Press X to Select All no longer works

This has worked in most places (except fish!!) for a long time; you press X to select the whole stack if you want to, for example, sell the whole stack. UI has a little legend indicating X should select all. 

Repro: Go to your Inventory screen - attempt to select a stack of Oberon parts or Kavat Incubator Segment BPs to sell. Expect that when I press X, it will select all copies of that item. Actual outcome is the Item Details screen. Workaround is to press A then RT then A again to select all.
