for embed videos: [*media*]link[*/media*] remove the stars.

 

For anything else upload on some file share site.

ah it says You are not allowed to use that image extension on this community.

Save image, uploader to http://imgur.com/'>imgur and then copy the code from imgur and post. It doesn't allow you to post images from known spam sites.

Afaik you can't hotlink them because they don't have a file extension, they're just links to a steam page that has the picture.

 

Upload it to http://imgur.com/ and you're set.
