I did not get my gravimag when i bought it with plat

I bought a gravimag which cost 20p, it took my platinum and did not gave it to me, i did the profit taker quest and have the archgun deployer. I tryed to restart my game, change my region but it still did not gave it to me, i had to purchase another one which this time worked. DE i just want my 20p back and that does not happen to other player

You would have to message DE’s support for a refund.

 

Did you buy it from the market, or on a weapon? It may just have automatically stuck it on a weapon if purchased on one.

I purchases it on a weapon, but it was not there, i had to but it again which then gave it to me

I don’t know the name of the option. But you want something relating to arsenal or inventory.
