Often unable to skip beginning mission cutscene when starting a mission

This is getting really annoying and if i had to guess i would say it started when railjack came out, am i just going to have to deal with it forever like how the waypoint system doesnt work as well as it did ever since ESO was released? please fix this.... this has never been a problem since i started playing in 2017.

i am wondering about that too.
this always happens when someone skips the cutscene, while i am still in the loading screen.

yeah i guess i forgot to add that information on why it happens, thanks!
