Immunity to impact and puncture status due to holes in frame and parts already being bent around.

Ability 1: Recoil - Elongate then retract an arm in a scythe like motion dealing impact damage and pulling in enemies. (Like Mag's Pull, but doesn't ragdoll)

Ability 2: Stress Test - You reduce your efficiency, but you and allies in X range gain increased power strength and range. Toggleable ability with initial cost then per second drain.

Ability 3: Safety Measures - You reduce your power strength, but you and allies in X range gain over shields, shield recharge, armor, and efficiency. Toggleable ability with initial cost then per second drain.

Ability 4: Catastrophic Failure - Overload systems and release a shockwave of void, impact, puncture, and slash damage with a medium/high status chance.

I'm gonna put a unique turn in the idea.
[INSERT NAME HERE], a master of his own deterioration, capable of bringing his pain on those who oppose him

Passive:
Glitching through enemies buffs you while negatively effecting enemies.

1. Static Step
A mid-range dash that makes you invincible for its duration allowing you to glitch through enemies and stack your passive, you cannot use
weapons or other abilities for its duration. The more enemies glitched the less damage you take. Quite the opposite for foes.

2. Ascertain
Channel void energy to find what's inside, cycle between leeching energy or health from glitched enemies.

3. Breakdown
Released siphoned void energy acquired from glitched enemies to make them take more damage from all sources.

4. Asphyxiate
Break their minds, Tenno. They'll never see it coming.
Expel remaining void energy to release a large scale damage over time effect suffocating anyone who dares stand in it's way.

Balance the art of Survivability and Decimation with this brand new warframe.

Passive: Health Scavenger - Warframe can collect enemy corpses/body parts by walking into them, limited to 100 stacks, each part collected increases maximum health and replenishes a small amount of it.

1st: Carnivore Tendencies - Throw void tentacles foward reaping and tearing enemies, them receiving a buff (for a period of time) depending on that enemy faction: Grineer = armour buff; Corpus = more shields or shield regeneration; Infested = Speed/AtkSpeed; Corrupted = Damage buff; Santients = Small amount of damage reduction. If the enemy is killed by this ability it gives an aditional passive stack.

2nd: Prey Lure: Throw a piace of it´s body forward, that part will move and spasm to call enemys agro and a small amount of damage in enemies that get too close. The body part will return if it´s killed or expires or go out of range. Costs 5 stacks,

3rd: Dismantling - Dashes forward dividing itself and dealing damage to enemies, the damage increase with the stacks.

4th: Unstable freak -First Retaliate yourself, consuming all stacks, then release those body parts in an big AoE Damage, the damage and range of the ability is determined by the amaunt of stacks.

I imagined him as a fusion betwen Monsoon (Metal gear Rising) and the Eidolons, something like a creature with broken mind and body triyng to become whole.

Passive - Integrate: Any enemy killed within proximity of "Broken" will have a percentage of their shields and armor absorbed, restoring shields and overshields to "Broken" and granting an accumulating armor buff up to a max limit.

1st - Fracture: "Broken" will launch a piece of them self as a high speed projectile in the direction of your targeting reticle dealing puncture damage and triggering a puncture proc on all enemies hit. If "Broken" has any armor build up from Integrate or Break, Fracture will consume an amount of armor build up instead of energy. Fracture has enemy punch through, but not environment punch through.

2nd - Break: "Broken" projects a conical shock wave of energy, dealing impact damage and reducing the defenses of enemies hit. Any shields damaged and armor removed by Break will restore your shields and add to your armor build up respectively.

3rd - Reinforce: "Broken" reinforces the defenses of them self and their allies. Casting Reinforce will consume a percentage of your shields and armor build up to further increase the defense buff, scaled by how much shields and armor is consumed.

4th - Shatter: Holding the key will start channeling energy into Shatter. Upon release "Broken" will consume all their shields and armor build up to detonate, dealing blast damage that scales with the amount of energy, shields, and armor consumed in an area around "Broken" and triggering a blast proc on all enemies hit.

Passive, Out of Bounds: (Name) has an extra mod slot that is inactive unless his 3rd ability is used.

~(The extra mod cannot be an aura, augment, or corrupted mod, as well cannot be a mod already installed on meta.)

 

1st, Reassemble(Tap): Rotate the maximum and current stats of your Health, Shields, and Energy, in that order. (Name) gets a brief second of invulnerability when used.
~(Switching with this ability will never auto kill the player, even if your energy pool is zero when it switches to your hp. Instead, the player will be left with 2 hp to prevent death.)

 

2nd, In-Sanity(Tap): (Name)'s instability reveals the truth to enemies in a 15m cone before him, all damage dealt by affected enemies is inverted, healing players instead.
~(Enemies caught in this ability have their drop rate doubled permanently, even when the effects of the ability wears off. Range affects the width and length of the cone, duration affects how long the inverse damage effect lasts on enemies.)

 

3rd, Install(Tap, Channeled): Activate (Name)'s auxiliary installed mod as an active buff for players in affinity range. 
~(The ability will create an affinity range aura that gives allies the buff of the extra mod installed on Meta.)

 

4th, Unmake(Tap, with cooldown): Tear apart enemies in 10m. They have their level and stats lowered. 
~(Range scales, and the amount of levels lowered on enemies affected should scale off strength, also meaning that negative strength should increase enemy level and stats.)

Passive - the broken warframe will consume corpses to attempt to become "whole" this is shown by a guage. Attaining different levels of "whole" will grant different buffs e.g no wholeness invisibility, 1/2 attack buff, full damage reduction. This guage will also deplete.

 

1st ability (greed) - the warframe emits an aura that siphoned health and energy from the enemy this ability also harms allies and defense objects (much less) this also contributes to wholesomeness guage

2nd ability (reconcile) - the warframe emits an aura that heals allies this ability drains off the guage and heals quickly also granting numerous buffs

3rd ability (share) - the warframe casts an aura that shares buffs, healthpool and energy between allies all health (shields included), buffs and energy are added together to create a combined pool

4th ability (over consume) - the warframe becomes a black hole and stays in this mode until an over complete guage Is attained in this mode the warframe emits healing and siphon auras all buffs from the guage are increased and are multiplied to an extreme degree the guage will also refill and degrade normally. The mode will stop when the guage is below half

1:Deteriate:split yourself to move around and latch on to the enemys gaining health every 5 seconds for 30 seconds.                                                                      

2:Broken field: make a wide dome of of loose parts that if an enemy touches it, it will do slash and impact damage.                                                       

3:Replicate: use spare parts to clone yourself if you use deteriorate with you get damage and speed buff for 20 seconds.                                                          

4:Broken brute: absorb enemy bones attaching to warframemaking it bigger and durable picking off energy over time.                                                              

passive:every time you die you increase on energy and parts wich parts help warframe if parts meter is full activating replicate and broken brute boost all stat by 10% for 10 seconds

1. Abstract Spear
 -The warframe rearranges it's parts to create a spear on its arm and attacks in a swiping motion in front of them.  can hit multiple enemies.
2. Gliding Fragments
 -The warframe breaks apart and it's pieces travel through the air, making it have a speed boost and making it intangible for a short time.
3. Quilled Arrangement
 -The warframe rearranges it's parts into a form covered in spikes which allows the warframe to have a small armour buff and also deal damage to enemies that get too close.
4. Metamorphosis
 -The warframe sheds all the broken parts on the outside of it leaving the inner workings/energy of the warframe which the player controls.  The broken pieces roam from enemy to enemy depending on proximity for a time limit.

Broken body, sharp mind.

Passive: When equiped with only a melee weapon, get immense energy regeneration.

1: Fire bursts of energy from your hands that deal elemental damage based on energy colour(s)

2: Rip health from enemies and turn it into energy. % based, more from a single enemy and less from multiple enemies for consistent gains. Can over energise, while over energised, 1st ability will do more damage.

3:  Energy shield, toggled, all incoming damage deals damage to energy instead of health or shields. Only drains energy when taking damage.

4: Your melee weapon will act on its own, fighting beside you working the same as it would in your own hands.

Passive: Heals 1% health per second (fixes itself). Can revive itself if pieces are manually pulled back together before being further broken by enemies.

1 : latches onto an enemy using void tentacles 🙂 from arm and yanks off enemy armor and uses it as extra armor. Think of Health Conversion with 3 charges that get used when hurt. % of shields get absorbed and can be used as overshields.

2: Takes itself apart and latches itself around a humanoid enemy forcing them to move and attack where you please. Warframe is invulnerable during this ability but only because the controlled enemy is getting its armor/shields constantly absorbed by the warframe, this'll make the enemy take more damage from other enemies attacking it. ability can be undone by pressing button again or when controlled enemy dies. Mobility is reduced to what the controlled enemy can normally do. no bullet jumping/ wall climbing.

3. steals enemy weapon and converts it into ammo. For a duration, primary weapon will do an extra % damage based on the main type of damage the stolen weapon deals. (ex: extra slash damage when certain grineer weapons are stolen.)

4: Exalted arm, detaches left arm to slap enemies silly. The arm melee attacks will steal armor and shields from killed enemies to increase its own size and damage while slowing down. Heavy attacking will break all extra armor parts off with a small explosion. armor increases the size and damage of normal attacks, shields add to the heavy attack explosion.

It would be funny if we could also mod our arm if it becomes our exalted weapon.

1 Ability: Repair: Strip % of enemy armor to give yourself % of the armor striped.

2 Ability: Sacrifice: Drain % of personal health to heal nearby allies, and take all incoming damage for a few seconds.

3 Ability: Taunt: Enrages all enemies to attack you instead of nearby allies/objectives. Turns % of damage dealt into additional armor that quickly decays after the ability ends.

4 Ability: Command: The void energy holding the warframe together leaves its pieces behind and gains control of a target enemy, controlling them instead. (Original body left vulnerable)

Passive: Endless War:  Constantly healing 2.5% of maximum health every 2.5 seconds. (Even when taking damage.)

passive ability - have a magnetic force that drags enemies or items with you

Absorb - take parts of fallen foes to give different abilities (increased shields, regeneration, faster reload, stronger melee, etc)

Overload - boost power of weapons for a short duration while decreasing health

Mass Dummies - release tentacles at enemies to use them as shields and have them under your control

Perfect Form - transform into the complete form with a personalized weapon that deals a large damage when pointed towards certain directions

More a rough concept than anything concrete, but here goes.

1st. ability "reassemble/rearrange/reshuffle": A shape shift kind of like Equinox's 1, but instead of changing ability effects it changes stats and/or gives "permanent" buffs that last as long as broken frame is in the given form. Can be more than two forms, and could work like Ivara's 1 (tap to cycle, hold to change) or as tap to change into next form. If the new form has less total health than broken frame's current health, the excess is turned into "temporary hp" that cannot be recovered and will start to decay after a delay. Excess shields is turned into overshields. Visually and lore-vise broken frames changes what parts it is made up of and/or how it's parts are put together.

4th. ability: An exalted weapon dependent on the form from 1st. ability. Instead of looking like it's made of energy like other exalted weapons, it looks like it is made from broken frame's body parts/spare parts.

Passive:Re-awakening

Turn 10% Damage on health to overshield and can't be regen up.When out of health but have overshield, frame immortal with 2 HP.if out of passive overshield be immortal 5 sec and have a 2 point and can damaged.

Ability 1:Trap on scrap

When passive active in skill time, frame drop a large bear trap look like a pile of Scrap.Do damage 500(1% additional strengh incread 5 damage) in 5 sec of active time and do 10% elemental damage from using weapon. Skill can be multiple use and trap duration = 5+75% of skill time.

Ability 2:Reforged wing

Frame has a energy cloak look like a wing incread speed (based speed ×2) do eletric damage(1 ED=1% strengh)with 100% shocking status. Skill 2 duration =Skill 1 duration.

Ability 3:Crashing Fragment

Drain all Shield and turn to waepon damage multiplier (100 SP per 1 multiplier).Skill duration 2 minute

Ability 4:Rusted wing(Batman's spreaded wing haha)

Frame has a energy cloak look like wing and float up in the air and get buff to reduce 80% of all damage till  out of energy or cancle skill. And punching on the ground with 500 true damage×multiplier (10En to 1 damage multiplier)

I want this frame come with rivet skill play.

1 Lost souls: spectral forms are created that distract enemies, activate again to detonate them. Distracted enemies can be killed through melee finishers

2 Slither: projects itself forward dislocating the different bodyparts, harming the enemies in its path

3 Copycat: mimics the last ability used by the target warframe (press once to copy the ability, again to use it, it stays copied until you copy another ability) If no ability was used it copies the first ability of the target.

4 Voidwalker: drops body parts and becomes ethereal, immune to damage for a small duration, emanate waves of harmfull void energy but unable to use weapons or physical objects (also, doesn't activate sensors or pressure plates, but enemies can see it) (visually like johann kraus in hellboy 2 or the nervous system of dr manhanttan maybe? I suppose it would depend on the lore of the frame) 

Passive: Enemies killed through finishers fill the energy pool. If health recives damage, energy is slowly used to heal. 

I imagined him similar to Inaros, but instead of health absortion, energy absortion even though I feel like this frame should not be super tanky, instead it give me ghostly vibes, I know the warframes don't have a mind when controlled by the operator, but it makes me feel like it is stuck in a trauma loop, unable to let go of whats left of its brothers and sisters in arms, maybe a ghost corrupted by the void? Hope you like it!

Here is my submission, not hoping for much, but I had fun making this.

Passive 

Fragmented Body / Void Entrails 

Increase evasion (Since the body is basically floating pieces of frame.) Bullets also have a chance to go through you, damaging you as they normally do but they receive additional radiation damage and become friendly (so allies aren't shot) and they'll seek enemies.

I imagine this as some weird energy tentacles sprouting and seeking enemies like beams of energies, but more ghost-like and weird.

Ability 1 

Essence Bullet 

Shoot a piece of the warframe’s body that will drain the enemy of their vigor increasing your armor and speed, shoot at an ally while active to share this buff with them, refreshing both durations. 

Works like a Titania spellbind, where if aimed at the ground it will affect the area.

I picture it being shot through the warframe's finger, like an imaginary gun.

Ability 2 

Astral Infusion  

Always seeking completion, this ability will drain the targets of health and shields and grant them to you and your allies in an area. 

A tether ability that is channeled, if there are enemies touching the “links”, they’ll be drained as well. 

I imagined as a sort of common point between tenno and sentient, eidolons are always seeking to be complete, since they are shards of the sentient killed in the plains, and a warframe that is broken and is a mish-mash of other warframe parts would naturally do the same.

Ability 3 

Super Jump 2 Electric Boogaloo, jk, Shattered Rush 

Directional Dash that can be held for additional energy, deals damage on impact with enemies and drags them along, also deals damage when it ends.

It functions like super jump but it's not just a movement ability, it also deals some damage and gather enemies with you when you land, so that you can use your 2.

Ability 4 

Apparition

Shed your physical body and become a near-perfect manifestation of the void, using void energies to attack your enemies and having your body protect you from damage like floating armor. 

An Exalted weapon, Gain DR from the body parts floating around and gain a weapon based on long reaching, rending attacks like a beast's claw but it looks like void tendrils (like the arboriforms), but longer range since VOID stuff, wispy and cool.

I picture this as the void things that holding the frame together come out and start floating around wreaking havoc.When you guard with this "weapon" the body parts will congregate in front of you like a shield.

We haven't had a cool exalted weapon in a while, and I think this would be cool.

I'll refer to this Warframe as Tammuz because of mythological and simplistical reasons. Thanks in advance!

Short story summary:
Put together from parts of other Warframes, Tammuz doesn't really have a purpose or motive of his own. Because of this, he would willingly do anything and give up everything, even his own integrity or his own life to serve an Operator. And because he's being held together by pure Void Energy, he has a really high affinity to Void Energy and it's users, namely the Operator.

Can be built after completing the War Within quest, as active use of the Operator is necessary for him.

Passive:

Being a broken, thrown-together Warframe, Tammuz doesn't have Energy, and all his abilities have huge downsides. In return, the Operator's Void Energy functions as the Warframe's Energy, and can be altered by Energy mods like Flow and Energy Siphon. When his Health reaches 0, he doesn't get in Bleed-out state, instead starts losing his Transference connection to the Operator, slowly losing his mobility and Abilities. Also in the case of reaching 0 Health, any normal means of Health regen (Auras, Life-steal from weapons, etc.) are disabled. If Transference is completely lost, he forces the Operator out of himself, falling apart, and starts Bleeding out. While losing Transference or Bleeding out, the Operator is able to revive him with sufficient Void Energy from Void Beam, just like the Somatic Link's kickstart in the Second Dream Quest.

#1 Ability: Overcharge
Overflows his systems with Void Energy, buffing his movement speed, jump strength, and the strength of his other Abilities.

#1 Augment: Channeling
While Overcharge is active, weapons wielded by Tammuz also get overflowed with Void Energy, dealing extra Void damage, and burning up enemy bodies shortly after they are killed. Void Energy is consumed at an incresed rate if this Augment is equipped.

#2 Ability: Unlink
Driven by his Operator's Void Energy, Tammuz is able to function on his own, while this Ability is active. His behavior can be altered by giving him commands, like defending his Operator, holding a spot, or helping in bringing down a perticular foe. Ending this Ability manually will force the Operator back into Tammuz. If You run out of Void Energy while this Ability is active, Tammuz will stop acting on his own, start to lose Transference, then collapse into pieces, and can't be entered again until healed up by Void Beam.

#2 Augment: Rerout
After leaving Tammuz while Unlink is active, the Operator becomes able to take over an enemy unit, and control it like a Warframe. Using this Augment uses up more Void Energy, and slowly deteriorates the controlled enemy over time. While controlled, the enemy unit is considered as an ally to the Tenno faction, as neutral to it's own, and as an enemy to every other.

#3 Ability: Void Surge
Tammuz sends out a wave of pure Void Energy, staggering every enemy it hits, and also confusing them and decreasing their armor for a short period of time. As the wave returns, his Void Energy gets replenished depending on the number of enemies hit by the wave.

#3 Augment: Void Affinity
The wave of Void Surge gives all hit Tenno an incresed Void Energy regeneration rate, including the Player for a short time. If the wave hits a Warframe, it will give them incresed Energy regeneration rate instead. If this Augment is equipped, Void Affinity uses more Void Energy, but also gives back more, because Tennos and Warframes are also counted in as hit targets.

#4 Ability: Unity
Activating this ability requires Tammuz to be at full Void Energy. For a limited time Tammuz disassembles himself and merges completely with his Operator, giving them full access to all of his Abilities, and weapons, while making them immune to all incoming damage, radiating Void Energy that damages surrounding enemies, regenerates fellow Tennos, and slowly consumes their own Void Energy. Running out of Void Energy while this Ability is active makes Tammuz's parts instantly fall off the Operator, entering Bleed-out state. (After all, he's in pieces already, only held together by his Operator's Void Energy. It's logical that if they run out of that energy, he just falls apart. I imagine this ability visually like this: The Warframe holding onto himself out of "pain" for like a second, exploding into pieces, the Operator emerging from within with a scream, and arranging the pieces as an armour around themselves by Void Energy, floating in the air like a pre-War Within Operator, while being surrounded by solid Void particles and shining like crazy. It'd be EPIC!)

#4 Augment: Totality
If this Augment is equipped, activating Unity also gives the ability of parkour to the Operator with immunity to falling damage and stagger, incresed movement speed, melee speed, and firing rate, while also giving extra Void damage to all attacks, an Exalted Blade-like energy wave to every melee attack, and a small explosion effect to all ranged attacks. This Augment burns up Void Energy in mere seconds, so it's not THAT overpowered.

Passive: Good find

Randomly gains a buff every x seconds.

1st ability: Hook Arm 

Throws a broken arm to a targeted enemy and pulls it closer to you, dealing damage.

2nd ability: Scrap Armor

Able to create armor from broken warframe parts from the surroundings.

3rd ability: Splinters

Charges and bursts out broken warframe parts into the surrounding area dealing massive damage. Also gains bonus from having scrap armor but will remove all of the armor stacks if activated.

4th ability: Synergy

Links up with a random warframe part to use a random ability from a random warframe with double the energy cost. Augment: Can use the ability skill set of warframes in squad.

Passive: Scrapyard - Has low health/armor/shields at base, but can collect parts from dead enemies to increase those up to a limit(Scrap Metal energy bar). Grineer parts increase armor, Infested parts increase health, Corpus parts increase shields, Sentient parts can either give a random bonus to each or add a small ammount of damage adaptation. 

1st Ability: Dismantle - Sends a shockwave forward that destroys enemy guns/slows down Infested. Generates Scrap Metal based on how many enemies it hits.

2nd Ability: Shrapnel Toss - A suddent burst of energy sends parts of the warframe flying outwards, sticking to enemies and chaining void energy between them. The closer the enemies are together, the more damage it deals. Can either be an AoE or a cone area skill.

3rd Ability: Reconfigure - Every minute, randomly gets a bonus increase to either power strength, range, duration or efficiency. Tapping the ability allows you to spend energy to skip the timer and choose a new bonus.

4th Ability: Divide and Conquer - Sacrifices a portion of your accumulated Scrap Metal bar to create small Corpus osprey-like sentinels that will mimic your abilities whenever you cast them(except for 3), but at 50% power. Up to 2-3 can be up at any given time.

General idea: Zanuka: can go around as a  Zanuka project on all fours. One of Alad V's first projects discarded into the void and reassembled by the void.

Passive: Zanuka's abilities are different depending on the mode he is in (apart from embody).

1st Ability: Bipedal: Zanuka stands up on two legs and gains a damage buff. When on all fours gains a speed and armor buff but unable to use weapons (Uses own attack).

2nd Ability: Torment/Charge: In Bipedal Zanuka reaches his hand out and makes his enemies feel the pain he felt, forcing them to all fours (This is an active and has no duration) secondary weapons can be fired during this ability but primary and melee cannot. In Quadrapedal He leaps a certain distance and lands in an aoe, creating a ring of void energy (Another ring is created from original position and recasting teleports Zanuka to this ring). The rings decrease enemy resistance. When Zanuka teleports back to the original ring he gains a cloak which lasts a short duration (3-4 seconds)

3rd Ability: Embody: Zanuka groups multiple enemies together and turns them into one, becoming them for a short duration, making sure what Alad has done to him will never be forgotten. During the Ability, Zanuka is curled up into a ball and gains 85% damage reduction.

4th Ability: Acceptance/Calm: In Bipedal, Zanuka breaks his armor, releasing a ball of void energy, unleashing an array of corrupted allies and a sentient Mimic. In Quadrapedal, Zanuka releases continuous waves of void energy, slowly sending him into the void. (Each wave roots and reduces enemy armor and resistance by 5% (This stacks)) Once in the void, Zanuka can complete a trial to escape, granting him a massive boost to all attributes for a duration. Alternatively, he can always recast his fourth ability and leave the void without a buff. Only has a small amount of time to start the challenge.



Quest idea: killing Zanuka grants a Zanuka armor fragment. Collecting three means you can go into the void and a ball of void energy has a chance to spawn. You also need Alad V's Collar which can capture Zanuka. When the ball of void energy spawns, select a Zanuka armor fragment from the gear wheel. This attached itself to the void energy and it starts to attack you. After beating it the first time you have to select another armor fragment from the gear wheel and Zanuka attacks again but with more power. After a third armor fragment is attached, Zanuka spawns, attacking with all his might. Once defeated, Alad's Collar can be used to capture Zanuka.
