Either way no I don't think they are forcing us to do anything, if you can complete something without doing all sidequests then you're not forced to do what you don't want to. Force implies obligation. 

People are being overly dramatic here. I literally cannot do Profit Taker because it requires me to grind venus to max level, and you won't see me complaing about it, you will see me complain about the fishing requirement though, becaue I hate fishing with a passion in all forms, games and even in real life.

I love there are other people complaining about Railjack being boring, and then also complaining about defence missions and how the game is ruined because they can't make the objective literally invulnerable anymore.  Oh I'm sorry, you were making it so you couldn't possibly lose, your opinion is invalidated when it comes to difficulty.

That said, I do actually miss the old veil difficulty.

I do not understand - why does a Daily task require so much more effort than a Weekly one?

Looks pretty good overall, but some of the new Acts look a bit... problematic, particularly the ones regarding Liches. I'm all for Nightwave being more connected to them in principle, but with the Lich system as it currently is having to delve into the extended process of creating and destroying (or converting) a Lich for the Act reward is going to be annoying and unrewarding for players who have already got everything they want out of the system. Building up the system with long-term rewards, maybe even reasons to keep a Lich active (and ways to get back stolen loot without killing them, by extension), would go a long way towards making the new Acts less of a pain, and some way to reduce their level would be very nice for players who aren't a huge fan of dealing with level 100+ enemies (such as myself).

Also, why exactly does one of the daily Acts (destroy three enemy Fighters while piloting a hijacked Crewship) require you to do something rated as a weekly Act (hijack a Crewship) in order to complete it? Wouldn't it make more sense to have hijacking the Crewship be the daily Act, and have killing fighters with said Crewship be the weekly with a greater number of kills required (say 15, for example)? It just seems a bit backwards as it currently is.

    • Deep Impact: Suspend 5 or more enemies in the air at once with a Heavy Slam Melee Attack
    • Friendly Fire: While piloting a hijacked Crewship, destroy 3 enemy Fighters
    • Child at Heart: Play a game of Frame Fighter, Happy Zephyr, or Wyrmius
    • Patron: Donate to the Leverian
    • Doppelganger: Deploy a Specter
    • Swordsman: Complete a Mission with only a Melee Weapon equipped
    • Hands Full: Complete a Mission with only a Primary Weapon equipped
    • Sidearm: Complete a Mission with only a Secondary Weapon equipped
    • No Mercy: Mercy Kill an Enemy
    • Hush: Kill a Kuva Thrall
    • Reclaimed: Clear a personal Kuva Lich Influenced Node
    • Just Visiting: Visit a Featured Dojo

WEEKLY

    • Explorer: Complete 3 Railjack Missions
    • Forward Thinking: Destroy a Crewship with Forward Artillery

ASH SHROUD SKIN

Where once was fire is now cold resolve. A signature look for a prestige killer.

CREMATA SYANDANA

With time and fire the truth of bone is revealed. The signature Syandana of Ash Shroud.

CAUSTA BOW SKIN

Born of heat and cold as death, this is the signature bow skin for Ash Shroud.

ASH SHROUD COLLECTION

All that remains is blood and dust. Become the shadow with the Ash Shroud Collection, which includes the cold-blooded Ash Shroud Skin, the venerable Causta Bow Skin and the forged-from-fire-and-bone Cremata Syandana.
 

Leverian Additions & Changes:

  • A new Leverian has been added for Ash! Drusus has a new tale to tell about....The Scoria! 
  • Added a text box to the items displayed in the Leverian that shows the whole script of that item, so you can better follow Drusus' tale if you fail to read the subtitle in time.

Double Tap Mod Changes & Fixes:

  • Changed the Double Tap Mod description to include its stacking function when equipped outside of Conclave:
    • Double Tap (Latron): On Hit: 20% Bonus Damage on next Hit for 2s. Stacks up to 20x outside of Conclave.
  • The Latron HUD now displays the buff combo status when equipped with the Double Tap Mod.
  • Fixed the Double Tap Mod resetting its buff on every shot, as opposed to the intended reset on miss.

Optimizations:

  • Added a workaround for content update on improperly configured computers.
  • Improved content update support for local proxy servers on Windows 8.1 and Windows 10.
  • Optimized out hitches in item preview when a customized Warframe Skin is already equipped.

Railjack Fixes:

  • Fixed inability to tag items in Chat when using the Chat window while on a Railjack Turret.

Fixes:

  • Fixed Nezha’s Warding Halo blocking 100% of Damage instead of the intended 90%.
  • Fixes towards another case of not gaining Focus XP when switching between your Arch-Gun in both air/ground forms.
  • Fixed Vauban’s Nervos not reflecting chosen Skin overrides for Clients.
  • Fixed the “Modify Parazon” button in the Kuva Lich menu not appearing when in the Dojo.
  • Fixed the "X Items Ready To Claim" Foundry UI quantity not updating in your Orbiter unless you claim everything.
  • Fixed Skins in the Market saying you didn't own a compatible item when you did.
  • Fixed items in the in-game Market not displaying "Mastery Rank Locked" icons to indicate as such.
  • Fixed lighting intensity in the Grineer Galleon extraction cinematic.

    • Elite Explorer: Complete 8 Railjack Missions. no more rj please

    • Speedster: Finish a Capture mission in less than 90 seconds. This sound next to impossible for new players without mods.

were is the weekly kill a thumper? or do a spy mission in operator mode?

I see people saying: No more RJ, no more RJ, no more RJ... Do you realize that they will be trying to make RJ a fully included part of the Warframe awhole and that in the original drawing board WF, RJ was always supposed to be a feature? Saying things like no more RJ is the same as saying: no more progress, revert everything you have made so far. Makes zero sense and people with more than a single brain cell realize that. Besides, RJ is now nothing if not trivial on Earth, even with the worst possible guns you'll clear those 8 missions really quickly, even faster with a good group... And I guess you should really brace yourself for the future, because the RJ is going to be involved in a lot of stuff in the future, the Duviri paradox is theoretical, but the Infested planetoids after that will incorporate it for sure. So you should stop wailing and begin farming the components. It is not a long stretch, with the current resource gains it is something manageable in a week, a time window you have surely dedicated to billion of other activities in warframe for sure.

A lich challenge has NO business being a daily challenge. 

They won't rotate every week, they are added on top of the pile we already have, so there is a low chance that this stuff is going to be there every single week.

You sure the Friendly Fire and Confiscated acts are the right way around? Seems weird to get way more standing from just hijacking the ship, but having to kill 3 enemy fighters with it in addition to get less...

That said, I do actually miss the old veil difficulty.

being able to solo veil quest now in my railjack it is a huge difference.  the balance really went one sided to new players, and those with very sub par railjacks and setups.

Come on people... This is a VIDEO GAME not a daily chores... It supposed to make You feel relaxed. If there is something you don't like to do in game, there's simple solution for it - DON"T DO IT. It's easy as that. We have a group of devs that are trying to add a new things to game and for that we should be grateful.

Do you realize that majority of players don't like it? For a good reason.

There's also a half dead PvP mode. Why not make next PvE Nightwave content hidden behind PvP?

It's most likely not every week, these are just new challenges on top of the existing ones. You can bang out multiple liches in a day with a squad of clanmates easily.
