Increase Lich Ally Spawn rate!

Seriously I havent had my Lich spawn for aid for almost 2 months now. And I have at least 3 converted ones. 
What is the point of converting a lich other than trading, if they wont ever show up!

If you're doing well in the mission, why would they spawn?

Think of it as a compliment. You're doing fine, you don't need your Lich to come help.

They spawn more often if you are constantly dying. But they should deliver more punch, 3x Damage Increase isn't enough. we need those liches to use specter scaling. It's a bit odd that a level 80 ally lich spawns in a 110 level mission.

Be nice if we could just throw down a summons with a reusable BP. I like the Lich I spared I just want to hear him crack wise while running around. The sad part is the sheer missed opportunity. DE could provide a Warframe's version of Bad Company between your Lich, Clemm, A Specter and any of the Syndicate Assassins you have and then toss in some hilarious dialogue in between them as they critique your fashion choices..

Better than a BP : an item, but with a CD of 2 hours to summon the same lich.

it is our servant, so no reason to consume something to have his help.
