Limbo chassis blue print and blueprint of blueprint is gone

So I logged in, and went to the forge to collect the limbo neuroptics, once I collected them I was prompted by ordis to use the fragments to get the limbo chassis. I started making the blueprint from the fragments, I waited the minute for it to be done and collected it. However there was no blueprint available in the forge. I checked my inventory, and nothing. I thought it could have been because of my internet connection (I tend to have slow internet), and went on a mission. Came back, and no blueprint available. I logged off and logged back in and there was still no blueprint in my forge, or inventory.
