Kunai/despair Hitting Myself

Well, name says it all, really. For some reason whenever I'm using the Kunai or the Despair knives about a quarter of them hit me if I'm not aiming and half of them hit me if I am aiming. The basics of it is that whenever I throw them at something in front of me, the enemy won't take any damage and I'll get sparks shooting out of my arm/torso.

It only happens with the Kunai and Despair, the Hikou work fine when in use - I don't know if it's the suit size either, as I've only noticed it in the larger suits like Rhino and Frost, I'll test it out with some of the smaller suits later to see if it's a problem occurring for everything.
