Passive ability

Due to that fact That the frame is broken they have unrefined void powers that never took shape into an element so they use their pure void energy to damage enemies

Reboot the energy used on an ability will be refunded randomly

ability 1 : void beam shoots a beam of Unrefined void energy

ability 2 :  Void pulse a pulse of void energy all around the warframe Damaging everything around

ability 3 : voids effect  places a void Status effect on the enemy drawing in Attacks and are easier to land  Criticals on

ability 4 : void storm places them in a void world that Damages them over time with void lightning strikes and causes hysteria among them

Ability 1: Transient Strike - Sends a Void-clad fist out, extending its limbs, that staggers an enemy and steals energy (Similar to Nekros Soul Punch, can knock down enemy if Energy is in Overcharge)

Ability 2: Essence Steal - Steals Energy/Health from enemies in a cone-shaped range by sending a wave of Void Energy, inflicts Knock Down on enemies when going out, deals damage again when returning to Warframe, acquires gains on return (Similar to Inaros Dessication, but has a second wave that comes back, second waves strength increases if Energy is in Overcharge)

Ability 3: Void Slash - Generates a Void Sword, slashing at the air to send forward a Slash-like wave to deal damage. (Similar to Excalibur Slash Dash, but stationary, range and damage increased if energy is in Overcharge)

Ability 4: Self Destruct - Overcharges the Void Energy of the Warframe and scatters it's remains across the battlefield, dealing high/massive damage to enemies in an AoE; Armor and Energy becomes 0, as limbs become scattered, but the host/spirit become ethereal/invisible and faster until parts are recollected, restoring Armor. Allies in the blast gain a small boost of Energy (Can still be damaged without Armor, damage and range effected by amount of energy stored, Ally energy boost dependent on Level of Self Destruct)

Passive - Energy gained while at full overcharges Energy Pool (If Cap is 250, Overcharge to 450-500) (Similar to Overcharged Shield effect)

Most of these ideas are based of the concept art's whole void skeleton in armor look, the blue/white limbs give off the impression they can extend, like some kind tendril or something, hence Ability 1's use of limb extension. Since it's a warframe cobbled together from random parts and glued together by the void, it probably needs a lot of energy to keep itself alive, or functioning, which is why I considered the idea of Energy Overcharge, plus I like Harrow and his Shield Overcharge shtick and this hasn't been done before (I think). Chroma's Effigy always made me think he'd lose something when he takes his skin off, so that's where Self Destruct comes in, taking off all your armor and moving around like a War-Skeleton to reassemble your Frame. Void Slash is just an Excalibur skill because he's made of other warframes and I thought that a sword slash attack, like Slash Dash and Exalted Blade were one stationary attack, would be cool... *Shrug*

The more I think about this warframe, the more I think about Grateful Dead from JoJo... huh...

Concept

Broken is a compilation of 3 masters of elements (Cold, Fire, Electricity) that were defeated during the Old War.  Few paralleled their powers, but fell due to their rivalry with one another and refusal to cooperate.  Their parts are threaded together and revived using void energy, and though their individual powers are a fragment of what they used to be, it is up to the Tenno to harness and combine their strengths to overcome their enemies.

Passive

Chosen element gives strengths as well as weaknesses.  See ability 1.

1st Ability

Mobilizes chosen elemental master (shuffles through form, much like Equinox).

Cold: +Defense, -Speed
Fire: +Attack, -Defense
Electricity: +Speed, -Attack

Modified by Ability Strength.

2nd Ability

Fuses second element to the primary element chosen by 1st ability.  Curtails weakness of primary element.  On-Trigger effect that drains energy.

Cold + Fire: +Attack, 60% effectiveness
Cold + Electricity: Normalizes Speed
Fire + Cold: Normalizes Defense
Fire + Electricity: +Speed, 60% effectiveness
Electricity + Cold: +Defense, 60% effectiveness
Electricity + Fire: Normalizes Attack

Modified by Ability Strength, Ability Efficiency, and Ability Duration.

3rd Ability

Emit 5 (max 10, modified by Ability Strength) rapid successions of radial pulse of the chosen element (visualize Mag's 3rd Ability, Polarize, but repeatedly) and applies 100% status chance of the chosen element (Cold, Fire, Electricity).  If 2nd Ability is active, the pulse will combine the 2 chosen elements (Radiation, Magnetic, Blast).  Free movement during pulse.

Modified by Ability Strength, Ability Range.

4th Ability

Releases the void shackle to summon the unused element(s).  If 2nd Ability is active, only the remaining elemental will be summoned on the battlefield.  If 2nd Ability is not active, 2 elemental specters will join the fray (much like Wukong's 1st Ability, Celestial Twin).

Modified by Ability Strength, Ability Duration.

This is an idea my best friend and I have been refining for a couple of years now, and i honestly think the concept of this frame suits it perfectly, but it's maybe not exactly a 4 skills submission. The current iteration is this:

No standard abilities, no mod slots.

Instead of mod slots, it has build slots that take advantage of what you already own.

Slot 1 copies hp of a chosen frame

Slot 2 copies shield of chosen frame

Slot 3 copies energy of chosen frame

Slot 4 copies passive of chosen frame

Slots 5, 6, 7, 8 copy abilities 1, 2, 3, and 4 respectively from chosen frames.

The original iteration of this idea was to make the end all frame that could be something special to the operator, something tied to the main story. It was Just going to be a normal frame you could sacrifice other frames to and copy chosen aspects from them, but we redefined it to this because being able to select abilities from every frame in the game and have normal mod slots seemed like it would be too easy to completely shatter the balance of the game. However the original concept might actually work better for the idea of a cobbled together warframe.

Either way, I'd love to see this come to life someday. Either iteration of it.

Community-Created-Warframe-Header-alt-blue.jpg

We’re calling upon the Warframe community to create the next Warframe! You can stay up-to-date on the design phases in the official Community-Designed Warframe thread.

Community artist, Eornheit has created the official Warframe concept art based on the Broken Warframe submitted by eaterofstorms!

We need four Abilities and a Passive to complete the community-designed Warframe. Share your ideas with us! The Warframe team will be using your ideas in-game.

Official Concept Art by Eornheit:

Broken_Warframe_Concept (1).png

The Dev Team has expounded eaterofstorms’s Broken Warframe theme. Use this description to inspire your Ability ideas!

Assembled from the remnants of Warframes destroyed during the Old War and held together by Void energy.

How to submit:

In this thread, share a description of 1-4 Warframe Abilities and a Passive. Base your ideas on the Broken Warframe theme and Eornheit’s concept art!

You may include values with your Ability ideas, but please keep in mind that these values might be changed by the Dev Team later in the design phase.

Guidelines:

  • One submission per player. Be sure to include all of your Ability ideas in one post!
  • 1-4 Ability ideas and 1 Passive idea per player.
  • Ability ideas can’t be changed after they are submitted. You may edit your post to make small changes like fixing typos. "Reason for edit" will be reviewed.
  • If there are duplicate submissions, only the one that was first posted will be considered - we’ll be watching!
  • Ability ideas must be original. Your submission can be from a post you made elsewhere as long as it’s your own!
  • Abilities might be slightly altered by the Dev Team as needed to ensure consistency with Warframe’s overall design.
  • Do not reserve spots in this thread.
  • Only post submissions in this thread.
  • Submissions that do not follow these guidelines will not be considered.
  • Chosen Ability ideas become property of Digital Extremes.

We understand that we can’t avoid duplicate submissions, so please do your best to submit ideas that have yet to be presented, and we’ll do our best when sorting through to ensure there is a fair opportunity for all!

Selecting the Final Abilities:

Call for submissions will close on Thursday, April 30 at 1:00pm ET.

The Warframe Team will review all submissions to select the community-created Warframe’s Abilities! We may mix and match submissions from multiple players. Please keep in mind that we might make small changes to Abilities to ensure the community-created Warframe is consistent with Warframe’s overall design.

First ablity:  (void arm)   It will do a void tazer from her arm ,that has void electricity that  does 2x more damage to sentians and and also when in the void.

Second ablity:  (sentian tree) using this ablity she will get hit with something for example (fire damage) she will get hit with something and her and her team will be resistant to that damage. With a armor buff.

Thrid ablity: (invoidabilty) her pieces fall apart but she's actually invisible and kind of like limbo's rift surge at the same time.

Forth ablity (z surge) she does that thing that the eidalon does giving invincibility to the team and her for a few seconds.

Well that's want to be the next warframe I hope you guys liked my opinion thanks for reading.

Passive:  [Frame]'s abilities have a 15% chance to become broken after use, disabling them for 15 seconds. For each ability currently broken, [Frame] regenerates 3 HP/s and energy equal to 33% of the cost of the ability that broke. If all 4 abilities are broken, the repair rate and HP/s are doubled. Once repaired, the next cast of the ability cannot cause a break, and the ability gains an empowered effect.

Additionally, when you come in contact with data fragments (such as frame fighter data or cephalon fragments), instantly empower 1 random ability's next use, once each per mission.

(When an ability breaks, a part of [Frame] physically breaks apart, whether metal or flesh, and the tendrils that hold him together will begin pulsating and glowing his energy color while they reattach what was broken off.)

Ability 1: Void Tendril (25 Energy)
"Attach a living tendril to your target, weakening it and causing status effects to last longer on it."

[Frame] launches a large void tendril from his arm that wraps around target enemy, slowing it by 33%, reducing its accuracy by 33%, and  causing status effects to last 33% longer on them. When the target dies, the tendril will seek another nearby enemy for the remaining duration and instantly heal a small amount of HP back to you. The tendril deals impact damage and inflicts an impact proc on the target and each subsequent target. Each tendril lasts 20 seconds.

Empowered: The next cast launches up to 3 tendrils, striking 2 enemies near your target. The original targets will each drop a Health Orb upon death.

Ability 2: Slither (50 Energy)
"Temporarily detach yourself from your shell, becoming void tendrils that rapidly strike your target as your broken armor seeks out enemies."

[Frame] shatters all warframe armor pieces on his body into the air and becomes a mass of tendrils that dive into the ground, becoming briefly invulnerable and teleporting to the target from underground. If an enemy is targeted, you will pierce them for piercing damage, and your frame armor pieces will quickly follow you to reattach, dealing slashing damage to any enemy they pass through on their way back to you. Enemies struck by flying armor pieces will have a small percentage of armor removed and may receive a slash proc.

If you Slither to an ally, they gain bonus armor equal to 25% of your current total armor for 10 seconds.

Empowered: Invulnerability lasts 3 seconds and armor pieces guarantee a slash proc on hits, or your ally gains 25% additional damage reduction for 10 seconds.

Synergy(1): If target is wrapped by a Void Tendril, they take double damage from Slither and may be instantly killed if under 20% HP.

Synergy(3): Slither gains more flying armor pieces the higher your armor bonus from Repurpose is.

Ability 3: Repurpose (75 Energy)
"Rip armor and flesh from nearby enemies and corpses, adding to your amalgamation of broken armor."

Enemies within 15m in a cone in front of you have a percent of armor stripped from them, while corpses are ripped apart and pulled into a rotating shield around you. Each corpse creates a 3m explosion of gore, dealing random variations of gas, impact, and/or blast damage based on the corpse to nearby enemies. For 5 seconds, your Repurposed shield grants 75% damage reduction to you. After 5 seconds, the bodies of your enemies are absorbed into your warframe, granting bonus armor that decays as your health is damaged.

Empowered: Armored enemies are knocked down, while each corpse you absorb grants 1 HP/s regen to you and any ally within the corpse's explosion radius for 15 seconds.

Synergy(1+2): Enemies struck by Void Tendril or Slither leave their corpse behind for two more seconds.

Ability 4: Recollection (100 Energy)
"Rip open an incomplete void portal in the ground, causing memories to be appear and be destroyed along with everything else standing on the portal."

A 20m portal of energy rips open on the ground for 5 seconds, dealing base damage + 1% to 5% of the enemy's max HP per second to each enemy standing in the area. Each instance of damage is of a random type, and enemies receive a status proc of the same type. Recasting closes the previous portal.

(The rift is a swirling mix of your energy color(s), visions of various "memories" of Warframe pop out of the rift and disappear in brief flashes, such as mod art, concept art, npc talking portraits, etc. as [Frame] searches for memories of what he originally was.)

Empowered: Increase the radius by 5m and cause a glimpse of [Frame]'s true form to appear at the last second, dealing 3 instances of random damage and status procs to all enemies as the portal shatters.

Synergy(1): Enemies wrapped by Void Tendril are rooted in place if they contact the Recollection portal.

Synergy(3): Corpses destroyed by Repurpose inside the Recollection portal gain extra range, subject to falloff.

Ability 1: copy - transforms into selected enemy which allows frame to blend in enemy environment.(can help to do spy mission ,rescue and capture missions) effect will be off if comes in combat. This will enable warframe to bypass lasers and  cameras but will need to get the data by hacking only.

Ability 2: command - this is connected with ability 1 while disguised as enemy we can order them to attack on different enemies and can make them fight each other

Ability 3: warframe can go close to a single enemy and can gain shields , health and ammo from them.(ammo of equipped weapons)

Ability 4: destruct : warframe self destruct and survives only with 1 health  while killing large groups of enemies and making them stun or freez for 2 sec.

Passive (Shock Treatment) when an enemy is near you send an electronic shock to them for 5 seconds for 70 damage for a second the enemy is near you. while an ally is near you recharge their shield while enemies are being shocked. When you are shocking an enemy with no allies around you regain the shield. but you will need more enemies near you to regain more shields faster. 10 percent per enemy max to five. If you maxed out on energy you will gain a five second 300% attack buff on your weapons.

1st Ability: ( Cyber Grab And Spin)  When you grab onto an enemy with your wires you have a choice to either throw them at another enemy or to do an area effect attack. If you choose to do an area effect attack you begin to spin while spinning if you hit an enemy you gain 15 percent more damage max is 5 base damage is 150 spinning is for 10 seconds you must be within 40m to be able to use this. now if you want to throw the enemy into another enemy for 250 damage. if the enemy is not dead apply a stun for 5 seconds you will need to be within 45m to use this ability. Energy Cost 10

2nd Ability:  (Cyber Minions) When an enemy dies you can rest them and make them your ally the max is 5 enemies to take control. You have them uncontrolled until they die. But when they die you won't be able to put them back into your control. Energy Cost 15

3rd ability: (Cyber Upgrade) when you have five enemies you can upgrade them to have better accuracy, damage  with weapons or increase their health. This will only last for 10 seconds and it is random. It will increase to 300%. Energy Cost 65

4th ability: (Cyber Savior) if you are the last man standing in the mission you are doing when this is activated you revive your team and give them 10 seconds of invulnerability plus a boost to find energy 50%. If your team is alive you will get a increases damage and over shield for ten seconds when enemies are near you

5th ability: (Cyber destruction)  if you are the last person standing and can't revive your team you will be able to send out cables and shock the enemy and kill them if the enemies are near each other you will automatically target the next enemy and kill them. This will last for 10 if you don't kill; if you do kill it will reset for each kill you do with this ability, seconds 50m at least to be able to reach them. Energy Cost 100.

Bone arrows: the user rips bones out of themself and launches them towards enemies this ability takes away health. Charge to launch more bones at the cost of extra health.

Shield rip: the user takes apart their shields to generate energy. Hold to generate more energy but take away more shields.

Glitch: the user glitches the game and doubles one their and their allies random stats.

Flesh golem: the user creates a golem out of the flesh of dead enemies around them. The size and strength of the golem depend on how many dead enemies are around the user.

Passive: every time the user kills an enemy there is a 10% chance for the enemies bones to come out and hit a nearby enemy.

I wanted to really lean into the idea of a Warframe made from assorted old parts attempting and failing to become whole or trying to fulfill their original roles, as such I leaned into almost warping existing abilities from the three starter frames, as well as Rhino as he was another frame available at the games launch.

First Ability - Negative Charge (Magnetize) - 25 -

Creates an aura around one enemy, they emit a negative charge that causes other enemies around them to occasionally stagger. This ability can also be cast on allies, and defense points.

Second Ability - Radial Blast (Radial Blind) - 25 -

Attempt to form a sword from energy, as you raise it in the air it shatters, dealing Radiation Damage to enemies around you.

Third Ability - Electric Enhancer (Electric Shield) - 50 -

Deploy a wall of energy, all shots fired through it deal added electrical damage and stun enemies. Enemies who touch the wall are also stunned, and take Electrical damage as long as they are in contact with it. Allies can walk through the wall, enemies however cannot. You can cast up to 4 Electrical Enhancers at one time, however each active Electrical Enhancer increases this abilities cost by 10 on subsequent castings while they remain.

Fourth Ability - Broken Stomp (Rhino Stomp) - 100 -

Stomp with enough force to break time, enemies are all knocked down and rapidly pulled to your location, unless stopped by a tall wall

Passive - Shell Shatter -

When shields are broken this frames parts are released, causing the frame to become a living mass of void energy, you move much faster and your abilities deal far more damage, however you take more damage as well, upon your shields returning to full you return to normal, however you can only regain shields when not moving in this state.

Tips - Broken Warframes Broken Stomp can be followed up with Radial Blast to get the most out of the AOE Radiation Damage

        - Broken Warframes Broken Stomp can be be used following Electric Enhancer to force large amounts of enemies to make contact with the barrier

        - You can cast multiple Electric Enhancers to trap enemies

PASSIVES:

>Scavenger: He can take every pick-up in the floor (even if it's not needed, such as non-equipped weapon ammo) and turns it to Scrap that fills a "Scrap Armor meter" (As Rubble with Atlas). Not only pick-ups, but also corpses (armor, weapons and equipments) can be used as Scrap. The animation could be from a mere skeleton-alike with void energy sewing the pieces (similar to the preview), to a heavy armored WF like Rhino built with those pick-ups and foe's parts. Like Chroma, but depending on how filled is the "Scrap-meter".

Some of the abilities scales with the Scrap Armor meter or consumes Scrap on cast.

>Scrap Armor: The higher the meter is, the more armor, stagger/knockdown resistance and follow through with melee you have, but your sprint speed and jumps decreases due to heaviness of the Scrap Armor. Also, and if you take into account the animation too, it can be added evasion while there is no armor as if it is like a skeleton. The bullets will not hit the entire body because the lack of body xD.

ABILITIES:

1- Accelerated fragments: Imbues with energy some Scrap from his armour to shoot it to the front at high speed (As Volt's Shock or Ember's Fireball). It cosumes Scrap. You can select which Physical damage is done by pressing 1 and hold/release to charge and shoot:

- Slash: Launches a slashing disc similar to a Glaive that grants a Slash proc to hit enemies

- Puncture: Launches a bunch of shards in cone shape that has some punch through (as a shotgun)

- Impact: Launches a ball that pushes away and ragdolls enemies (Similar to Banshee's Sonic boom)

This ability consumes Scrap and lowers the meter.

Augment: Metal Storm: Casting Accelerated fragments on Scrap-Decoy, increases the damage of explosion by a % and grants enemies killed by it to double the amount of resources dropped.

2-  Radial scavenge: Channels energy to gather all pick-ups, corpses parts  and attracts enemies to close range in a radial area around him. All the Scrap flies directly to him, damaging enemies in its flight and affecting their shields and armor. Range ability scales with Scrap Armor meter and if Vacuum/Fetch is in range, also stacks with it.

It increases Scrap Armor meter

3- TransferenceOperator's void energy controlling the Warframe, jumps out to a new host leaving the Warframe as Scrap Decoy and consuming all Scrap which is used as Scrap Decoy's health.

While hosting into an enemy - You control the enemy and and keep its appearance as Scrap Decoy is present. Will not raise alarmas and don't get shooted by same host's faction. Host and Warframe's health adds but caps at Warframe's max health. While you are hosting, you can perform any action as usual. Weapons, companions and gear are also Transfered but maintain host's appearance too. If Scrap Decoy dies or Transference finishes by any means, your host appearance turns back to Warframe's and Transference ability ends.

Scrap Decoy - Scrap meter starts lowering down with time and also if attacked by enemies (similar to Nekro's Shadows of the dead mechanic). When Scrap Decoy's health (or Scrap meter) reaches 0, it just simply turns into a pile of pick-ups.

Casting the ability again before Scrap Decoy dies, will transference back to the remains of the decoy and adds host's health to the Warframe. It also keeps remaining Scrap Decoy's health as Scrap.

Casting Accelerated Fragments to the decoy, causes it to explode and dealing selected damage and Blast damage in form of AoE shrapnel. Range and damage stacks with Scrap Decoy's remaining health. This action causes Transference to finish as Scrap Decoy dies.

.Augment: Stable Transference: Allows the player to re-cast ability to another enemy for a % of the original duration. When Decoy's life comes to 0, the appearance stills as Host's, granting its stealth and faction's bonuses during ability duration.

4- Armored Arsenal (channeled ability)When activated, Armored Weapons grants and increases all your weapons Impact, Puncture and Slash damage, increasing in more percentage the type of damage selected in Accelerated Fragments. Each shot or hit with melee, costs Scrap.

It also causes to double the amount of ammo and Scrap given by ammo pick-ups. Enemies killed when Armored Weapons is active, causes dead enemies to have more chances to drop ammo pick-ups.

The ability toggles off automatically when the Warframe is out of energy or Scrap meter becames 0.

I hope you like guys...if something needs clarification, just say 🙂

Passive: his abilities grow stronger the lower his health gets.

Ability 1: Surge; he strips his Shields and sends them out in a wave of void energy that can either buff or weaken his allies and as well as his enemies.

Ability 2: Fractured Decoy; he breaks away from his body parts and uses them to take over a fallen body, attracting enemy fire.

Ability 3: Healing Fury; he shots his tentacles out of his hands that seek out enemies and drain's them of their shields and health in order to replenish his own.

Ability 4: void shower; he removers his body parts leaving behind his tentacles that launch into the air and rain void energy down onto the battlefield at the expense of his armor.

1st Ability: "Pumped Up" This ability will be much like rhino's stomp, but without the stomp. Maybe a quick pose, the ginyu force comes to mind. This move strengthens your physical attacks, but your team doesn't get a physical buff. The team will get an ability buff instead. Maybe strength, maybe duration. Its random. This ability will have a duration.

2nd Ability: "Hands On" This ability enables you to leap towards the nearest enemy with intentions to rip said enemy apart, bare handed of course. Whether or not he/she rips the enemy apart will depend on the enemies health. Enemies that have enough health to withstand being ripped apart will be pounded once with both fist and armor will be shredded. This ability can be chained, one after another, if said enemy is ripped apart. The option to chain "Hands On" ends when you run into an enemy who cannot be ripped apart, run out of energy or you fail to use ability right after enemy is ripped apart. Ability strength increases when chained.

3rd Ability: "Pressure" This ability cause you to grow larger. Maybe he/she will let out a yell for the animation. In becoming slightly larger, your range, strength and armor increase, but you speed and health take a hit. A small hit. This ability can be cancelled or allowed to end when energy runs out.

4th Ability: This ability will be much like valkyr's hysteria. Maybe a much more dominant yell along with a stomp that cracks the ground in all directions from beneath him/her.  You'll become invincible, physical strength increases and you go into 'HULK SMASH' mode. Weapons are put away and its hands and feet till your energy runs out. Tapping attack causes you to leap to targets in your direction and pulverize using hard strikes, massive stomps, ground and pounds, face slams, and a variety of limb rippage. Locking on to a target and pressing shoot causes you to leap to a target and go nuts (combos of mass destruction type) ending in a horrific finisher. Nearby enemies are pulled in and take damage as well. This 'special move' will drain extra energy to an already depleting energy pool. To be used wisely. Also, using this ability along with your 3rd causes nearby enemies to fumble their weaponry in fear and significantly drains energy as both 3 and 4 will be energy draining abilities. Again, to be used wisely.

Passive Ability: You can use archwing melee weaponry like regular weaponry.

Im sure if youve been paying attention, you see the same frame i see. Relying on pure muscle, this hulk style frame powerhouses its way through hoards of enemies without breaking a sweat. Bodyparts and blood are all that are left in its path as it seeks justice from The Wolf of Saturn Six. It is believed the he/she and The Wolf were close long before the days of Saturn Six, but your story is as good as mine.._

Please have fun with this. This could be the the greatest frame in terms of watching it smash at the very least. Let me know what you think!! This was pretty fun to do.

1 explodes the separate parts of the spectral warframe causing damage over an area of 15 meters each clone and returning to its original form

2 changes body and can use the skills and recovers the life of the spectral clone and gains a small resistance to damage for a short time 4 seconds

3 with all the parts together after separating them for 15 seconds, fires a wave of energy that shuts down electrical equipment or a radius of 30 meters

4 disassembles by releasing the colored parts Gray *, White *, Red * creating other spectral waframes with unique abilities
(Gray draws the attention of enemies) (White protects the main shape by creating shields that are destroyed when taking damage) (Red attacks with energy in chains of lightning, taking defense from enemies)

passive: creates spectral clones of waframes already extinct with their spirits inhabiting their bodies and fighting alongside them

Passive: Scrap Bar-fallen enemies drop strap, Using blast weapons cause scrap to drop twice as fast.

First ability: Rockets Fist- Broken frame shoots both fist at enemies.Since this ability cause blast damage Scrap Bar fills up faster

Augment: lock on- rockets fist locks onto 7 enemies

Second ability: Scrap Body- becoming slower but more tanky, the broken frame collecting all the scrap lying around the broad. (Scrap body differs depending tile set

Augment: light as a feather- broken frame is no longer weighed down by the strap

Third ability: Scrapper- using scrap bar, broken frame creates a companion to aid it in battle

Augment: scrap double-scrapper become a perfect clone of the broken frame

Fourth ability:Scrap Canon-using all the scrap that the broken frame has collected.the broken frame creates an exalted Scrap canon(weapon  Differs depending on the level of scrap in bar)

Augment:

Broken warframe (has no clear identity).
Passive: you set up its abilities based on warframes you own or have mastered, every ability uses one warframe(all variants). Every ability sets its base stats according to the frame it is based upon.
1st ability sets shield values.
2nd ability sets health value.
3rd ability sets armour value.
4th ability sets energy value.
The values can be interchangeable not really up to me.
For sprint speed either choose one of them or give it a 5th ability but in the form of a second passive (choose a warframe's base sprint speed but nothing else out of it). The choice of a warframe's ability can also impact the way its parts move or animate.

Hm hm hm. Glad we're going with the "assembled from other Warframes" idea instead of "haha it's like bugs but on purpose."

Also agree with whoever said this looks way more like an Eidolon than Revenant does. Figured a broken 'frame would have more jagged edges and mismatched parts. [shrug]

My passive idea is a bit complicated (although in 152 pages I'm sure someone's already thought of it). Ideally a team has four 'frames on it, labeled 1-4 in order of connection. Broken Boy's whole deal is scavenging from things around it, so in a mission with other players, BB's abilities are replaced by the other Warframes' on the team, respective to each number.

So, for example, Ember is the host, Frost is 2, BB is 3, and Oberon is 4. BB gets Ember's 1, Frost's 2, its own 3, and Oberon's 4. If there are fewer than four people, the replacements only go up to the number of players (so, in a squad with Ember, Oberon, and BB, BB gets Ember's 1, Oberon's 2, and its own 3 and 4). Ability stats would be based on BB's level and mods, not the original frame's. Better be ready to adapt quickly, Tenno!

Honestly that's really all I've got but I'm not sure if I have to also come up with four abilities to qualify so uhhhhhh

1. Rupture: AOE (horizontal radial) blast of energy that applies as a status effect whatever the target is weakest to (choosing randomly if there's more than one). If this ability hits a Sentient, instead of applying a debuff it clears any resistances currently built up.

2. Reinforce: yanks the nearest enemy to it, killing them and adding their armor type(s) to itself for a certain amount of time. Be really cool if you could get some kind of visual effect for this (Grineer armor parts, etc) but it would probably be a lot of extra work. Not 100% sure how this would function up against a high-level non-boss enemy (esp Sentients). I guess... if the ability doesn't do enough damage to kill the thing outright, stagger it and apply an armor debuff? Idk, I'm not a game designer.

3. Cascade Failure: grabs the nearest enemy and rips it in half, using totally-not-magic/Void energy/whatever to mirror the action across a chain of enemies (a la the chain lightning weapons). If damage done is less than the target's total health, applies stagger and bleed effect. If more, target also suffers spontaneous morphological failure. (Possible addendum: targets killed extend the chain by some number. Not married to this though.) (I'm not sure if this works for Corpus proxies. I can't remember seeing a vertical split gore for them. Otoh it'd be hilarious to see a MOA walker snapped like a wishbone.)

4. Discretion: Warframe suppresses its Void energy and scatters itself around the room/area in a whole bunch of itty bitty parts (nuts and bolts sized, probably easiest to make this a large AOE stopped by walls a la line-of-sight powers). On second trigger (or when energy runs out), the tendrils of Void energy reassemble the Warframe, turning each part into an impromptu bullet as it takes the fastest path to its origin. Presumably this would do significant puncture damage to any enemies in the "line of fire." Warframe takes no damage in its discrete* form, but can't move.

*Get it get it because "discretion" is from "discreet" meaning "secret" but it sounds like "discrete" meaning "separate" I'm so clever ughhhhh. Please change this name, it's not good. Amalgamate? Accretion? Scattershot? You Never End Up With the Same Number of Screws You Started With? Oops, Hope That Wasn't Important?

I hope the devs get to pick and choose abilities rather than having to take all or none of someone's.

Passive: Breakdown (name) There is a chance of your warframe to disassemble itself on activation of an ability giving you Invulnerability for a short time and giving a separate set of abilities while in that form that are supportive to allies

Breakdown ability 1: Ammo Package (name) This ability gives all allies in a certain radius twice the amount of ammo as they currently have in the weapon they are using (does not affect fulmin and of the like)

Breakdown ability 2: Devoid (name) this gives any operators an infinite void beam at half to 3/4ths strength depending on strength unless it's strength is weak already

Breakdown ability 3: Bodily Weapon (name) Your warframe starts to float due to the void energy and starts to spin fast to damage any enemy that gets in range of it

Breakdown ability 4: Speedy Recovery (name) This ability has a 50/50 chance of reassembling itself right away with the first ability activated

Normal ability 1: Passive Stealer (name) this ability devoids the original passive giving the passive of the nearest warframe (if there is no warframe nearby this causes the passive to automatically activate but the time it is there is 3/4ths of original amount

Normal Ability 2: Void Overdrive (name) the warframe gets a buff giving a 1.25x amount of everything (shields, health, ability strength, etc.)

Normal ability 3: Robotic Supplements (name) this ability makes your warframe gain more ammo along with magazine storage with a possibility to also give that to other allies

Normal ability 4: Ammo void (name) this ability gives all warframes an infinite amount of ammo for a certain amount of time (preferably pretty short) until it is turned off or you run out of energy (energy drain 10/s)

Passive: Bleeding Fury - Attack speed increases as health decreases.

1: Sundered Javelin - Throws a piece of itself that hooks onto enemies or surfaces. If used on an enemy it pulls them towards the Warframe and staggers the enemy, if used on a surface or object it pulls the Warframe toward the point of contact.

2: Purge - Radial blast that contaminates enemies with void energy. Enemies are buffed but are guaranteed to drop energy orbs on death. Scales with range mods.

3: Inner Fire - Channels void energy to increase damage of all attacks at the cost of health. Initial cast costs energy but the effect remains active until the ability is cancelled or health is depleted. Casting other abilities cancels Inner Fire.

4: Vital Siphon - Attacks heal the Warframe at the cost of energy. Effect remains active until cancelled or energy is depleted. Casting other abilities cancels Vital Siphon.

Broken Warframe

three warframes were on mission during the old war, only one returned. broken. weak. struggling. forgoten.... until the sentients would return. the burning hatred of the broken warframe has awakened. revenge for the fallen that gave it life, giving the "broken heart" the chance to redeem its existence.

passive:

green; when using your third ability life regeneration "wave" healing allies 50hp for 10s

blue; using your third ability energy shield serge (player only)Max for 8s

red; using your third ability raise critical damage (buff allies) 5s

1st ability:

switch between three colors that represent the three warframes that give life, power and rage.

2nd ability

green; Vines. attack with thorned vines. if amed at the head, the thorns can decapitate the enemy.

blue; Lightning. attack with energy ball. 800 damage total, enemies get shocked 100 to 8 enemies or 800 to hit one enemy.

red; Hatred. with power surging through your hands any weapon now has 15% boost for critical damage for 10s.

3rd ability:

green; Vine garden. a surge of thorned vines reaches out in a 10meter radius to capture 8-10 enemies, doing 50 damage for 10s.

blue; Lightning chain. creating a heavy chain of electricity, you throw and whip this heavy damaging chain. (energy drain 10ps)

red; Minator. transforming into a raging minator for 30 points of energy every second in use. damage increased, critical damage increased.

4th ability:

Raging Storm: the broken heart can be terrible. especially when lashing out as the storm in one's heart. the eye of the storm walks the path of destruction. 20meters of acid rain, lightning and wind that lowers enemies damage output and revives allies.

====================================

inspired by my name, "healer of the broken heart."

green was once the healer. growing the rose she most loved. she could bring us such joy turning a hill into a garden. her power was beautiful.

blue had the laughter. he gave smiles to anyone who would listen. some how he was able to befriend anyone. he was my friend.

red was wise. a skilled warrior with a keen eye for seeking the enemies weakness. always by your side, protecting her friends.

these are my makers. they were allies, friends. fallen in battle. I now walk the path of the storm. I am broken. they gave me life.

.... the new war? I want in.

==================================

edit; just a few tweaks on abilities
