broken warframe 

To me broken warframe makes me think that it was torn apart in war and must be forged back together. so first you need to find all the pieces i.e. front chassis, back chassis, front neroptic , back neroptics and then the systems ( front & back? or just make it one). Now as a veteran i know a lot of people broken by war and the body heals better than the mind so im thinking a frame that has dual personalities a splitting of the mind so for ablitites we take a page from equinox and make a dual warframe. 

Ability 1: (split persona) change from A form to B form

Ability 2: A: battle hardened ( gives a buff to armor by 2x) B: worn soldier ( trades armor for a buff to damage for x amount of time )

Ability 3: A: (Fight ) drop a totem that increases damage for you and team for x amount of time B: (Flight) deploy a totem that increases movement speed for you and team for x amount of time after leaving range of totem.

Ability 4: A: ( Battle call ) unleash a scream that buffs teams health for x amount of time and causes enemies to run scared for their lives B: (Call for support ) unleash a scream that calls in an aerial strike to your location doing xxxx damage to enemies within range while you go invisible for x amount of seconds to retreat.

Passive resistant to status effects taking half damage from all status procs.

Passive unstable: a bar sets a limit on how much he can use his abilities, moving past the bar will do damage directly to health

1 void rip: a blow infused with void energy is thrown at the enemy causing an explosion

2 other cloak: the Warframe accesses the void gaining invisibility, energy, and reload speed attacking breaks the cloak and costs energy but is quieter as only parts leave the rift

3 assertion: the Warframe meditates becoming more stable as his willpower slows or incapacitates enemies around him

4 voids will: a massive avatar engulfs the Warframe giving damage reduction and evasiveness while giving all his attacks increased range damage and aoe, cannot use this in the void

Passive: As broken parts have yet not been uncovered, the 'broken warframe' can find his remains randomly across the world ( in any mission, eventually) gaining additional bonus armor during the respective mission as it he/she collects itself

Abilities:

4) Shattered Potential: the broken warframe dissambles him/herself for as long as the energy level allows and a freely energy(/void matter) form o the warframe walks around absorbing enemies souls ( dealing damage around itself, basically) 

1) Zoom Punch: as the BW (broken warframe) helds itself by it's own will, it will extend one of it's arms into a powerful momentum-full punch, if no target is been hit, little bits of him will jump out of the fist, creating a shotgun-like spread shot effect 

2) Collective Talent: Creates a (weak) shield armor around itslef, press again to explode this armor into nearby enemies provoking damage as much as stealing life from the unfortunate foes

3) Together: shoots a straight line energy beam that heals allies and damage enemies (depending of who's been hit, can do both at the same time as the beam doesn't stop in one target) ( time affected ability)

Passive: Repair Workshop

Kind of like the Mandachord for Octavia. You can choose where to place all the parts.

Basically you have for example 20 parts and you can add them towards speed/armor/health/shields

If that is too OP then you can switch the speed and such for ability strength/duration/efficiency/energy

 

 

Ability 1: Defective Bombardment

You fuse with your weapon enhancing it but losing movement speed, jump distance and such.

 

Ability 2: Merged Soil

Burrows the void tree thingies it's made of into the ground and they come out as walls that then push enemies away from him.

This also stuns the enemies it touches

 

Ability 3: Shattered Resolve

The Warframe detaches part of itself and implants it in an enemy. This enemy is then converted into a sort of specter. It becomes way more powerful and  but has a constant energy drain to continue fighting. basically like Nekros' army except it's only one but it's stronger.

Alternatively 

You enter the enemy and it gains a really big boost in armor and attack power but you also have an over time health drain. Once the enemy dies you are expelled out of it. 

 

Ability 4: Mended Spirit

He breaks apart and parts of him reform into either a sword and shield or a glaive of some kind (basically his own personal weapon is him). Otherwise this works like any other exalted weapon. I want a glaive?shield&sword because those can be thrown and I think that fits a broken warframe since they are not truly a part of it

My ideas for the broken Warframe will really play into the idea that it's abilities are "bugged", and by putting itself together it can reach it's true potential. This revolves around the idea of a "Glitch", a part of the ability that has a random chance of occurring but is an overall net neutral to the way the ability plays out. The chance to Glitch is an inverse of the number of Fragments the Warframe collects, which is a part of their passive.

Passive: Fragments

Damaging an enemy marks them, giving them a chance to drop a "Fragment" on death.

Broken can pick up the Fragment, giving them [x armour and/or ability strength] per stack, up to a maximum of [100 - 200?] stacks.

Ability 1: Void Tendril

Broken shoots out a tendril of void from their left hand, dealing high damage split between piercing, slashing, and bludgeoning. Can be combo'd up to 8x.

Glitch: Enemies killed by Void Tendril explode violently, dropping between [200] to [10-25]% more loot (including Fragments) and causing extra body parts/bodies to appear from the corpse. This is normalized towards the [10-25]% chance at max Fragments.

The damage split is also randomized, settling towards an even 1/3 split each when at max Fragments.

Ability 2: Stutter Lance

Broken channels a beam of void energy into a long lance from their right hand, dealing high blast damage and slowing targets caught in the beam. The initial activation does higher damage and has a higher innate status chance. Drains energy /sec while active.

Glitch: Has a high [99-90%?] chance to "stutter" every second while active, causing the beam to shut off and re-activate. This is normalized towards a 0% chance at max Fragments. Every time the ability stutters, there is a very low chance that it will misfire - dealing activation damage in a larger explosion, knocking all affected enemies down, and inflicting a powerful self-stagger on Broken. This chance to misfire increases every time the ability stutters in a single channel.

Ability 3: Disassemble/Reassemble

On initial cast, Broken disassembles themselves into a cloud of parts. Broken removes all status effects from themselves and becomes untargetable. Enemies near a part take low piercing, slashing or bludgeoning damage per second. Each part has it's own health pool and associated damage type, and can be targeted and destroyed by enemies (similar to razorflies).

On second cast, after the maximum duration is up, or when only one part remains; Broken reassembles themselves and recovers health based on the number of parts remaining (minimum of 1).

Glitch: There is a low chance each second that one of the flying parts will simply stop moving. It still deals damage to nearby enemies and can be targeted and destroyed as normal. It no longer counts as one of the cloud of parts, and will remain even after the ability ends (until destroyed). Each part lost this way causes Broken to lose x amount of Fragments. The chance to lose a part increases based on the number of total Fragments, and there is a 100% chance to lose a part when Broken Reassembles.

Ability 4: Perfect Form

Broken makes themselves whole again, maximizing the number of Fragments for the duration of the ability and doubling their effects. Increases Fire Rate, Attack Speed, and Reload Speed.

I'm not really sold on the ultimate ability, but I'm sure someone will have an idea for something better!

Passive.- Stalk.-

If the warframe rolls towards a wall: the warframe will enter the wall and will be able to move through the floor and walls at 2x nomal speed (max), if the player attempts to attack, the tendrills will com out of the wall and will try to reach the target, if the target is affected it will be pulled towards the player's position.

1st.- Tulpa.-

The warframe will enter in its broken mode gaining a speed boost and invulnerability for 10s(rank30) but will only be able to run towards an enemy and take control over it, if an enemy is affected: the player will play as such enemy. During this state the warframe cannot cast any ability nor use the wapons.

2nd.- /Lotus/Language/Ablilities#?.-

A random 2nd ability from any warframe will be casted.

3rd.- 7th Judgment.- 

The warframe will auto destroy it on massive explosion of void energy dealing massive damage over 20m(max) and inflicting x5radiation procs on those who survive whithin 25m(max), once the warframe is destroyed, the player will enter in the broken mode and will need to consume an enemy.

4th.- Consume.-

(1st ability required) Once the player is on the enemy's body, the wraframe will mold the body to the warframe's shape, if the 3rd ability was used this will replace the previous body, if not will grant 100%(rank 30) warframe skin (imagine that you have 100 life and 200 shield, whit this you will have the same thing but if your health reachs 0 the skin will broke and the true life and shield will be exposed) this can stack 3 times(max) and each stack will affect i some way the look of the warframe.

Also I have a feeling the coders are going to hate my suggestions. 

Relative strengths/order of the abilities optional except 1

 

1: memories

Pulls three random first abilities from other frames (projectile/cc only, not baruuk or saryn for example) at 1/3 strength and fires them simultaneously. 

2: out of place

Pulses an area around the frame. Any non elite/ eximus enemy hit is turned into another common enemy from another faction. This causes them to aggro anyone not of the same faction. 

3: broken minds

Think wukong's celestial twin, but coming out of your back. Uses whichever gun you are not, and casts 1 with you at half strength

4: made like me

Sets a timer (not affected by duration mods). Every kill you get until it expires adds to a golem of spare parts, increasing its size and health. Once activated, it rampages at nearest enemy dealing aoe damage based on its size and drawing aggro of nearby enemies

Passive: "Spare Parts" - destructibles in the environment (loot caches, grates, sabotage targets...) drop extra parts for Broken which restore Health. When Broken is at max health, he gains a stackable +50 armor buff instead. Lasts 8 seconds, refreshed by new stacks.

1st Ability: "Void Lash" 25 Energy - Broken detaches his arm and lashes it at an enemy, ripping off parts of their equipment. Reduces armor/shield by (35% * power strength) permanently, deals (300 * power strength) void damage and gives Broken one Spare Part. Cast again during the (1.5s * power duration) timer onto another enemy free of energy cost. Broken can only perform onehanded actions while active. (15m * power range) range. Increases damage of Shrapnel Storm by 25% while active.

2nd Ability: "Loosen Assembly" 50 Energy - Broken extends the void tendrils keeping him together, creating gaps in his silouette. Either: Reduces enemy accuracy against him / reduces damage taken by (20% * power range) for (8 * power duration) seconds. Reduces parkour and movement speed by 30%, reduces energy cost of Shrapnel Storm by (25 * [1 - power efficiency]).

3rd Ability: "Assimilate" 50 Energy - Consumes all stacks of Spare Parts to enhance Brokens frame for (5s * power duration * Broken Parts stack count). Cycle through available buffs by tapping ability key, cast by holding.

  1. Reactive Armor - Reflects (100% * power strength) of incoming damage (before mitigation) on attackers.
  2. Heavy Armor - Increases armor by (500 * power strength) and makes Broken immune to status effects.
  3. Rebalanced Armor - Increases melee attack speed and damage by (20% * power strength).

4th Ability: "Shrapnel Storm" 100 Energy - Broken lets loose of his parts, whirling them around in a large circle. Energy cost and damage are improved when Void Lash and/or Loosen Assembly are active. Hits all enemies in a (15m * power range) radius, ignoring line of sight, for (800 * power strength * [1.25 if Void Lash is active] ) void damage. Each enemy hit gives Broken one Spare Part. Enemies hit are staggered. 1.5s animation time.

1st ability (disconfiguration)- he will " mess up" the enemy by switching his limbs, living them more vulnerable to damage.( affected by range duration and eficiency)

2nd ability ( gather) - he will grab the body parts and fusing them with him, giving him bufs. ( affected by range and eficiency)

exemple

Grineer- armor buff;

Corpus- more permanent shield;

Infested- attack speed on all weapons.

3rd ability (anomaly zone)  - creates an "glitch" zone and when the enemies step in they start to take damage over time and when they die, they drop body parts. ( affected by range and duration and eficiency)

4th ability (Nenoparts) - after collecting a certain number of body parts he will morf and use them like an armor making he bigger and bulkier. ( afected by duration and streangh and eficiency)

 

Passive ( stockpile)- will pick body parts ( usefull for other abilities)

So I imagine with this warframe being broken it never got shields. So we have another health tank like inaros but with lower armor. 

 

1. Whip dash. Same as excels 1 but slower and wider using the tendril going through its arm. 

2. Spiral impact. Broken Warframe's right arm become a drill of tendrils as the leap forward with a life-steal attack. 

3. Gravity. Broken warframe creates a field of dense gravity forcing all enemies prone for a time. 

4. Become whole. (Jojo pose)  Broken warframe becomes the finished warframe they were meant to be for a short period of time. In this for they have increased health armor and speed while also having dual exalted tendrils coming from the top side of their wrist. These might be super cool as dual spears. 

 

 

Passive- tells Space Mom they love her.

Passive-

 

   When bleeding out, the warframe's body will separate into a spectral version of the frame, in which, you control. Depending on how long it take for the frame to bleed out, will determine how long you stay in this spectral mode(you'll be able to keep fighting despite bleeding out). Any ally surrounding the frame (Players or companions) will be able to revive the frame without having to revive the player. (Basically, if a player or companion is around the frame (Spectral version), they will begin to revive the frame in exchange for some of their energy.)

 

Guardian's Spirit-

 

   The frame's body gets taken apart to form a barrier, leaving a husk of void energy, in front of the frame. (It will drain energy to sustain itself). Whenever you attack, the frame's body will be put back together dropping the barrier.

 On recast, the barrier will send out a shockwave dealing void damage.

 

Sacrificial Constitution-

 

  The frame will tear itself apart and attach it's parts to any nearby ally. (leaving it in the Spectral state). Whatever ally the part(s) are attach to, they will share their buffs, armor, and shields with the frame. The frame will also take 100% of the damage that, the ally attached to it, take. As the ally takes no damage (that are attached). The frame cannot attack while this ability is active. (It builds off of duration)

 

Gyakusetsu-

 

  When this ability is active, time is stopped (for a short amount of time) and the frame's body will be frozen, but the Spectral version will be able to move around. While this ability is active, anything you do will be repeated once the ability is done. When the ability runs out of duration, a paradox version of the frame will repeat every action you did while time was stop. (You'll get to move around and see the paradox repeat your actions, allowing for two of you to be out on the field at once.)

 

Boken Bugendai-

 

  When the ability is activated, the frame's body is torn apart and the parts begin spinning around creating an AOE that saps any enemy in the AOE of their Shields and Armor. The more enemies or players that are in the area, the more energy or shields it takes. Enemies can also get hit by the frame's parts. This ability drains Health until the frame's health is a 50.

Passive: Parallel processing

increase casting speed on Warframe. Ability casting is done by different parts simultaneously.

Ability 1: Void Grasp

- cast an area of tendrils around the Warframe and hold enemies in place. Each enemy held restores energy

Ability 2: Inheritance

- Choose and inherit the ability of the Warframe the parts come from. 

  • Speed buff
  • Armour buff
  • Damage buff

- energy drain ability.

Ability 3: Essence blast

- consumes all energy and shoot it in a single blast. The higher the amount of energy consumed, the higher the damage output.

Ability 4: Malfunction

- All buff from ability 2: Inheritance activates simultaneously at double the effects but loses control over the Warframe. Ability cannot be deactivated until energy run out.

- Warframe move around like AI spectre would.

- energy drain ability.

Hey guys,

Based on the art concept i imagine this warframe as sort of an energy ghost possessing the armor of fallen warframes in order to have a physical form. 

These are my ideas:

He has a small amount of hp and shields, medium amount of energy and decent amount of armor.

passive: increasing his armor gives him more energy capacity (basically increases his energy pool by a small percentage of the armor he got) for a short duration. Also if his armor gets below a very small percentagehe will slowly start taking health (this is just for some balancing).

1st: when casted on enemies it lowers their armor a bit and can spread to other enemies who get really close to those already affected. When enemy affected by this ability is killed it has higher chance to drop an energy orb.

2nd: when casted he unleashes the energy holding him together and increases his power strength and gives a small weapon damage boost to him and his allies, but he also looses a certain amount of his armor. When the ability duration ends the buffs are gone, but his armor gets back to normal.

3rd: he has an aura in which the corpses of dead enemies are desecrated and give him and nearby allies a small bonus armor (basically this ability works similarly to nekros' desecrate but gives different bonuses; the bonus armor given to allies is lower than to him) also upon activating the ability can regenerate a small amount of hp depending on the number of enemy corpses in the aura. This ability drains energy over time.

4th: he unleashes a wave of energy (similar to ember's 3rd ability) by sacrificing half of his armor. The wave then deals damage to enemies and stuns them if they dont die. The damage is increased proportionally to the armor sacrificed

Basically my idea was, since we have warframes revolved around shields and hp, why not have one revolved around armor. The gamestyle will be all about sustaining and increasing his armor with his 3rd and dealing high damage with his 4th. His 1st and 2nd are more of a support abilities and his passive has a good sinergy with his 3rd and 1st which helps keeping the 3rd ability active longer. Also his abilities will mostly benefit from power strength, which is why i added the power strength buff to his 2nd ability.

Broken Warframe

It’s been a while since the community have seen a great range damage dealer warframe so my idea goes for that side also with some “references” ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°).

Passive: Each time “Broken Warframe” uses an ability he recovers (or lose, depending of what type of design is better for this warframe) a part of his true form gaining health and ability strength for a few seconds and this effect can be stack 5 times.

1-Broken Crown  

“Broken Warframe” shoot his trustful “broken rifle” where he’s aiming dealing damage to the enemies in its path also applying a mark of Rip & Tear, “Broken Warframe” have to wait till the rifle recharges itself for its next shot fire rate lowers the recharge time (this ability works like Khora’s Whipclaw and scale with the mods equipped in the current primary weapon also to help the player the recharge time is displayed something like Baruuk restrain meter).

2- Rip & Tear

“Broken Warframe” detonates the marks of Rip & Tear bringing Doom to his enemies dealing damage and applying a status effect between slash and impact for each stack of this ability in the enemy. There a limit of 10 marks and this ability restart the marks.

3- Break Down

“Broken Warframe” makes a scratch in space dealing damage and staggering all enemies in his range the stagger duration of this ability on each enemy depends of the amount of marks of Rip & Tear so the enemies with 10 marks get a big stagger effect and get knockdown. This ability don’t reset the marks of Rip & Tear and enemies affected by break down can’t be stagger in a certain amount of time.

4-Broken World

“Broken Warframe” start tearing apart his surroundings making the world to collapse in a big area, while breaking the world “Broken Warframe” can’t move or interact with his weapons but can activate his Rip & Tear and Break down abilities also the enemies inside this area receive damage and gain a mark of Rip & Tear each second and allies within the range of Broken World applies marks for Rip & Tear with their attacks.

  1. Ability 1: Scourge--Ability strips enemy of weapon buffs and distributes to self/allies
  2. Ability 2: Seek--Ability functions as a pulse version of Enemy Sense, level up to extend range and duration
  3. Ability 3: Bleed--Melee attack that recovers health
  4. Ability4: Brains--Pulse zombifies enemy

Paassive: While surrounded by enemy, melee attacks deal 60% damage

пассивная способность: пассивно восстанавливает 1 единицу энергии, чем больше союзников, тем больше энергии будет восстановлено( максимальное количество энергии в секунду составляет 4 единицы энергии)
1 способность: копирует случайную способность союзника за определенное количество времени, если вы нацелены на своего союзника. Если вы не нацелены на союзника, урон увеличивается на оружие, на всю команду в определенном радиусе
2 способности: призывать обломки старых частей варфреймов, брать противников вокруг себя(радиус способности можно регулировать) в кандалы. На противников, будет нанесен пассивный урон в % (зависит от силы). Не распространяется на летающие цели.
3 способность: когда способность активирована (потоковая способность), варфрейм начинает накапливать части противников, убивая их. Если вы потеряете жизнь до 0, бессмертие срабатывает в течение нескольких секунд (фиксировано).
4 способность: его рука превращается в хлыст и имеет элементарный урон огнем. Когда урон наносится противнику, 2% жизни похищается.

passivnaya ability to: passively recovers 1 unit of energy, the more allies, the more energy will be restored( the maximum amount of energy per second is 4 units of energy)
1 ability: copies an ally's random ability for a certain amount of time if you target your ally. If you don't target an ally, the damage increases on the weapon, on the entire team within a certain radius
2 ability to: summons the wreckage of old parts of warframes to, take opponents around themselves(radius ability to can be adjusted) in shackles. On opponents ,will be dealt passive damage in % (depends on the strength). Does not apply to flying targets.
3 ability: when the ability is activated (streaming ability), the warframe begins to accumulate parts of opponents by killing them. If you lose a life to 0 , immortality is triggered for a few seconds (fixed).
4 ability: his hand turns into a whip and has elemental fire damage. When damage is done to an enemy, 2% of the life is stolen.

Passive: Inner Thoughts - The parts are talking, and they keep talking AND TALKING, every mistakes the Warframe makes(like receiving damage, knockbacks, falling down, or debuffs), more and more voices start arguing, complaining, and talking, driving the Warframe mad. With each voice the Warframe gains more ability strength and damage reduction but at the cost of clumsiness, making the Warframe fall down or stumble/stagger once in awhile when they move. This passive will affect the Warframe's third and fourth ability.

1st Ability: Synergy - The bodies, they are different yet they are one, working as a team. A two handed ability, the Warframe uses both hands to activate different abilities as well as a third ability done by the torso. each hand has a different ability utilizing the mouse during this mode. the left hand(left mouse click) does a telekinetic ability carrying and rag-dolling enemies within a cone area, the Warframe's movement is reduced with each enemy taken by the telekinesis. the right hand(right mouse button) shoots out void induced flames, dealing low damage but stripping high armor. Each hands' abilities can be used separately needing the player to hold down their mouse buttons. The third ability using the mouse wheel button is a toggle ability, unleashes it's white tendrils towards enemies and chaining from one to the other becoming some sort of root. each enemy hit by this ability gives the Warframe a small rate of energy.

2nd Ability: All for One - The Warframe's tendrils took over it's currently held weapon enabling the Warframe to give a random buff towards the gun for a certain duration, the ability can only be recasted once the duration is finished.

3rd Ability: Cooldown - The Warframe calms itself down to retain more focus. When there are no voices in it's head this ability gives the Warframe more accuracy and higher parkour velocity, any voices present when this ability is casted will disappear. If the second ability (All for One) is active whilst there are voices in the head, casting this ability will give more random buffs in addition to the first random buff received from the 2nd ability. the amount of random buffs are determined with the amount of voices currently talking inside the Warframe's head. 

4th Ability: Breakdown - The Warframe could no longer hold it, the body-parts are rejecting each other. This will be a toggle ability, when no voices are present the Warframe will begin to crumble, losing few chunks of the body overtime, increasing it's evasiveness and speed. This will make it really hard for enemies to shoot it. Overusing it will crumble the Warframe completely and unable to do anything for 2 seconds, deactivating the skill toggle, enemies will also ignore the Warframe when this happens. When there are voices present, the Warframe, in a mad state will explode releasing tendrils piercing all enemies within a radius. The Warframe will collapse into chunks and the tendrils will come out of the center of these chunks. Enemies pierced by the tendrils will be ragdolled and puncture similar to the effects of a bow. Enemies hit by the tendrils will receive damage overtime and the Warframe receives lifesteal, healing itself with each enemy hit. The damage output can be scaled depending to the amount of voices present in the Warframe's head. Disabling this ability during this mode will only take the tendrils off and the warframe will have 2 seconds to rebuild itself, enemies will still ignore the Warframe during this 2 seconds thinking that the Warframe died.

I’m one of those people who can think of a lot so then end up with nothing in the end but considering this warframe to be bound together from different warframe pieces by void energy i see no reason for them to be in the same category as long as it relates to the void theme of the broken frame like an all round frame with some buffs abilities a decent single target ability and a good crowd control ability where the way you mod it defines the way you play it but they are all effective as to not run into a repeat build but a kinda creative game of modding the warframe to be different and i know it’s not the process for it but a good name for this (since amalgam is already taken) would be legion because the warframe is constructed of different parts meaning there is freedom but coexistence in abilities to me it seems like a “we are one” type frame like the community building it comes together for ideas

Passive: Rebuild- Enemies can drop parts based on their type. armored enemies can drop armor shards, Shielded enemies can drop shield energy, and Non-armored enemies can drop organic masses. Picking up corresponding pieces raises the maximum value of that stat by 2.5% stacking up to 25 times, and lasting 30 secs (affected by duration ) and picking up pieces refreshes the duration.

Amass: 25 Energy - Warframe shoots our their arm ( similar to a tendril / tentacle ) to grab the first target hit and pull yourself to them, or hold the cast to pull them to you, and either way, you amass them into your being. (This is an instant kill up to a health threshold determined by power strength, if it does not kill, it does true damage and just drops them onto the ground next to warframe) Amassing a creature gives you a temporary 33% slow for 5 seconds (affected inversely by duration ) and causes you to gain 3 stacks of your passive based on the type of enemy killed this way.

Reforge: 50 Energy: Has 3 different effects you may cycle through and choose, with only one being active at a time. These forms all drain energy until deactivated, either manually or by the forms conditions.

     Stealth: Assemble your form to be more sleek and quick, gain 25% movement speed and turn invisible until you attack an enemy, when the invisibility ends the movement speed and ability ends as well. (This form corresponds to the blue portion of the art )

     Firepower: Assemble your form to enhance your firepower using your energy, and do constant fire damage to enemies near you Your shots fired deal extra blast damage. This ability ends if you receive a cold proc. (This form corresponds to the red portion of the art )

      Armor: Amass your form to Gain extra defense. Gain 200% armor and recharge shields constantly with no delay. While in this form you gain adaptive damage resistance based on incoming damage, similar to a sentient. This form causes you to be slowed by 25%. ( This form corresponds to the white portion of the art)

Expunge: 75 Energy - Upon activating, warframe drops to the floor for a 1 second animation to open their back and tentacles fly from it to grab all nearby creatures, you then apply any negative status procs you have to them and pull them towards you, cleansing yourself of procs and dealing damage, the tentacles then whip the ground around you doing damage again and applying a slash proc.

Destruct: All energy but 50 is consumed (Damage increasing with energy consumed) - Channel for 2 seconds, then explode in a massive radius, dealing massive blast, radiation, and impact damage, with a 50% status chance. Over the course of 5 seconds (unaffected by duration mods) reform yourself by pulling all of your pieces back to you telekinetically. Stacks of rebuild are cut in half upon casting this ability. As you reform, your returning parts collect any dropped pieces from enemies killed in the radius of the Destruct.

If this somehow makes it into high consideration, I just want to say thank you for the chance to be involved, and even if my ideas are not used I hope I sparked creativity in a few people.

Passive 1% lifesteal while applying melee status effects to enemies + 0.5% energy.

1st ability Config slot cycle 25 energy: cycle. for self/ can also cylcle teammates config slot upon targeting them, with knockdown to enemies withing 10m range not modable by range mods. 

2nd ability 75 energy: like shang tsung able to change into another warframe for 15 secs (affected by mods in config slot from 1st ability) with access to 1st 3 abilities of the frame changed to.

3rd ability 50 energy body swap with enemies. (able to auto hack consoles)

4th ability 125 energy summon a customizable sentient operator at the location of the target reticule, with a chozen focus school and amp. with whatever health from the customization.

Passive.) Symbiosis: Receive a small buff to armour for every unique enemy killed. 

1.) Assimilate: Launch tendrils of Void energy out at an enemy, draining their life force. Deals X damage and restores X health, scales with strength. 

2.) Mimic: Assume the appearance of the targeted foe, becoming non-hostile to enemies and security systems of the same faction. Attacking or interacting will cancel the ability.

3.) Void Flare: Expel a wave of Void energy in a radius around you, freezing all enemies affected. Damage to these enemies is increased by 25%.

4.) Frontline: The Void tendrils break free, transforming into an Exalted Sword and Shield. Due to the Warframe’s instability, damage received while this ability is active is increased by 5%.

Really liked the theme, so decided to give it a try. 

I think it would be really fun to capitalize on the broken theme, but without hampering the player ability too much. After a lot of thought, I came up with the following abilities:

Passive: Unstable Reactor

Ability strength fluctuates between a set limit (let's say ±25% limit). So, if you have 100% ability strength and cast an ability, it could either be released at 75% strength or 125%. Each time the ability cast is botched, gain a stack of Unstable Energy. Each stack of Unstable Energy increases Ability Strength by X% but also decreases Ability Efficiency by X%. Max 10 stacks. When casting an ability, hold the ability button to consume one stack of Unstable Energy and ensure an empowered cast.

 

Ability 1: Void Lash

Use the tendrils on the arms to do a sweeping attack in a cone in front of the Warframe.

If botched by the passive: Deals damage and knocks down enemies affected.

If empowered by the passive: Deals damage and knocks down enemies affected plus enemies have X% chance to die instantly (they explode violently if this procs).

 

Ability 2: Anomaly

Create a zone of unstable energy.

If botched by the passive: Enemies that enter the zone have X% chance to suffer X stacks of radiation proc.

If empowered by the passive: Enemies that enter the zone have X% chance to suffer X stacks of radiation proc plus Warframes in the zone recover X energy per second.

 

Ability 3: Fluid Energy

Coat yourself with unstable energy, creating an energy armor that reduces damage taken.

If botched by the passive: Reduce damage taken by X% for X seconds.

If empowered by the passive: Reduce damage taken by X% for X seconds plus 15% chance for attacks to pass right through you, negating damage.

 

Ability 4: Core Overload

Consume all energy to overcharge your energy core and create a massive explosion around you. Each stack of Unstable Energy increases damage and range of the explosion. Warframe gets incapacitated* for X seconds after casting this ability.

Deals massive damage to every enemy in range of the ability, ignoring line of sight. Those who don't die instantly, have their amor stripped by X% and suffer X radiation stacks.

After casting this, the Warframe falls to it's knees for X seconds, slowly recovering energy per second. When energy is at 100, Warframe leaves the incapacitaded status and can act normally. Operator mode can be used while Warframe is incapacitated.

Passive:  Elongate - Increase the range of Melee weapons by 1m, and of beam weapons by 10m.

Ability 1:  Grapple Grip - Deal mediocre damage while reaching forth with a tentacle, pulling all enemies in a forward arc towards the Broken.  Arc increases with range (similar to Oberon carpet.)  One-handed action.

Ability 2:  Mount Mycelium - The Broken embeds its tendrils firmly in to the ground beneath him, becoming unable to move.  In this state, he cannot be CC'd, experiences reduced recoil from weapons, and steadily regenerates health.

Ability 3:  Sundered Sentry - The Broken leaves behind his left arm, using the shoulder as a brace to the floor or a wall.  The arm fires off his primary weapon, leaving the main entity to use only secondary and melee weapons, as if holding a datamass.  Channeled.

Ability 4:  Once Broken - The Broken becomes enraged at the threat of falling completely apart once more.  Gain a percent of bonus damage and armor based on health missing on activation, for a duration.
