This mod doesn't exist.

And IMO holding button for auto-fire with semi-auto weapons should be a toggle, not a bandaid mod (fire rate should be adjusted in some cases though).

half the fire rate like in other games but u can tap faster to fire faster or hold for the slower auto fire
