Kuva Lich Quotes after Killing/Converting not playing

For some time i have not heard some Kuva Lich quotes during specific situations where they usually should occur.

I killed a lot of liches and none of them (for some time/ back in the Old Blood patch they did) spoke anything after Kill/convert choice. Just vanished quietly.

Also i have noticed the lack of these "I am whole, complete, final. I am, at last, the warrior the Queens intended for me to be. I AM! THE OLD BLOOD!" and similar after lich ascends to the max level.

Shame, these are cool quotes.

I would be happy with quotes in general making more sense and be more unique, even when creating them Lich talks about lets say fire and i burned his body while i used other thigns for it and him being created as a toxic lich instead, same goes other way around talking i toxicated him even that i killed it with my lets say Frost or Ember.

RNG generated at is best, like the Operator Quotes, they are a perfect fit.
