Ember's Overheat

Does Focus Mod affect the damage reduction from Overheat prior to the changes DE have done to Ember until now?

If so, does Focus Mod stack with the new Blind Rage mod additively or multiplicatively. Does the Strength Mod have a Cap Limit to it like streamline and fleeting expertise?

Yes Focus affected Overheat prior to the nerf and it still does now. 

 

I would assume it'll stack. There shouldn't be cap, Overheat will only hit 91.6% dmg reduction with this and Focus maxed out.
